Walking into the Pallenquin her eyes widened when she met the Crown Prince already seated in there reading a book and she instantly ran out, causing the guards hiding in shadows to jump out bringing out their swords and it only terrified Mulan more.
“Did something happen to his majesty?”. Sky asked as he ran towards Mulan who was shocked staring at the multiple guards who also stood at alert waiting for her to answer and she slowly shook her head as she held Sky’s hand.
“He’s in there”. She whispered and Sky’s eyes widened, bringing out his sword.
“Whose in there?!”. Sky asked Mulan loudly and instantly the secret guards surrounded the pallenquin ready to launch a secret attack once Sky gives them permission.
Mulan only sighed deeply as she hit his shoulder.
“I meant the Crown Prince in there? What’s he doing in there? How can I share the same ride as him? Do you want me to die?!”. Mulan muttered in frustration and Sky only sighed as he raised up his hand and the guards quietly retrieved back into the shadows where they came from, leaving only Sky and the other guard and Mulan only blinks more puzzly.
“Why are you not saying anything? If I die your Mira won’t be happy”. Mulan muttered with a frown.
“Well you should know, the only way to survive is by getting closer to the Crown Prince”. Sky said and Mulan scoffed.
“No I don’t want to. He’s not normal!”. Mulan snapped but instantly covered her mouth and Sky only rolled eyes at him.
“You don’t have a choice. And where did all your seduction skills go to? Use them while we travel to get the Prince’s attention”. Sky said and Mulan’s eyes widened.
“Why are you suddenly rooting for me?”. She asked and Sky scoffed taking her hands.
“Nobody’s rooting for you. I’m just doing my duty”. Sky said as he led her back into the pallenquin and Mulan scoffed at him.
“You’ll never admit it. You care about me also right. Why? Because I’m your first student? Or because I’m pretty?”. Mulan asked winking at Sky who frowned in disgust.
“Use that beauty in there then”. Sky whispered as he pushed Mulan gently inside the pallenquin, before shutting the door and walking away, to climb his horse, and the other guard did same and soon the journey to Galaxy palace begun.
Mulan sat awkwardly across the Crown Prince who had a poker face on as his entire focus was on the political book he was reading.
‘He reads about politics but still treats people like thrash. What’s the use?’. Mulan thought as she stared at the Crown Prince.
Then she turned and opened the wooden window behind her a little bit to peak outside and she was met with total darkness as the pallenquin was literally walking through a bush part and Mulan sighed before leaving the window and returning her gaze back to the focused Crown Prince.
‘I would have tried seducing him again if he didn’t kiss me earlier and also if we didn’t argue about our different perspectives. There’s no way I want to spend the rest of my life with someone so power thirsty, and the moon goddess, how dare she change my fate without my permission, there’s no way anyone can change someone like this monster in front of me!’. Mulan thought angrily, as she secretly glared at the Crown Prince.
Then she remembered she still don’t know where they were heading to.
‘Even if I don’t want to, but I still need him to survive till I can fully be able to protect myself. Why don’t just use mentor Sky’s, I mean he’s smart and can never be wrong’. Mulan thought as she stared at the Crown Prince.
Staring at him after an unhealthy amount of times, Mulan cleared her throat loudly causing the Prince to frown shortly but his gaze still didn’t leave the book in his hand.
And Mulan crossed her leg as she cleared her throat even more loudly while brushing her long hair to the side with her fingers and the Crown Prince’s sharp gaze turned to her, which made her wave at him with a smile.
“Hi”. Mulan greeted, stylishly showing him her long brushed hair and the Crown Prince closed his book fully giving her all his attention.
“Is this one of the time you turn your seduction mode on?”. The Crown Prince asked with a raised eyebrow and Mulan scoffed with a smile as she instantly stood up from her seat and walked to sit beside him, causing the Crown Prince’s full focus to follow her.
“Stop flattering me. I just thought I needed to lighten the awkward air in here”. Mulan chuckled hitting the Crown Prince’s shoulder jokingly and his gaze on her turned to a sharp glare, but before he could speak she hugged him tight and his frown only doubled.
“Don’t me wrong. I’m only trying to return the favor. If you can kiss me without my permission, then let me just hug you in return”. Mulan muttered with a smile amidst the hug.
