And Kaidos couldn’t help but blink tearfully at her statement.

Do you think you would be remembered by this people? And I’m pretty sure your parents wants you to be where you’re free!!”. Kaidos shouted and another thud was heard on the door again.

Then Kaidos rushed to grab Akira’s hand once more.

“Ming please come with me. I’m a Rogue. We’re known as underdogs who break rules, we don’t even necessarily get mates from the moon goddess, and I don’t care if you’re a virgin or not.

I also, am not a virgin!! You can’t be perfect for me when I’m not perfect for you! I know I don’t deserve you too, I know I didn’t treat you like a person with feelings, the same way you’re being treated here.

But I’m ready to make amends. Just come with me, please”. Kaidos pleaded in tears as he still held her hands and their eyes locked.

Then surprisingly a tear fell from her eyes, as she brought her fingers to wipe off his tears.

“He’ll go on a killing spree if I leave him. He blood feeds specifically from me. If I leave, then everyone here won’t survive, he would suck their blood and still won’t be satisfied.

I was made specifically for him. So focus more on taking back your kingdom, instead of wasting time on me.

I can never be yours, neither will I ever return to you”. Akira said with more tears falling from her eyes and Kaidos could feel his heart breaking into pieces.

Then a loud thud came on the door again and this time the whole door fell along with it.

And without hesitating, Akira pushed Kaidos out the window and tearfully fell out on his back.

The moment he landed on the ground outside, he was too broken to get up and run when Zone who had earlier ran downstairs because of the guards chasing him arrived.

Zone picked Kaidos up and took to their heels while multiple guards chased them from behind.

The guards who took down the door in Ming’s room, began stood at the window shooting arrows at Zone and Kaidos till they were out of sight and they turned to Akira.

“We’ll have the door fixed back up. The General wants you not to remain here till the wedding ceremony tomorrow”. One of the men said before bowing and walking out of the room with the others.

Akira only stood staring out the window with teary longing eyes.

“It’s your destiny. As a born slave, how dare you be greedy?”. A thick feminine voice said from the damaged door and Akira turned to her and bowed.

“Greetings your Majesty”. Akira greeted and the lady dressed in a royal robe with a regal aura, heavy makeup and middle aged beauty walked away from the door after glaring at Akira.

“Come with me, child”. The Queen uttered as she left and Akira with her hair bowed followed her.
