A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL : CHAPTER 241 – THE END

Moments later, Selene returned, cradling a small bundle in her arms. My breath caught in my throat at the sight of her—our daughter.

Hope was swaddled in a soft blanket, her tiny face peeking out. I could hardly believe it; she was real, alive, and a part of us.

“Lucifer,” Selene said softly, a smile spreading across her face.

I stepped forward, my heart pounding as I reached out to take her from Selene’s arms. As I cradled the tiny being against my chest, a surge of overwhelming love washed over me.

Her little fingers curled around my thumb, and I could feel a connection deeper than I had ever imagined.

“She’s perfect,” I whispered, my voice thick with emotion. I looked up at Selene, unable to hide the awe in my eyes. “I can’t believe she’s ours.”

Selene moved closer, her gaze fixed on our daughter. “You should hold her, Lucifer. She needs to know her father.”

As I held her close, I felt a sense of peace settle over me. She was a miracle, a light in the darkness, and I could hardly fathom the depth of my love for her.

I brushed my fingers over her soft cheek, marveling at the way her tiny mouth formed a perfect little pout.

In that moment, I felt a name rise within me, a name that encapsulated everything she represented. “I want to name her Heaven,” I said, my voice barely above a whisper.

Selene looked up at me, surprise and joy mingling in her expression. “Heaven? It’s beautiful.”

“She is our heaven,” I continued, my heart swelling. “A reminder of everything we’ve fought for—a beacon of light in our lives.”

Selene smiled, tears glistening in her eyes. “Heaven it is, then. She will carry that name with pride.”

I leaned down, placing a soft kiss on Heaven’s forehead. “Welcome to the world, Heaven,” I murmured, feeling the weight of my love enveloping her. “You are everything to me.”

The three of us stood together in that moment, a family united by love and hope. I looked at Selene, her eyes reflecting the same emotions that swirled within me.

“I promise to protect you both,” I vowed, my voice steady. “No matter what it takes, I will ensure that our family stays together. We’ll face whatever challenges come our way, and I won’t let anything tear us apart.”

Selene nodded, her hand resting on my arm as she gazed down at Heaven, her expression filled with warmth. “I believe in us, Lucifer. We can overcome anything together.”

As we stood there, wrapped in each other’s love, the shadows of my past began to fade, replaced by the light of our future.

I held Heaven close, feeling her warmth against my chest, and I knew that this was only the beginning.

As I looked down at Heaven, her tiny features soft and serene in sleep, I made a silent vow. I would not let my past define me; I would create a future filled with love, laughter, and light.

And as I leaned down to plant a soft kiss on my daughter’s forehead, I whispered, “Welcome to the family, Heaven. You are loved beyond measure.”

With Selene’s hand intertwined with mine, I felt the warmth of our shared dreams envelop us, and I knew that together, we would create a legacy that would endure through the ages.

” Selene” I look at her ” I don’t believe in this but will you ” her eyes search mine in curiosity ” marry me?”

She smiled, looking genuinely happy ” yes Lucifer, I will be your wife ” she might not know it but the deal she signed with me got destroyed the moment my father brought her back to life.
