“Hey Lala” Gary waved
“Lala?” Layla asked looking around
“Yea, it sounds great, are you looking for someone?” Gary asked when he saw her looking around
“Uhh…”
“It’s Kai right?” Gary asked and Layla nodded biting her lips but Gary only smiled
“He went to get something… Oh here he comes” Gary said pointing at Kai who was walking towards them with a bag in his hands
“He’s trying, please note that” Gary whispered in Layla’s ears and stood straight again
“I’ll see you whenever I see you” he smiled and entered his car driving off
“What does he mean by that?” Layla asked herself but shook her head
She didn’t want to think much about it, she turned to Kai who was already close to her
“Hey” she said
“Hey, I bought you something to eat” Kai said giving the bag to her
“You did?” Her eyes brightened
“Well I figured you might be hungry after the last paper, last papers and days are always tough”
“You’re thoughtful, thank you” she smiled and poked his nose running to his car
He scoffed amusingly and walked to his car too, a visible smile on his face..

Annalise stared at Zane’s face as he fixed his face on the road, she smiled

“Yunno, you’re the first girl my son has ever liked” Cassandra said
Annalise stared at her, what was she talking about?
“My son growing up hated females apart me and his secretary Cindy, every other females disgusts him for no reason
“He even said he wasn’t going to get married, I set him up with girls on blind dates but he always complains about them and he gets away with his excuses”
“Seeing him not pushing you away like the other girls made me know you were certainly the right choice for him and I was right
“You’re cute and adorable, you’re also stubborn someone that argues with him, not the other girls that obeys his command at the snap of a finger
You’re so strong headed that you actually broke those chains surrounding his heart, you brought colours to my son’s dark life and I love you for it
“Please take care of him for me, he’s still a child that needs to be pampered beneath his cold faced mask, I’m trusting you on this one Anna”
Cassandra said that and left..

Annalise leaned in and ruffled his hair, he tore his eyes from the road to her
“What?” He asked
“You’re cute” she said
“I’m driving Lisa, don’t say that now” he said and she nodded leaning on her chair

“Frenchie can you come into the office please” Gary said on the office telephone
The door opened and Frenchie came in, Gary had his head on the desk
“Sir are you sick again?” Frenchie asked going over to him
“Come closer” he said and she obeyed
He drew her closer by the waist and hugged her waist, Frenchie froze immediately
“Sir what are you…?”
“Just stay like this for a moment please” Gary said, his voice broke at the end
