Ocean wasn’t done talking when Mulan slapped him hard across the face and his eyes widened as he turned to her.
“You dare slap me?!”. He sneered loudly and Mulan frowned back.
“You lier and maneater!! How dare you yell at a lady?!!!”. Mulan shouted back and Ocean scoffed angrily as he pointed at her.
“Number one rule do not slap me!”. He stated sternly.
“I won’t follow! And stop shouting like a madman don’t disgrace me in front of my maids!”. Mulan uttered sassily as she combed her long hair with her fingers and Ocean’s eyes widened as he pointed at himself in shock.
“Oh so I’m the madman shouting?”. He questioned in disbelief and Mulan scoffed.
“Isn’t it obvious. Now run along I don’t want to be seen with you, you bring me nothing but embarrassment”. Mulan said pushing him away from her doorstep.
“I’m the Emperor! This is my palace! You’re in my Empire! You’re my woman! And you dare chase me away?!”. Ocean shouted as Mulan continued pushing him away and Sky arrived blinking shockingly at the situation.
Some servants also secretly gathered watching, while pretending to be busy with work.
“Your majesty”. Sky called and the duo eyes turned to him.
“Sky. Thank goodness you’re here! I want her punished. She not only slapped me, but she called me mad! Me?!! Do something quick!”. Ocean ordered and Sky wanted to move to Mulan but he stopped.
‘Is he setting me up? If I punish her he might have head dissected’. Sky thought as he stayed.
But then he noticed Mulan smiling at him, as she stopped pushing Ocean and he blinked puzzle, then sharply she ran to him and Ocean’s gaze followed her.
“Wow! You’re so tall”. Mulan gushed checking Sky’s height and Ocean cleared his throat louder.
“I’m taller”. Ocean said giving her a side eye from where he stood, but Mulan ignored him.
“What’s your name. I’m Mira”. Mulan said winking at Sky whose eyes widened same with the Emperor’s.
“Mira?”. Sky called puzzly.
“Yes! Mira! I’m a mother of one! But I’m still pretty! You’re not married right? My son needs a father, his birth father doesn’t want him so I ran away”. Mulan said and Sky glanced at Ocean who looked away from her and balled his fist in guilt.
“I–I just came to tell you that we’ve secured eight physicians already and by morning. We’ll get more”. Sky bowed to the Emperor, before turning to walk away, but Mulan instantly fell to the ground grabbing his leg tight.
“You didn’t answer my question! Take me with you! I promise my baby’s not a troublemaker! He listens alot!!”. Mulan pleaded as she cried desperately and Sky’s eyes widened in astonishment.
The servants watching instantly dispersed, seeing how things were getting worst.
Then Ocean walked to Mulan bending before her, as he removed her hand from Sky’s leg.
“Come with me instead. I’ll be the father of your child”. Ocean suggested and Mulan turned to him with teary eyes.
“Really?”. She asked with shiny eyes and Ocean nodded his eyes turning red as he feared he might shed a tear.
He haardly even cried as a child and being an adult he never knew anything like tears existed until now.
