Concubine Yan hit the Emperor’s hand and he turned to her.
“People are already gossiping. Who’s the real Emperor, you or him? Don’t let him make a mockery of your coolness, your majesty”. Concubine Yan mumbled and the Emperor sighed deeply before walking closer to the Crown Prince.
“I don’t mind you taking the girl. But then to save me some face let the girl chose”. The Emperor suggested and the Crown Prince frowned.
‘A mere sacrifice to choose with me as an option?’. He sneered in his head before turning to Mulan who was glaring at him but the moment his gaze turned to her she looked away instantly.
“Tell us. Whose woman would you like to become—
“The Emperor’s!”. Mulan instantly shouted cutting the Crown Prince off as she got up and ran to the Emperor who was smiling, then she went on her knees bowing to him, which made the Crown Prince smirked in disgust.
“Don’t you have a mate, or you’re not old enough for that?”. The Crown Prince’s voice came with spite and Mulan’s gaze turned to him.

“What the f**k did you call me?!!”. The Crown Prince roared, shocking everyone who didn’t get what happened and Mulan’s eyes widened.
“He hears my thoughts too?”. She mumbled, and instantly the Crown Prince began storming towards her but she instantly held the Emperor’s laps.
“I’m your woman now your majesty!!! I have always lived for you! You’re the Emperor and decide to be treated like one! I see no reason why a mere Crown Prince is the one suppressing you in your own kingdom! Please show your powers as an Alpha king and protect I, your tenth lady, my great Emperor!!!”. Mulan shouted loudly and Mira broke down to the floor in shock.
‘We’re dead’. Mira thought.
The Crown Prince suddenly stopped on his track as he glared at Mulan who eyed him secretly before hugging the Emperor’s laps again and the Emperor, filled with morale, turned to him.
“We both agreed on her choosing who to serve, now that she chose me, it’s best you accept it and let’s continue our walk”. The Emperor said to the Crown Prince whose hard glare was still on Mulan.
“I’m tired. So I’ll stop here, enjoy the rest of your walk your jesty”. Crown Prince Ocean said before walking back into the city gate and the guards whose swords were pointed at the Second Prince redrew their swords and followed him in a straight line of twos.
The moment Ocean was gone, the Emperor turned to Dolf.
“Take your master back for treatment”. The Emperor said and Dolf bowed before carrying the second Prince in his back and going away.
Mulan instantly stopped hugging his legs as the Emperor helped her stand up to her feet, she smiled at him but in sudden anger he slapped her hard across the face shocking Mira and Concubine Yan smirked as she brought out her wooden fan to fan herself.
“I hate women who don’t mind their business. You just came but you dare get involved in the feud between the Crown Prince and I? I’ll have you serve as a lesson for the other no good women in my harem”. The Emperor said angrily and instantly two guards ran to stand behind Mulan.
“Drag her like a criminal back to the palace and Give her 80 strokes of the horse whip right in front of the women of the palace to watch!!”.
The Emperor said loudly before walking away with Concubine Yan, and Mira instantly went on her knees to beg, while each guard took Mulan’s hands and like a criminal they dragged her back to the palace.
‘What have I gotten myself into?’. Mulan thought as the guards dragged her into the huge city, while onlookers wondered what her offense was.
“No please! Punish me instead!! Your majesty please!”. Mira shouted as they took her mistress away but since no one was listening to her, she stood up instantly and ran after her mistress, but she was soon arrested also because of how loud her pleas were.
