Then Queen Mother was painting seriously on her desk, when her maid servant (Court lady) walked in looking troubled as she bowed to the Queen Mother.
“The girl was summoned by the Crown Prince so our men had to retreat”. The Court lady said.
“She’s smart. Let’s try more to recruit her, she’ll do wonders for me”. The Queen Mother said and her court lady blinked puzzly.
“The Emperor sent his men also right?”. The Queen Mother asked and her court lady nodded.
“Get someone to spread an interesting rumor about an insecured Emperor and a tyrant Crown Prince. I want to leave the people in an obvious puzzle so they trust no party.
The throne of this Alpha’s Kingdom belongs to my favorite Grandson and nobody else”. The Queen Mother said so calmly as she continued painting and instantly her court lady bowed before leaving.

“So you mean the Crown Prince called for her? Why?”. Concubine Yan questioned as she massaged the Emperor’s shoulders while the Emperor sat glaring at the men he sent to bring Mulan.
“We don’t know why your majesty”. The leader of the soldiers said.
As all of them knelt with their heads bowed.
“So you couldn’t wait to find out?!”. The Emperor shouted loudly and the soldiers exchanged glances cowardly.
“Ofcourse they wouldn’t. They prefer defying your orders than angering the Crown Prince”. Concubine Yan shook head as she left the Emperor’s back to pour him a glass of tea, which instantly out of anger he drank, then concubine Yan glared at the soldiers.
“Remember, the girl is still a part of the Emperor’s harem, so go bring her back and don’t return empty handed or else you all will have your heads separated from your body”. Concubine Yan ordered harshly and instantly the soldiers bowed before running out.
“Right under my nose, my palace has become someone else’s, why steal the throne from my brother if his wolfless son already has everyone under control without even trying”. The Emperor said balling his fist and Concubine Yan faced him with a pitiful smile.
“But you stated the obvious. He’s wolf less and only few people in the palace and kingdom knows it, but since we didn’t confirm it, everyone thought it was all a rumor”.
Concubine Yan spoke as she walked to sit down with the Emperor who faced her with a sinister look.
“So you’re saying—
“He can’t become the new Emperor without the people’s support your majesty. Have someone trustworthy from the court spread the news of his wolflessness to the whole Kingdom and if possible the whole moon realm!
People will instantly believe because whoever spreads the news will be a minister or an inspector”. Concubine Yan said and the Emperor nodded.
“You’re right. But what if he makes a counter attack–
“To who? Us? The minster we’ll use will be someone not on our side, but also someone who hates the Crown Prince, so incase the Crown Prince wants to retaliate he won’t know who to start with”. Concubine Yan said and the Emperor giggled as he pulled her into a warm hug.
“And also, we’ll add more tale to the story. We’ll have someone spread a strong rumor to the people, that the Wolfless Crown Prince is planning to revolt against you with his late mother’s power even when you already introduced peace by making him the Crown Prince.
We’ll tell everyone how he also assassinated your Second Prince Lycan and planned on killing him, if you hadn’t gone on your knees to plead for your son. With all these crazy allegations, I’m sure the people will not only hate the Crown to death, but also stone him to death anytime they see him”.
Concubine Yan stated amidst the hug and the Emperor smiled more.
“This is why you’re my favorite Yan. But the Moon goddess had to be too cruel to lock your womb”. The Emperor said with a sad smile, but he instantly regretted it as Yan broke the hug turning away from him as she began crying.
“You had to remind me of the one reason why the whole palace sees me as a laughing stock”. Concubine Yan mumbled tearfully and the Emperor turned her to him wiping her tears with his thumb.
“Stop it my love! I’m sorry, what do you want?”. The Emperor asked carefully and Concubine Yan hugged him tight.
“I want only you your majesty”. She muttered into the hug and the Emperor smiled stroking her hair.
