YOU ARE MY POSSESSION : CHAPTER 81 – 90

Sebastian led the way, he didn’t want to grab Eleanor’s hand even though he was dying to. This is just the first step- baby step- so he won’t appear clingy to her.

He led her to this car, opened the passenger side of the car and once she entered the car throwing him a kiss in the air he closed the door and it took everything in him not to run around like a dog happy to see his owner. He drove out not seeing his mother’s surprised face through the window.

“So where are we going?” Eleanor demanded.

“You will see.” Sebastian answered not letting go of his smile on his face.

They arrived at an expensive restaurant and when they entered inside, Sebastian approached one of the waitresses there and told her about his reservation and they were ushered to their seats.

The glances from the waitress at Sebastian didn’t escape Eleanor’s eyes and she frowned a little bit.

“They’re staring at you.” Eleanor began.

“I’m staring at you.” Sebastian stated staring at her face.

“I don’t like the way those girls are staring at you, I am holding myself from blinding them right here and now.”

“I don’t see them, I see only you Eleanor,” Sebastian said. “Let them stare, I know I’m not bad looking.” he added with a joke making Eleanor snort.

“Don’t hype yourself.”

Sebastian laughs at that and picks one of the menus on the table while Eleanor did the same. “What do you like to eat?” He asked.

“Anything you eat.” Eleanor answered.

Sebastian nodded his head and gestured for one of the waitresses to come.

“I will have a turkey tetrazzini and a BBQ Potato Salad and a mojito to go with it.” Sebastian said to the young beautiful waitress girl who came to their table. “She will have the same.”

The waitress noted it down.

“I would be right back with your orders sir.” She left.

Eleanor noticed how quiet the place was, in fact she just saw that they were alone in the restaurant.

“Please don’t tell me you did all these.” Eleanor gestures around.

“Did what?”

“Booking this place just for us to get some quiet time.” Eleanor answered. “Are you showing off?”

“C’mon, I paid for everything so that even if I’m at the other end of the restaurant I will hear you loud and clear, simple.” Sebastian explained. “This is not showing off, this is doing what you can do for the woman you lo-like.” he added hoping Eleanor didn’t catch his slip of tongue. “I just want to know more about you.”

“I like it.” Eleanor said. “There is nothing much about me.”

“Tell me, our food hasn’t arrived yet so let’s kill time to know more about you.” Sebastian told her. “I know you must have searched about me and know everything about me.”

“True.”

“So tell me, you’re about yourself.”

“Like I told you, there is not much to tell, I grew up in a home where if you want to get something, you have to fight for it, where your chances of survival are slim. I didn’t grow up like normal children, it was horrible.”

“That’s not the way you should talk about the home you grew up in.” Alora’s voice joins in their conversation. She was seated on the next table that was close to theirs.

Sebastian sat up straight to look at the intruder. He was so focused on Eleanor that he didn’t notice the new scent in the restaurant. Staring at her, he could see a tiny bit of resemblance with Eleanor. Like Eleanor she has brown hair that was much longer than Eleanor’s.

“How did you find me here?” Eleanor’s body was tense. She knows her, they had met once, not a good experience, that meeting by mistake had told her who Alora is to her and she pretends never to know they are related till now.

“It was too easy for someone like me, finding you is like a snap of my hand and besides the place you described where you lived isn’t nice. At least he taught you all he knows and you became one of the strongest hunters alive. I said ‘one of the strongest’ because there will always be me.”

“Hold on, did you say hunters?”

“What don’t you understand handsome? How am I going to explain this to you.” she touched her mouth and was pretending to think.

“Alora, don’t say anything.” Eleanor warned.

Alora didn’t pay any attention and continued.

“Oh I remembered, we kill your kind.”
