“If you let me. Three months is enough for me to make you fall in love with me and accept to be my mate once again”. Mulan said and Ocean’s gaze changed into a dark frown as he turned away from her almost walking out of the room.
“And in return! I will be your partner for whatever contest is being held tomorrow!”. Mulan said and the Crown Prince stopped on his track.
“You do know that failure to make me fall for you, means you’ll be dead in that same three months right?”. The Crown Prince asked and Mulan walked over to him.
“And you also know that if I succeed then I won’t die but instead have a mate of my own”. Mulan and the Crown Prince let out a dry smirk.
“Goodluck to you then”. He muttered before walking out of the room and Mulan let out a deep breath, like she had been holding her breath while talking to him all this while…

“Your majesty!! Please let Kala back into the palace! She’s your niece and even though she wrongfully ran away with her lover she’s back to right her wrong!!”. The Queen Mother said loudly in tears as she knelt outside the late Emperor’s court pleading for an audience with him.
At this time the Queen Mother was only a Princess then.
“Your majesty my daughter’s pregnant! She can’t stand for too long outside the palace gate, it’s not safe!”. The Queen Mother shouted again.
But the cold Emperor then, didn’t bother coming to her and she only knelt out there in tears till the weather became bad and rain began falling, pouring crazily on her.
“Your majesty!! Please!!”. The Queen Mother, cried more shivering this time around under the rain but no reply came.
And then the pregnant Empress with an umbrella placed above her head, together with her court maids walked past her, not sparing her a single glance the Empress with her usual Cold aura, walked to stand in front of the Emperor’s closed door.
“The lady in question ran away with a rogue, your majesty. She never for once adhered to the palace rules, now that she’s carrying a Rogue in her tummy she dares return back?
Your majesty, it’s either she’s sent back or you request for her head, because I’m sure she’s a pawn sent by the Rogue’s King to disrupt the peace in our Kingdom!”. The Empress said boldly as her servants helped her adjust the coats on her and the Queen Mother’s eyes widened.
“You vile lady!! You’re just a beta Wolf and the daughter of mere general! How dare you try to teach my brother the rules of a kingdom he grew up in?!!! Don’t you have a little sympathy?! You’re pregnant also, why can’t you have pity for your fellow lady?!!—
