Rozralas was quiet for almost two minutes as her thoughts went wild. How did Samira know about the Equinox?

“How did you know?” She voices out her thoughts.

“I dug deeper and I found out, I just want to know why you are after my son and what connection he has with the Equinox.” Samira revealed.

“Shouldn’t you have found out his connection with the Equinox since you umm, how did you put the words, dug deeper.”

Samira laughed, “You go me there. Believe me I tried but I couldn’t make out the connection between my son and the Equinox but I made another shocking discovery.”

“What discovery?” Rozralas asked nonchalantly, she didn’t want Samira to see how curious she was.

“If you tell me who sent you, then I can tell you what I discovered because, honey, it involves you.”

Rozralas laughed at what Samira said, shaking her head as she asked. “You want to bait me?”

“Did it work?” Samira chuckled as she waited for her response.

“No, not one bit. You need to up your game because this game isn’t gaming at all so please leave my room or I can leave it for you.” She answered.

Samira shook her head. “Suit yourself honey.” She said and left the room without another word. She headed towards Hiro’s room and before she could knock Hiro opened the door for her to enter. “So you now bring the demon into your room?”

Hiro chuckled. “Mum, I told you that I chose her as my mate so she is allowed in my room. Besides, I was also gathering some information from her.”

“What kind of information did you get from her?” Samira asked with her ears wide open.

“For starters she is not from this world.” Hiro began. “And her lover’s name is Nevera.” he added.

“Wow, you indeed got something out of your discussion with her.” Samira was so surprised. She wasn’t expecting that, at least.

“Anything else?”

Hiro proceeded to tell her what he and Rozralas discussed before she interrupted them.

“So you are saying if I hadn’t interrupted you both you would have gotten more information about Nevera?”

“Maybe.”

“My visit to the library didn’t go to waste either, I got some information about her as well and it seems your father was right about seeing the man has white hair since Rozralas also told you the same.”

Samira said and went further to reveal what she had seen and heard from Mirabel. “I will be taking your father to meet her so that she could trace who the person is.” She added.

Hiro nodded at that.

“Do you believe what she told you?” Samira asked.

“Not really but the only truth I could sense she was speaking was his name and she was not from this world, I don’t believe that crap about her being angry at her lover.” Hiro said and grimaced when he pronounced the word ‘her lover.’

“My only concern is to find out why you are wanted badly if Rozralas blood is all it takes to open the gate of Equinox.” Samira said and then shrugged. “we will find out eventually.” she added and left his room.

Hiro sighed and went to sleep.

Vlad waited and made sure Lia was asleep before he left his room to his twin room. He wasn’t surprised when Samira was the one who opened the door for him when he knocked. He wanted to see Zinedine and Samira.

He entered the room and didn’t move any further into the room, staying close to the room door as Samira walked past him to go and meet Zinedine who was sitting on his bed.

“I can smell that friend of the demon on you.”

“She is in my room as we speak.” Vlad said truthfully.

“Wow, the Wilderwood boys love the rooms.” Samira chips in.

Vlad smirked at that before he returned his gaze on his brother.

“Lia told me what she knows. Our enemy isn’t someone that is weak.”

“We know, I was going to tell you later when we see but you have beaten me to it.” Zinedine confirmed. “My mate told me in case you are wondering how I got to know.” he added.

“So you also know that apart from wanting to kidnap Hiro that first night, they were also going to take me with them.”

“What?”

“What?”
