Another week passed, Jayden was still unconscious, and everyone was getting worried.

“Please Son, wake up, you can’t be here for so long, please”. Mrs.williams sobs.

” Will he be fine? he has been like days for a long time”.Ella asked.

“We pray he wakes up soon”. Lisa said.

” Ella, I know you can feel people’s pain, can you tell if Maya is still alive?”Theo asked.

“Can you Ella?”. Mr. Williams asked.

Ella sighed and closed her eyes for a while, everyone was staring at her, and then she opened her eyes and rolled her head.

” I can’t feel anything”. She said sadly and everyone sighs sadly.

“Does this mean Maya is truly gone?” Mrs.Lucy sobs and Mia moves to her.

“Don’t say that Aunt, Maya is not dead, I know she is alive somewhere”. She said.

” She is right aunt, Let us be positive, as long as her body was not found, so, I believe she is alive somewhere”. Ryan said.

“Grandma, uncle is getting cold”. Ella announced as she touched Jayden’s hand.

Everyone turns to her quickly.

” What?”Mrs.williams felt his hand and noticed it was cold.

“What does this mean?”. Diana panicked.

Then Hayden started crying

” Uncle is going deeper, I can feel he is happy”. Ella said and everyone gasped.

“I will get the doctor”. Ryan rushed out.

” No, no, please Jayden don’t do this to us”.Mrs.williams sobs.

Jayden was in a trance walking hand in hand with Maya, both were going deeper into the garden, Suddenly Maya stopped.

“What’s wrong? Why are we stopping?”. Jayden asked.

” Hayden, we–“Maya got interrupted.

“What the hell are you doing here?”. A voice said from behind and they turned in that direction to see an old woman in pure white.

” Grandma?”.Jayden called surprisedly.

“Maya?”. Another voice called and turned in the direction.

” Mom?”.Maya called surprisedly as she rushed to hug her including Jayden who rushed to hug his grandma.”You are here, I have missed you so much”. She said as tears filled her eyes.

“I missed you too my child”. She said.

Just then they got interrupted by Jayden screaming in pain as his grandma got hold of his ear tight.

” Ha! Grandma, that hurt!”. He screamed in pain.

“You stubborn brat! How dare you come here”. She said angrily and finally let go of his ear, Jayden frowned caressing his ear.

Soon all of them came together and sat down.

” You two are not meant to be here”. Maya’s mother said.

“Why not? This place is peaceful”. Maya said.

” But you two can’t still be here, what about your son, are you going to leave him behind?”.Jayden’s grandma said.

“We can bring him here to join us”. Jayden said as he got a hit on his shoulder.” ouch! Grandma”.

“Stop talking nonsense and go back”. She said.

” Am not going anywhere, Maya is here with me and we are happy here”. Jayden said.

“He is right, we love it here”. Maya said.

” You can’t, Hayden needs you both”.Maya’s mother said.

“One of you will have to go back and be with Hayden”. Jayden’s grandma said.

” Why? Why can’t the two of us go together?”.Jayden asked.

“It’s complicated”. Maya’s mother said as she caressed her hand.” Maya you will have to remain here”.

“What? No, why should she, I am not leaving here without her”. Jayden said.

” You can’t do anything, son, it’s her fate”. Jayden’s grandma said.

“What fate? I am not leaving here without her”. He said angrily as he stood up and walked away.

“Maya dear, you have to talk to him, he can’t be here if he spends any day here, he will be stuck here forever”. Jayden’s grandma said.

” She is right”.

“What about me? Am I dead?”. Maya asked and they sighed sadly.

” Yours is complicated”. Maya’s mother said.

“But I want to be with him and my son”. Maya said as tears filled her eyes.

” There is nothing we can do, your fate will be decided above, you have to convince Jayden to go back, he has limited time”. Jayden’s Grandma said.

Maya came to where jayden was standing with his arms crossed, she moved behind him and hugged him tight.

“Am sorry Jayden”. She said as tears crawled down from her eyes.” I am sorry I didn’t keep my promise”.

“I can’t leave you behind Maya, you are my life, I can’t live without you by my side”.

They turn to each other.

” I am not leaving your side, I will always be with you and Hayden”. She caresses his face and tears fall out of his eyes.

“I can’t Maya, I want to be with you, I want to live with you forever, I have made a lot of plans for the three of us”. he said sadly.

” Am sorry, my fate hasn’t been decided yet, I also want to be with you, I love you Jayden and I will always love you”.

“I will wait for you, I will find you, I love you Maya, I love you so much”. He pulled her into his arms and captured her lips softly, he caressed her body and they kissed passionately.

Maya’s mother and Jayden’s grandma came and stood behind them smiling.

” It’s time”. Jayden’s mother said.

Maya and Jayden pulled away from each other and stared emotionally into each other eyes.

Everyone was in panicked as the doctor was examining Jayden’s body.

“He will be fine”. He said and they sighed in relief.

” Look! Uncle moved his hand”. Ella announced and everyone turned to him to see Jayden moving his hand and trying to open his eyes.

“Jayden”. Mrs.Williams called.

” Come on bro, you can do it”. Ryan said.

Jayden finally opened his eyes and everyone gasped in relief.

“Oh, my son”. Mrs.williams sobs and hugs him on the bed.

” welcome back son”. Mr. Williams said.

Everyone was smiling at him as he was staring at them.

An hour later, Everyone was waiting for him to speak, but he kept staring at them.

“Son, do you want something?”. Mrs. Williams asked.

“Should I get you food?”. Theo asked.

” We don’t need to stress him too much, he just regains consciousness, so let’s give him time to get himself”. Doc. Micheal said.

“Okay, doctor”. Ryan said.

“Please excuse me”. He left.

“Am so happy you are back to us, we were worried”. Mr. Williams said.

” Uncle, are you alright?”.Ella asked. but, no response from Jayden. “Grandma, he is sad”.She said.

” He probably knows about what happened to Maya”. Diana said sadly.

“Am sorry son that this happened to you”. Ma.lucy said.

Just then a drop of tears crawled out from Jayden’s eyes and he opened his mouth to speak, but he couldn’t find his voice.

” Son”. Mrs.williams cleaned up his tears with her hand.

“I feel so sorry for him, how will he react to what he saw with his eyes”. Mia said.

” Son, please don’t think it too much, everything is going to be fine, all you have to do is to look at your son, he has long for you”. Mrs.Williams said.

“M-m-maya!” Jayden said with all his strength and tears rolled out from his eyes.”M-maya”. He called again.

“Please Son, try to take it easy”. Mr. Kent said sadly.

Everyone became emotional as tears filled their eyes. Mia moved to Jayden.

” Maya is not dead, she is still alive, she wants you to look for her and save her, she waiting for you”.Mia said.

“She is right, I believe she is saved somewhere”. Diana said.

” Please, Don’t hurt yourself”.Lisa said.

Everyone was trying to ease his tension as they kept saying something positive to him.

JAYDEN’S MANSION

The girls were in the kitchen looking lonely.

“I still can’t believe Amma will do something like this to Mr. Williams and his family”. Lucy said.

” I can’t blame her, she was a victim as well”. Linda said.

“But she would have told Mr. Williams about it, it would have been resolved”. Andrea said.

” Look at the pain it has cost everyone, poor Hayden”. lucy sobs.

“I am still certain that Ms.Maya is not dead, I know she is alive somewhere”. Linda said.

” I believe that too”.Andrea said and they sighed sadly.

Meanwhile, in the prison cell, Mrs. Agatha heard the news of what happened to the Williams family and how her daughter got involved and she on a run.

“What have you done Amanda, I told you to turn a new leave, what have you done”. She sobbed bitterly.” This is not the life I hoped for you, now you are going to make me childless”.
