“And why would you speak for her? She’s the one with the moon goddesses powers not you. Why not just f**k off and let me see her!”. Kaidos spat angrily as he stormed towards the pallenquin and Ocean said nothing with his hand behind him and face straight.

Kaidos got close to the pallenquin almost opening the door but instantly both he and Zone were surrounded by the Crown Prince’s men as they pointed their swords at them.

And Kaidos almost removed his sword to fight a strong breeze threw him far away from the pallenquin but he still landed on his feet glaring at Ocean who turned his back on him and began walking back into the pallenquin.

“You will lack the privilege to live if you corner me again”. The Crown Prince hissed before getting into the pallenquin and they left while Kaidos glared after him.

“That blasted Prince!!! Just because he has a mate that controls the moon he acts like some god!”. Kaidos spat angrily as he watched them live with balled fist.

“But your majesty you said he was only skilled in martial arts and has no internal energy or a wolf. Where did the wind that blew us away come from?”. Zone asked and Kaidos turned confusedly at him.

“You think he stole his mate’s powers? Or–did he kill her to get the powers. That devil. It’s no wonder he refused me seeing her, she’s already dead.

Let’s find another way to get Ming and my kingdom back because there’s no way i’ll be in the mercy of an outcast”. Kaidos spat as he climbed his horse and Zone did same as galloped away in the opposite direction.

Almost immediately Sky and Mira arrived their horses following the Crown Prince’s ride from behind.

“Was it an enemy?”. Mulan asked seeing how serious the Crown Prince was going through some scrolls.

“Someone irrelevant”. The Crown Prince replied his gaze not leaving the scroll as he sat opposite Mulan and she nodded looking out the window.

They were just few miles away from the city gate of the Omega Kingdom.

“We’ll be booking an inn right?”. Mulan asked she looked outside and the Crown Prince glanced at her.

“How close are you to your father?”. He suddenly asked and Mulan turned to him after hesitating for a while.

“Not close”. Mulan replied and he gave her a raised eyebrow.

“Not close at all or—

“More like I’m a stranger whom he has to feed and clothe as his responsibility even though he still believes I might not be his daughter”. Mulan muttered and the Crown Prince nodded returning back to the scroll and Mulan blinked puzzly.

“You’re not going to ask me anything about my relationship with my other siblings or how my family is?”. Mulan asked.

“If I do then you’ll ask about mine”. The Crown Prince replied looking up to Mulan who scoffed as she ran to sit next to him.

“Of course I will! So tell me did your mother really look like my last face? Who looked prettier me or her?”. Mulan asked curiously and Ocean only scoffed staring at her before returning back to his scroll.

“I didn’t ask of yours so don’t ask of mine”. The Crown Prince replied and Mulan rested her head on his shoulder as she nodded.

“I guess we’re not that close then”. She mumbled and the Crown Prince glanced at her, but Mulan ignored his gaze on her.

“Your eyes and lips were more prettier so I guess you were more beautiful”. The Crown Prince finally answered and Mulan faced him with a smile.

“You could have just answered me rather than making me use emotional blackmail”. Mulan said and the Crown Prince brought his hands to caress her cheeks as they stared affectionately at each other.

“A war might break out soon between our two realms. I do permit you to get involved red flower”. The Crown Prince muttered as he stroked her cheek with his thumb and Mulan blinked puzzly.

“But why? I know I’m not skilled at fighting but if you can train me—

“Even a a skilled fighter would find it out to kill just one common vampire not to mention the high ranking ones we’ll meet in the battle fields.
