“What’s wrong with dad?” Nicholas asked worriedly immediately the doctor came out of the ER.
“He said he is going to tell you guys himself, I have to respect that, so you guys have to be patient till he wakes up” the doctor said.
“You know about this right? You know that something is wrong with him but decided to keep quiet about it right?” Noah asked as tears escaped his eyes. Every member of the family is crying except Mrs Everest who stands at the corner.
“That’s what he wanted, he told me not to inform any of you, I just have to do that, I am so sorry” the doctor said.
“We are the worst family ever, daddy was sick and we didn’t even realize that, look at the blood, it’s so scary” Fransisco cried. He has grown to love the man as his father too because he treats him like one, Mr Everest is his best buddy.
“You guys really need to calm down, you can’t disturb him, he needs a good rest” the doctor said before excusing them.
“You have to stop crying, it’s really bad for your health” Noah said to Adelaide who hasn’t stopped crying, Stacy was in Nicholas arm, she was also crying, all were crying except the witch.

FEW MINUTES LATER
Mr Everest was already awake and the family were with him in the ward, he knows at that moment that he has to tell them what happened.
“From the beginning of last month, I started feeling a pain in my heart, but I didn’t take it seriously, I thought it was something that would soon go away, but it keeps persisting,” he started.
“I didn’t want to tell anyone about the pain because I wanted you all to be worried, then around the middle of last month, I started coughing, I realized there are loads of blood accompanying my cough” he said and they all gasp.
“Why did you decide to hide this from us?” Nicholas asked in tears.
“Because I was trying to prevent this” Mr Everest said while pointing at their tears.
“That’s not possible, infact, this makes it more serious, the fact that our dad has been suffering alone breaks our heart” Noah cried.
“So what’s wrong, something is definitely wrong right?” Adelaide asked, Mrs Everest was still at a corner with a knowing smile on her face.
“After the symptoms, I know I have to visit the doctor, and then it was confirmed that there are dangerous chemical in my body, it was pass through food and I have been taking it for more than a year, I just found out at the end of last month, I have been taking it for a very long time” Mr Everest explained.
“Does that mean the maid is poisoning you?” Delaney asked in shock.
“That’s not the case, I tested the food that they gave me and no traces of the chemical was found in it, then I tested the coffee that she made for me every morning” Mr Everest said while pointing at Mrs Everest. Her eyes widen and she quickly moves away from the wall she has been resting on.
“I found out, the poison is in there,” Mr Everest concluded.
“What are you saying? Are you trying to frame me?” Mrs Everest asked everyone to notice the fear in her voice.
“So can they take out the poison?” Adelaide asked the doctor.
“We can’t, the poison has eaten deep into his organs” the doctor said.
“To tell the truth, I actually have only a few days left to live,” Mr Everest said and they all started crying.
“Why did you do that mum?” Nicholas asked while taking deadly steps to his mother.
“I am just trying to give you a better life, you and your sister,” Mrs Everest said.
“Don’t make that as an excuse, it was for your selfish reason, you are so wicked and you deserve to rot in jail” Nicholas shouted.
“I saw that you are trying to investigate Dennis, so I help out, and that’s when I realized what was going to, Adelaide, that man kill your parents to take over your properties, that man is my wife lover, they came to my room, my matrimonial bed and do all sort of things, I will be in my office watching everything, the way they both plot against my family, I will watch it all” Mr Everest said. Theresa’s mouth was wide open in shock.
“I saw the way she has been threatening Stacy because I have started watching her, so I talked to Stacy and realized this woman killed my wife and her mother,” Mr Everest said. Everyone looked at Stacy in shock.
“We were cleaning Mrs Everest room when she came in with Theresa, they are planning to go for a party, Theresa suddenly attack Mrs Everest with a pin and that’s when she realizes we are in the room, she threatened to kill us if any of it get to people. People believe Mrs Everest die from heart attack. She push my mother down the stairs when she suspected she was going to sell her secret, everyone think it is an accident. she started watching me since then and I can’t tell anyone because I don’t want to die, I am sorry “ Stacy begged. Nicholas feel like fainting, what he just hear is a big shock to him. Everyone has their mouth wide open.
“And yesterday, she came to me for large amount of poison, I gave her vitamin instead and told her it work after forty eight hours,after you people breakfast this morning, we tested the food and realized it was in everything except hers which means she was actually trying to poison everyone, she was planning to take over the property with her lovers.
“You are the worst woman I have ever seen” Nicholas yelled in tears, Mrs Everest ran toward the door but met the cops immediately she opened it.
“Mrs Theresa Everest, you are under arrest for the murdered of Mrs Diana Everest (Noah’s mum)and Mrs Maria Smith(Stacy’s mom). She was handcuffed and was dragged out of the hospital. Some people were taking her picture. They all sit down round their dad who is still lying down.

THE NEXT MORNING
“Everybody wakes up or have you forgotten about today, it’s our fun day, “ Mr Everest said. He has already dressed up.
“Dad, how is your body?” Noah asked worriedly.
“Cancel that look, I am good, look at me” Mr Everest said. They all stood up and left the hospital. Autumn saw their friends already waiting for them outside.
“Do you call them?” Autumn asked.
“Yeah, I want today to be a fun day for all,” Mr Everest smiled.
Soon they arrive at the villa and wore a nice shirt that fun day with dads was written on it, the female own are pinks with pink hair band while the male own are blue.

They first went to the beach. They had a lot of fun and played in the water. Emily and Abby were running around and everyone was happy. Dennis hasn’t been found yet because he quickly ran away from home after hearing the news, the cops are still on lookout for him.
“Let’s play golf, it’s been long,” Mr Everest suggested. They went to the golf field and played with their father. He was so happy.
They surf and play a lot of exciting games, they go to the karaoke and each sings a beautiful song, they all stick to their father not giving him a moment to breathe but he likes it that way. He was feeling weak but was trying his best not to show it.
The remaining hours they use it and watch a beautiful movie with their father.
“Everyone change your clothes, we still have an important place to go” Mr Everest said.
“Where is that dad?” Brielle asked curiously, he was holding hands with Dalton.
“We are going to a Williams concert, do you have the tickets right or don’t you want to see your father?” Mr Everest asked with a smile.
“I want to” Autumn smiles.
“Then let’s roll,” Mr Everest said and they all cheered happily. Soon they arrive at the place where the concert is taking place, it’s so big and they can see a lot of people already present.
“Wow, didn’t you know your dad is this popular?” Stacy said with a smile.
“Me too” Autumn said, they were lead into the VVIP section because of their tickets, Williams bodyguard came to whispered something in Autumn ear and she stood up.
“I will be back” she said and followed him, they entered his big dressing room and he told the stylist to leave along with his bodyguard.
“I don’t know you will come” he said with a smile but Autumn didn’t say anything so he continued.
“I met your mum during my final year in college” he said and dropped her picture, Autumn picked it up and stared at the beautiful woman.
“She is the most amazing woman I have ever seen, she didn’t think about my background, or how important I am, she is free with me and that’s what draw me to her, I feel in love with her and we started dating, on my graduation day, she came with the news that she was pregnant, I was overjoyous and started taking care of her since she is an orphan.
“My family find out about this and didn’t want our relationship since she is nobody but I didn’t care and continue to stay with her, but few days to when she was going to gave birth, I was kidnapped and taken to France, I was lock in a room and can’t escape, I cried and cried for help, I can’t even travel out because my parents have everything under control, I focus on my dream because I know if I am able to achieve my dream then I can go back to my wife and child, and that happens two years ago, I have been looking for you since then, and investigation lead me to the hospital were I finally meet you and realized my love is dead, I am so sorry, please forgive me” Mr Williams said, Autumn was about to talk when it was announced that it was time to go-to the stage, so he smile at her before going. Autumn joins her family and watches.
“This song is for some one special present in this place today” Mr Williams said while looking directly at Autumn.
“The song is my best ever disaster, I wrote it while thinking about her” he said and the instrument started playing before he sang the first line.
The fans cheered after hearing his voice.
“Wow, he is so good,” Delaney smiles.
“You would have known right from the start, this hall has over two million seats and they are all occupied, he is a great artist,” Adelaide said.
“Do you know him?” Stacy asked her.
“Yeah, I know some of his music,” Adelaide said with a proud smile.
“Cool, I think I will do some research,” Stacy said with a smile.

🎙️You are my best best best disaster 🎙️he finished the song, Autumn was in tears already, she has been listening to the song and she knows it was for her. She stood up and started running to the stage, the security wanted to stop her but Mr Williams bodyguard said they should leave her, so they watched as she ran into her father’s arm, he rolled her around excitedly and people cheered though they were still confused.
“She is my daughter, my best disaster” he introduced and the scream doubled.
“Wow didn’t know he has a daughter”
“They look alike, look at the blondes”
“Isn’t that Autumn Everest?”
“She is the one, wow, she is William Daniels daughter, I should have known.
“They look so cute, I feel like crying “ the fans murmur while still looking at the father and daughter reunion, they are still hugging each other.
Mr Everest watches them with a sad smile, it hurts his heart that he will soon leave these amazing people.

They arrive home and they all follow their dad to his room, the bed is wide enough so they all lie down on it, Dalton and Parker have left. Mr Everest was in their middle with a smile on his face as he watched his children cling to him.
He touches Adelaide’s and Stacy’s belly and blesses their children, it just saddens him that he won’t be able to see any of them.
“I want to tell you all something and want you to live by it and take it to heart, please don’t ever fight each other, no matter what, you guys should leave in harmony, I am begging you, do you all promise?” He asked.
“We are promising you that we will live together in harmony, so don’t go anywhere, remember your grandchildren, you will like to see them right?” Noah asked while trying to hide his tears.
“I won’t leave, so you guys should be rest assured” he said and they all smile. Soon they all slept together while clicking to him.
Mr Everest woke up in the middle of the night, blood was coming out of his mouth, nose, ears and eyes. He covered his mouth so that he wouldn’t make too much noise, so they wouldn’t wake up. He struggles to breath till he finally takes his last breath with tears dripping out of his eyes.
