TWO HOURS LATER, A HOSPITAL*

Kaine has been standing in front of the ward where Bian is,the door was transparent so he could see right through it. The Doctor spent almost an hour on him,trying to revive him back to life,he already lost too much of blood and he was barely breathing when they got there.

“I’m sorry…..it’s all my fault” Kaine mumbled in tears as he watched Bian inside,being supported with oxygen.

“It’s all my fault,I hate myself for making you shed so much blood in their hands,I’m so sorry” he cried.

“Kaine that’s enough,please. Bian will be fine” Adriana called from the back.

Kaine wiped his tears and turned to her,she was sitting on the couch in the lounge,opposite Bian’s ward,it’s a vip so the lounge is private as well.

“Come here,you’ve cried too much” Adriana tapped her side and Kaine walked over to her.

He sat down beside her and placed his head on her shoulder.

Adriana sighed and started stroking his hair.

“It’s not your fault,stop blaming yourself. Those bastards are to be blamed for all these,and Bian is the luckiest,having a brother like you” she said.

She continue talking,then paused to check on Kaine only to find him sleeping.

Just then,Kaine’s phone started ringing,but Adriana answered the call instead.

“Boss” Fang’s voice sounded.

“It’s me..but go on” Adriana said.

“We locked them all up like the boss ordered,and their guards…are all dead” Fang said.

“And….we found Risky” He added.

“You found him? How is he??”

“He’s in danger,Diego said he might not make it”

“Bring him to the hospital right away!” Adriana snapped and Kaine opened his eyes.

“What’s going on?” He asked.

“Risky….He’s in danger,Diego said he might not make it” Adriana said.

Kaine took the phone from her and got up from the couch,he moved away a little but Adriana could still hear anything.

After he was done,he faced her.

“Are they bringing him here?” She asked and Kaine nodded.

“Bian won’t be stable if anything happens to Risky,he likes him,,a lot” Kaine muttered.

“You look stressed out,you shouldn’t be anymore. Fang said they took care of everything according to your request,you are free to do anything you want with them,and again,you own that fucking empire now” Adriana said.

“Bian and I…don’t belong there” Kaine muttered and Adriana stared at him curiously..

“Once he’s fine…..I will take him away from this sick country” He mumbled and Adriana smiled sadly.

“You two deserves a normal life,I want that too. I miss life at the orphanage,those happy childish moments are still the best moment of my life,I miss it” She said and her eyes locked with Kaine’s own.

Kaine said nothing and moved closer to the door to see Bian again,Adriana came over to stand beside him.

“He will be fine” She mumbled and Kaine sighed.

REDHANDS EMPIRE*

The whole empire was lousy,turned upside down,the mobsters could be seen carrying dead bodies,the ground screaming of blood.

The maids are gathered together,everyone scared at the riot happening at the moment,the exchange of bullets,fists fight and all,it has never happened before,they were scared.

Every one behind Don Bruno got killed,some mobsters in Red hands empire as well ended up losing their lives as well,it has never happened for the whole empire facing directly at other clan men,but for the first time it did.

And the redhands empire won,they cleared them all up with every anger built inside them.

Bruno,Marco,Rossa and Axe are all locked up with guards surrounding the Blood Box so any of them wouldn’t think of escaping,they are for Kaine to punish by himself,no one is going to touch them.

Sapphire was still locked up in her room,she kept screaming on top her voice,crying but there was no one close to hear her cries or open the door for her.

She sat down on the floor,her face all wet and red from her unstoppable tears flowing.

Suddenly she heard the door getting unlocked from the front and she turned,the door opened and Fang showed up.

Sapphire immediately got up and hugged him tightly,crying loudly. Fang stood there without holding her but didn’t move back either.

“That’s enough” He muttered and she broke the hug.

“I know everything that happened,I was watching from there” She pointed at her window.

“Bian,is he okay?” She asked.

Fang nodded slowly.

“The boss didn’t order me to lock you up,but I don’t know if I’m allowed to make you leave your room” He said.

Sapphire nodded sadly and went to sit on the bed,Fang’s eyes followed her as she removed her hair from her face and tucked it behind her left hair,her face down.

“I’m hungry” she mumbled and looked at Fang.

“I will tell the maids If they can’t get you something to eat,but I have something else to do” Fang said and turned to go.

“Wait!” Sapphire ran after him and grabbed his shirt which made him turn back to her.

“Others….they wouldn’t hurt me right? They won’t come for me right?” She asked.

Fang pushed down her hand slowly from his shirt.

“They won’t do anything the boss don’t command,just stay here and calm down” He said and walked away.

Sapphire sniffed in her tears and closed the door before going back to the bed.

She watched everything that happened through her window,she still can’t believe queen mother or Bruno,even Axe would think of killing Kaine,thinking about it,since she heard them talking about Kaine being Landon’s son.

She could remember hearing from somewhere how Landon was once a loyal dog to Don Bruno,but got killed because he refused to put his sons as his replacement.

Just how wicked can they ever be? Killing his parents and now bent on killing both Kaine and his brother again?

“I hope he never forgive them” she said and broke into tears again.

Downstairs,Puma was carrying Risky on his shoulder while walking.

“Risky!!” Knife and Sasha screamed and they ran after Puma who stopped for a moment.

“What happened to him?!” Knife cried.

Puma shook his head.

“Let’s hope he will be fine” He muttered.

Alex and Kael also came over,Alex touched Puma’s head and his palm was covered with blood.

“They must have done the same thing they did to Bian” He muttered.

“Can I come with you to the hospital?” Kael asked.

“No,you don’t have to” Puma replied and walked away.

“My mental health is being tampered with right now,if anything happens to Bian,then…” Knife shook her head and others sighed.

All of them have signs of blood and injuries on their faces and other parts of their bodies,they all fought like hell,like they’ve never done before.

“Let’s hope he will be fine,but…what will happen to us? Will the boss still want us here after everything?” Sasha asked.

“I can’t predict,but I doubt that” Alex shook his head.

They all turned to leave only to find Bluey standing,looking all sad and worn out.

Without saying a word,they all walked out of her sight but Sasha stayed back.

“Go back to your right place girl,the same way you would choose your mom over everyone here is the same way we would choose Bian over you,fifty fifty,so stop those fake tears of yours,it won’t work. Traitor” Sasha said and Bluey gulped.

Sasha shot her one last glare before walking away.

Bluey fell on the floor and tears rolled out of her eyes.

TWO DAYS LATER,HOSPITAL*

Bian was on the bed,a big bowl of green grapes on his laps,he woke up just an hour ago and the first thing he asked for is that.

“Are you okay?” Adriana asked,she was sitting on the chair beside the bed.

Bian nodded softly as Adriana touched his bandaged head.

“I understand if you are still confused and shocked,but it’s true. I’m Mirabel,you might choose not to like me anymore as before,but believe me I still feel the same old feelings,you’re still my cute little Bian” Adriana said.

“That little should be out of it now” Bian muttered and Adriana chuckled.

“You’re still little okay? I’m older” Adriana claimed and Bian smiled.

“What about brother? When is he coming?” He asked.

“I called him immediately you woke up,so he should be here soon….” Just as Adriana finished speaking,the door opened and Kaine rushed in.

“Bian!” He called and Bian turned toward the door,a smile flashed on his face as Kaine ran over to his bed and hugged him tightly.

“You’re back,you’re awake” Kaine broke the hug and cupped Bian’s cheek.

“You scared shit out of me,I’m sorry I couldn’t protect you,I’m sorry” Kaine said.

Bian said nothing and just hugged him again.

“I’m fine now,I’m happy to see you again,I was scared you would get hurt because of me again,I don’t want that” Bian said.

“I don’t care how much hurt I get,I will protect you more from now on,no one’s going to hurt you,never” Kaine said and kissed his hair.

“I love you” He muttered and Bian smiled.

“I love you more” he said.

Kaine broke the hug and touched the bandage on his head.

“Does it hurt?”

“Just a little” Bian replied and Kaine sighed.

“The Doctor said he will be okay,and there’s no internal bleeding at all” Adriana said and Kaine sighed out in relief.

The door opened,Fang entered.

“Bian” He called and Bian smiled,but only looked away from him and focused on the door as if expecting anyone.

“What’s wrong?” Kaine asked.

“What about Risky? He’s not here?” He asked.

“Oh…Risky” Kaine muttered and Bian looked at him.

“Did something happened? I couldn’t reach him before the incident” He said.

“He was the one Rossa try to set you up with at first,but Risky refused and she tried to kill him” Adriana explained and the grape fell from Bian’s hand.

“What are you talking about? Kill who?….”

“But we were able to get him before he gave up” Fang immediately said.

“So where is he now?” Bian asked.

“He’s yet to wake up….He’s in the next ward,but the Doctor said will be awake soon” Adriana saud.

“I want to see him” Bian said and tried getting out of bed but Kaine grabbed his hand.

“Can you walk? Are you strong enough? Why not rest and wait? I don’t want you to feel pain…”

“I’m fine brother,trust me” Bian said and told Fang to take him to Risky,they left together.

Kaine sighed out and sat down,looking all blank.

Adriana wanted to talk but she decided to just hold her peace and let him be.

Fang left after showing Bian into Risky’s ward.

Bian walked over to the bed slowly,with tears in his eyes. Risky was still unconscious and Bian instantly blamed himself.

“Because of me…….” He sniffs and touched Risky’s face before sitting down closely.

“You shouldn’t have risk your life for me” he muttered and buried his face in Risky’s hand.

He was in the same position for almost thirty minutes when suddenly he felt Risky’s hand move,he blinked but didn’t raise his head up.

“Bian…..” Came a faint voice.

“Risky?” Bian raised his head at once and saw Risky opening his eyes.

“Risky”

“Bian” he called again.

“You’re awake,,,” Bian touched him.

“You got hurt” Risky saw his head.

“Silly,stop thinking about me,you’re in more pain” Bian muttered and wiped his tears.

“Were you crying?” Risky asked.

“No I wasn’t” Bian said and called on Fang who entered at once.

“Can you call the doctor? He’s awake” Bian said and Fang went out again.

Risky opened his palm for Bian and he placed his own on it as well.

“I’m glad you’re fine….I was scared…even in death,I thought I would lose you” He said and Bian stared at him speechlessly.

“Stop talking,let’s do that after the Doctors attend to you” He said snd Risky smiled faintly.

Soon,two Doctors entered together with Kaine.

After checking on Risky to see that get was really awake,they talked about how soon he might get more better and finally discharged.

“So we can leave at the same time” Bian said with a bright smile,still holding Risky.

“You should go back to your ward and rest Bian,you’re not strong enough for this” Kaine complained.

“We are hungry” Risky and Bian said at a time.

“Fang will get food….”

“I will eat here with him before going back there,please” Bian said and Kaine sighed.

“You don’t have to worry about them,like I said they will be fine. Just few resting days before any hard work” The Doctor told Kaine.

“There’s no hard work anywhere for them” Kaine immediately said.

“Good” The Doctor nodded and went out.

Risky and Bian told Fang what they want and he left,Kaine also walked out,after making sure enough that Bian is indeed okay.

“You should rest your back too” Risky spoke up after some minutes of silence.

“The bed is really wide,come here” Risky shifted for him and Bian joined him on the bed.

“We should be twins,don’t you think? It’s annoying sometimes to think you’re a year older” Bian teased and Risky chuckled.

“Don’t start,I can hardly talk too much now” Risky muttered softly.

“I’m sorry you got hurt because of me” Bian said.

“But don’t do that again next time….”

“I will…”

“You could have died!” Bian snapped

“But I didn’t,,right? I wish I was there to protect you as well,I hate seeing you hurt” Risky muttered.

“And now my doubt have been cleared,,the boss is really your brother” He added.

“I’m sorry I kept it from you…..”

“I’m not mad about it,I know you have your reasons” Risky said.

“Does coma make people have sense?” Bian suddenly asked.

“You mean how the both of us are suddenly making sense unlike before?” Risky asked.

“Yeah” Bian said and they both laughed.

“Ouch” Risky groaned and touched his head.

“Are you okay?”

“Headache,but it’s okay” Risky said.

“Let’s stop talking” Bian said and Risky nodded.

There was silence and soon they both fell asleep.

TWO DAYS LATER, A MANSION*

“Wait,where are we?” Bian asked as Puma drove into the compound,there are guards walking around the mansion looking all tough and hefty as fuck.

“You will be staying here from now on” Puma replied.

“What?! What about Risky?” Bian asked and Puma sighed.

Risky was also curious to know his answer.

“I brought the two of you here because you will be staying together of course” he said.

“Oh” Bian muttered.

Puma stopped the car and the guards immediately came over to open the door.

“So brother owns this place?” Bian asked,,looking around.

“Yeah” Puma replied and led them into the house.

They entered and both Risky and Bian wowed.

“Brother never seize to amaze me” Bian smiled.

“He’s been waiting for tge perfect time to get you out of that empire,,this place is quite far from red hands and nobody can hurt you anymore,all the enemies are gone” Puma said.

“Far? How will I see my brother then?” Bian asked instantly.

“I’m sure boss knows best,so for now you two should get a room each,I can take you to the mall for clothes…..”

“Can’t you bring our clothes from the empire?” Risky cut in.

“Like I said it’s quite far from here,if I drive there today,then I won’t be able to come back. We can just get few clothes you two would need for a short period of time,not like you’re going to live here for too long anyway” Puma ssid.

“What do you mean?” Bian asked.

“You will find out soon” Puma replied.

Just then two young ladies showed up and bowed.

“Good evening sir’s…we are the maids here,please tell us if you want anything…”

“Food” Bian and Risky said at once and Puma shook his heart,while chickling.

“Would you like to tell us what you want in particular?” One of the maids asked.

“Anything delicious,but with turkey” Bian said.

“Why turkey? Thought you love chicken” Risky said.

“Not anymore,it sounds irritating” Bian muttered.

The maids bowed and walked away.

“You two should go ahead and rest,I will get the clothes,I can tell what sizes you wear” Puma said,gazing at them.

“Thanks” Risky mumbled,Bian already grabbed his hand and walking toward the staircase.

They kept admiring the house and everything,it screams luxury all round.

“How are we going to pick our rooms?” Bian asked.

“Can’t we just stay in the same room?” Risky pouted.

“Promise you won’t disturb me too much” Bian said.

“If I disturb you,then you can go to another one” Risky said and Bian nodded.

REDHANDS EMPIRE, TORTURE ROOM*

The room was dark,the heat was unbearable,Don Bruno,Rossa,Axe and Marco are all tied up with them wrist on each other,their legs swinging halfway.

Their clothes half torn all over with different stains of blood,their faces are covered with both old bruises and new ones.

Their throat are burning,screaming for water. They’ve been locked for more than a week now and Kaine made orders never to give them not even a drop of water,no food either.

Their breathing grows faint every hour of the day,like they would die soon.

Just then,the door opened and Kaine entered,sending chills,shivers,and fears all over their bodies at the same time.

“Oh thank goodness you’re still alive,I would have felt bad” Kaine muttered in and icy voice as he stared at them coldly.

“Just kill me you bastard!!” Axe yelled with all his strength.

“Coming from someone who doesn’t even know how his father looks like” Kaine said softly and Axe swallowed.

Kaine pushed his two hands into his pockets and continue looking at them.

“How does it feel like?? To finally experience what you’ve made a lot of people experience?” He asked.

“You’re not different!!” Rossa yelled.

“Dumb ass bitch” Kaine cursed.

“You think your father was different?! I only punished him for betraying me!” Don Bruno shouted.

“You killed him because he refused to give us out..isn’t it funny now? I’ve spent my life as your slave,doing things you want without any complaints,but you still have the gut to even plan my death?” Kaine asked and laughed.

They all kept quiet.

“Do you know the craziest mistake you made??….touching my brother” He mumbled and got hold of one of the long sharp knives on the table.

“You killed my dad for his sin,accepted…but you involved my innocent mom? And now you fucking touch my brother?!! How dare you!!!!!” Kaine growled at once and stabbed Don Bruno in the Left eyes.

“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!” His scream almost shook the building.

The others weren’t left out,they gasped out loudly,in terror as the watch the most horrifying thing ever.

Kaine removed the knife from Bruno’s eyes and his eyeball dropped on the floor,it’s already half cut,blood rushed out of the Bruni’s eyes as he continue crying.

“I’m sorry….but I wouldn’t have lost my mind this much if you didn’t touch Bian,,,,you made him shed blood,you tortured him!!!” Kaine growled again and started stabbing Rossa all over her body,head,eyes,nose,tummy,cheek.

“Mom!!!!” Axe screamed.

“Rossa!!” Bruno also shouted.

Blood covered up her body as they dropped on the floor.

“That’s enough! Please I’m begging you!” Axe cried out.

“My mom cried more than this that night you bastard!!” Kaine glared at him dangerously,the knife in his hand shaking. He wanted more than just killing them,if only they won’t die too quickly.

He walked over to Rossa and touched her cheek.

“Please stay alive,don’t die yet. I have alot to practice on your body” He said.

“You devil!!” Axe screamed in tears.

“I’m offended….you just found out?” Kaine asked and moved away from Rossa.

He took a sword on the table and sliced off Axe’s two legs without thinking twice.

“Agghhhh!!!!!” He screamed out.

Kaine turned to Marco and hot faeces mixed with urine rushed out as he shake in fear.

Kaine dropped the sword on the floor and walked out.

“Clean Marco up and give them water,make sure they don’t die,I’m not done with them yet” Kaine told the guards on his way.

“Yes boss” They chorused.

AN HOUR LATER,KAINE’S SUITE*

“Fang,please,I need to talk to him,just a minute” Bluey begged.

“I’m afraid I might have to call the guards to throw you out if you use another second here Bluey,I told you to fucking leave!!” Fang yelled at her angrily.

“Please” Bluey said again.

The door opened and they both turned to see Kaine,who came out because of the noise.

“Kaine” Bluey immediately rushed inside to meet him.

The door closed,leaving just the two of them inside.

“Kaine please…I need…I need a minute,I want to talk to you” She stuttered.

“You can hurt me if you want,but can you give me a listening ear just this once? Please” She pleaded.

Kaine stared at her blankly from where he was standing,then he started walking slowly,close to her.

“Bluey….” He mumbled,his voice extra soft.

“I won’t hurt you” He added and caress her face down to her neck.

“But I swear…..”

He choked her tight on the neck and Bluey started struggling for breath,her legs left the floor.

Kaine’s eyes changed totally as he glared right into her soul,he has never looked at her that way,not even once,those deadly eyes are filled with nothing but pure hatred and detest,rawly.

“If you appear in front of me one more time….Bluey……..I WILL KILL YOU” He said in a deep voice and released her neck.

She fell roughly on the floor and hot tears poured out of her eyes.

“GET OUT!” Kaine yelled.

The door opened immediately and two guards rushed in,they grabbed Bluey and dragged her out roughly.
