“Samira?” One could hear the shock lace in her voice.

“Yes, he said it with his own mouth and said they are his family.”

“Impossible.” Viva whispers were heard. “Tell me, was she marked as his mate?”

“No, I did not sense any from her or him. He hasn’t marked her yet. But I tell you, the boy resembles him a lot.”

“So it’s a boy?” she said. “Kill the boy too, I will pay extra for that. I don’t want any of her blood or her bloodline existing.”

“As you wish, Viva.” Elos ended the call once again.

He had to plan carefully so that when he struck he wouldn’t miss his two targets. Killing a child is so easy and that young harmless boy will be the first one to die.

Elos smirked. It’s the woman’s fault that her son would die first. If she had stayed away from Zinedine maybe Viva wouldn’t have noticed her.

He stood up and went to the bed in the room. Zinedine is strong but there are cunning ways to defeat even the strongest. With that thought he slept off.

Viva was livid with anger and was shaking and growling at the same time. Trying not to let her wolf out.

Elos could be lying. But…he might be telling the truth.

If he is telling the truth, then how come Samira got pregnant and gave birth to Zinedine’s child? She was there when the bit¢h had run away, in fact she was the one who had encouraged her to leave. When, where and how did their path cross that Samira will give him a son?

A lot of unanswered questions ran through her mind.

It could be a lie and the only way to find out is to ask Osiris. Osiris had promised that he would make sure Zinedine married her.

Calming herself, she doesn’t need to Involve her father, he has his own business to attend to. She is going to do it in her own way. Now she just has to wait for the good news from Elos before she strikes.

Alpha Osiris House:

The next morning when Sebastian woke up naked, he found his bed empty. He felt a bit disappointed. She had left without his notice. He could remember what they did last night, she had led and he had followed and now she is not here.

Was she embarrassed? He wasn’t the one who forced her to have se.x with him, she’d been the one who had come to him last night and had initiated the se.x in the first place. Anyways, that is her business.

He closed his eyes and breathed out From his mouth before opening his eyes and left his bed to take his bath and prepare for work. Opening his wardrobe to where his suits are, expensive suits and decided to wear a green suit today.

When he left his room, he went quietly to Eleanor’s door and knocked on it. Her beautiful scent had led him to her door. He was about to knock a second time when the door fling open and Eleanor’s beautiful face was seen.

She yawned when she saw him. “I knew it’s you before I opened the door.” she said to him, scratching a part of her head, messing up her hair a bit. “Why are you here?” she demanded.

“I wanted to see you before I leave for work.” Sebastian answered. “And I must say, you’re beautiful.”

“Thank you Sebastian. You don’t look bad yourself.”

Sebastian smiled at that. “Can I take you out later in the evening once I am back from the office?” he asked out of the blue. That wasn’t what he wanted to say but his head went ahead of him.

He waited and when Eleanor didn’t make any effort to answer his questions. He sighs. “Just forget I asked you that. Have a nice day Eleanor.” he added and turned to leave, making sure his sadness wasn’t showing on his face.

He had just taken a step forward when Eleanor stopped him by placing one of her hands on his shoulder.

“Where did you think you were going without hearing my answer?” Eleanor asked and smiled when he turned to face her once more.

“I couldn’t bear to hear the rejection so…” he left the remaining words unsaid and was sure she would understand his unspoken words.
