The next morning, Nina woke up and sat upright on the bed as the memory of their romantic night flashed through her head, she blushed and stood up to freshen up.
Richard was preparing breakfast in the kitchen when he felt a hand hugging him from behind. he smiles.
“You are awake”. He smiled and they turned to each other and saw her on her shirt.” white looks good on, so, did you sleep well?”.
“Yes, I slept like a baby”.They chuckled and kissed. ” Hmm, that smells good”.
“Yeah, just give me a minute, breakfast will be served”.
” Ok, what can do to help out?”.
“Nothing”.
” No, I can’t sit and do nothing”.
“OK fine, go set the dining table”.
” Sure”.She left for the dining table and Richard smiled after her.

Aurora was wondering why Nina hadn’t returned to the office, it was almost lunchtime, and she dialed her number and it rang for a while before it was picked up.
📞”Where are you, Nina? Why aren’t you in the office?”.
📞”Um, am not coming to work today”.Nina said from the other end of the phone.
📞”Why? What happened? Are you homesick?”. She asked curiously and Nina chuckled.
📞”Of course not, am at Richard’s place”.
📞”What? Really?”.She asked excitedly.
📞”Yes, I came over last night”.
📞”You naughty girl”. They giggle. “So, tell me, how was it?”.
📞” Perfect, I missed him so much that’s why I am spending the whole day with him”.
📞”Aww, that’s so cute”.
📞”Anyways, talk to you later, bye!”. She hung up before Aurora could say something.
“We are not done talking and she hung up”. She grunted and tried to dial her number, but Alex snatched the phone from her.
” What are you doing? Allow the love birds to be”. He said.
“I was just worried about why she is not at work”.
” You don’t have to be, Richard called to inform me that Nina won’t be present at work today, so, let them have fun and we should be doing the same thing”. He grabs her hand. “Let’s go”.
” Where are we going?”. She asked.
“You will see”. He dragged her along and they came down to the staff quarters still holding hands.
Aurora was feeling uncomfortable with the way they were looking at them confusedly, she tried struggling out of his hand, but he was holding her tight. They got to the car and entered.
” What do you think you are doing? Everyone was looking at us”. She said.
“I don’t care”. He smiles and Aurora scoffs.
” Where are we going?”.
“To have fun with my wife”. He said and the driver drove off. Meanwhile, Spike was taking photos of them and he stopped a cab to follow Alex and Aurora.
Elizabeth was attending to a patient in the ward when her cell phone rang, she saw the caller ID and excused herself to the restroom.
📞” Why are you calling me, don’t you know it is my work time”. She said angrily and there was a pause “Really? Continue to follow them and send their photos to me”. She hung up and sighed.” Alex and his secretary? Are they having a thing?”. She wondered confusedly and left to where the patient was.
Alex and Aurora arrived at the beach house, they went inside and stood at the rail staring at the beach. Alex wrapped his arms around her from behind.
“So, this is where we were coming?”. She asked.
” Yes, I just want to be with you”.
“What about work?”.
” That can wait, my wife comes first”. He smiled and kissed her cheek and they turned to each other resting their heads together.
“I am happy to be here with you, I love you so much, hubby”.
” And I love you wifey”. They kissed. “I promise to love you forever”.
” Me too, I will always be with you forever”. They smiled and hugged each other.
“We will be going to see my family next weekend”. he said and they pulled away from each other. ” I want to make it officially known to them about our marriage, do you want that?”.
“Of course I do, I have waited for this a long time ago”.
” Me too, Richard and Nina can be present too”.They hugged each other warmly.
Spike was hiding somewhere taking photos of them, and after a while, he left. Meanwhile, Elizabeth was taking a nap when her cell phone beeped for incoming messages. She hurried to the restroom to check the message, she gasped as it was confirmed that Alex and Aurora’s relationship.
“What? This can’t be true, no wonder the attitude she has toward me”. She grunts angrily.”I will never allow this, Alex is mine and mine alone”.She hit the mirror hard and it smashed.

Two days later, Aurora and Nina came to the psychiatric hospital to visit Nora, they were waiting in the lobby.
” Do we really have to come here?”Nina asked and Aurora sighed.
“I don’t know, but I got the feeling to be here and I don’t know why”.
” What if she reacts badly towards you, you know you two are not on good terms”.
“Yeah, but hope not”. She said and they sighed.
Not too long after, the nurse came and took them to Nora’s ward. They saw her seated on the bed looking lonely as she was staring out to the window.
👩⚕️” Remember don’t do something that will trigger her anger”. She warned and left.
“Just be careful, don’t go too close to her”. Nina warned as she stood behind Aurora.
” Um, hey Nora, how are you feeling? Have you been eating well?”. She asked. no response.”Have they been treating you well? Anyway, I just came to see how you are doing and I am sorry this happened to you”. she said.
“We should go Aurora”. Nina worries and Aurora sighs.
” I will take my leave now, but please do take your medication and get well soon, ok?”. She turned to leave and Nora spoke.
“She is evil”. She said and Aurora and Nina turned to her quickly.
” What did you say?”. Aurora asked.
“She is evil, she took Charles away from me and made me like this “. She said.
” She is really insane”. Nina said, But Aurora was curious to know.
“Tell me Nora, who did this to you?”. She asked and Nora turned to her.
” She will come for you, you should run and hide, she will come for you”.
“Who?”. she asked and Nora grabbed her hand quickly.
” You have to listen to me, she is evil, she won’t rest until she gets what she wants, she will kill you!”.She yelled holding tight to Aurora’s hand and she struggled with her.”You have to listen to me!”.
“Aurora”. Nina called looking scared, then the nurse came and pulled her hand off Aurora’s hand, she struggled with them as they pinned her to the bed and injected her, and just then she drifted to sleep.”That was close, but are you alright?”.
“Yes, let’s go”. She said and they walked away. They walked to the bus station and sat down waiting for the bus.
” Why did she say that?”.Aurora thought and Nina jolted her out.
“Are you ok?”.
” No, am just worried about what Nora said earlier”.
“Why will you be worried about it?”.
” I don’t know, I just feel she can be telling the truth, what if someone does kill Charles and Make Nora like this”.
“Who will wanna do that? Is obvious she is paying for her sins, don’t let that bother you”.
” Are you sure?”.
“Am sure”. She said and Aurora sighed.
Then the bus came and they entered and it drove off. After a while, the bus stopped by a supermarket and they came down.
” We are here”. Aurora said.
“Why are we stopping here?”. Nina asked.
” To get some foodstuffs”.
“Why?”.
” I want to prepare something special for Alex today, it’s been long he ate my food”. She said smiling.
“Aww, that’s so cute, you are beginning to act like a real wife”.
” Exactly “.
” Can I tag along?”.
“No, tonight is gonna be just me and my hubby, you have your man, go be with him”.
” I wish I could, but he is out on a business trip and he will be back soon”.
“Aww, that’s cute, but you are not coming to mine”. She said and they laughed as they walked away.
An hour later, Aurora arrived in a cab and came down with the foodstuff she bought. She moved to the gate and knocked and the security man came out happily to open the door for her.
👨✈️” Ms.Aurora, is so good to see you again, you look beautiful”.
“Thank you, so, how is work treating you?”.
👨✈️” Great”.
“That’s good to know, is Alex home?”.
👨✈️” No, he is not back”.
“Ok, see you later”. She walks away and the security man smiles after her.
” Oh, no, I didn’t tell her there is someone else in the house”. he snapped.
