I turned to face him, desperation flooding my veins. “I didn’t mean for any of this to happen! It was Gabriel! He tricked me!” I felt the tears welling up, blurring my vision. “I wasn’t in my right mind, Lucifer. Please, you have to believe me!”

“Believe you?” His voice dripped with disdain. “ this is what happens to someone that betrays me, telling my enemy about me, plotting to take me back to hell and taking my woman?” Lucifer laugh ” Lucien, this is just the beginning of your pain”

I glanced back at Lucien, who lay there, his face pale and his breaths shallow.

My heart ached at the sight of him, a wave of guilt crashing over me. “Lucifer, please… don’t do this. He’s suffering. I didn’t want this!”

“be quiet” Lucifer commanded, his voice echoing in the room.

I turned back to Lucien, my heart breaking at the sight. I had never wanted this. The reality of my actions hit me like a tidal wave. I had let my moment of weakness spiral into something horrific, and now I had to confront the aftermath.

“Lucifer, I’m begging you,” I pleaded, my voice trembling. “If you care about me at all, please don’t let him suffer, he is your friend ”

Lucifer’s gaze was unyielding, his expression a mixture of anger and disappointment. “indeed, that is why I haven’t killed him?”

The weight of his words crushed me. I felt hollow, like I was standing on the edge of a precipice, ready to fall. ” This is not right”i could feel myself about to throw up

For a moment, he seemed to waver, the anger in his eyes flickering with something else—disappointment, perhaps. But then he stepped forward, his presence overwhelming. “No more words, Selene.”

Before I could protest, he grabbed my arm again, pulling me closer to Lucien’s crumpled form. I felt the heat of his fury radiating off him, and I knew I was about to face the full weight of my betrayal.

“Look at him,” Lucifer said, his voice low and dangerous. “Look at what you’ve done.

This is what happens when you let your guard down, when you choose to go against me.” Lucifer clap his hands and Lucien whole body came back, Lucien gasp for air, he could finally breathe properly

” Lucifer ” Lucien crawl to his feet ” please, forgive me, I was not thinking straight, I…. I didn’t mean to kiss her”

” You shouldn’t have ” Lucifer eyes still look void of emotions, he look at the demons ” eat him all over again, make him suffer and her ” his gaze meet mine ” feed his heart to her ”

” Lucifer you….” He cut me off, bending to my level

” I know you Selene, you don’t care about me, all what you said are lies ” he smile ” when you’re ready to speak the truth, I will come to you ” he touch my face ” my Selene ”

” You can’t do this to me!!!” I yell ” it was just a kiss, I did not sleep with him, don’t you think you’re over reacting?”

” What is it Selene?” He look at me ” do you want to sleep with him? Should I sit and watch you two fuck each other?” Lucifer lift his hand up and the demons stop

He stood up and look at Lucien ” rape her and I will forgive you ”
