Ellen stopped at the staircase as Max joined her and he stared at her.
“So, what did Doctor Jade said?” Max asked and she fiddled her fingers together.
“That… That Eeoma’s Glibastoma has spread and she needs a surgery within a month or we might loose her” Ellen said slowly and he stood straight.
“Then they should go ahead with the surgery already” Max said and she looked up.
“The surgery including her Hospital maintenance costs 100Million Won” she said and his eyes shook slowly.
“Wh… What?, 100Million what?” He stuttered and she shut her eyes tightly as she tried to stop the tears gathering in her eyes.
“I am also confused Oppa, thinking of how to get an 100Million when we still have 40Million Loan on us, am tired Oppa” Ellen sobbed slowly and Max Sighed and scratched his brows.
“I… I will find a way, okay, just stop hurting” he said and she stared at his face shaking her head.
“No Oppa, you have done enough for us, I can’t put this on you again, Hailey enlisted me For a Job” She said and he frowned.
“What Job?” He asked and she sighed.
” A Live in Full time Maid at Shane Smith’s Home, the pay is huge, 2Million a week” she said and his eyes shook immediately.
“A Live in? That means you will be staying at that Man’s Mansion? ” He asked and she nodded.
” Ellen, you can’t do this, you know …”
“Why can’t I do it?”, She broke him off and he licked his lower lips.
“Ellen….”
“Mom is on the Sick bed slowly dying and this is the only way I can help her, I don’t care about licking their foot just to get the money ” Ellen rasped getting pissed and he sighed.
He held her shoulders and looked into her red and hurting eyes.
” Don’t worry, I will always be of support in anything you want Ellen, just make sure to be fine,” he said and she nodded.
He hugged her immediately and she relaxed her head on his chest as she felt comfort.
Max felt his heart beating and he closed his eyes.
The time for him to claim her is coming but he should give her time to clear everything on ground first.

SHANE’S MANSION
Shane rubbed his eyes as he opened the Room door when he got home after eating and having a long drink with Joey.
He shut the door and turned on the light, he met Ivy looking into her phone and smiling, He moved his jaw slowly and hit the door slowly making her look up.
“Honey” she called dropping her phone quickly and he walked to her on the bed.
He sat on the bed and stared at her beautiful face.
“Were you busy?” He asked and she nodded smiling.
He climbed the bed as he got close to her and rubbed her arms and she stared at it on her skin.
“Why don’t we start having kids now” he said seriously and she moved her eyes slowly.
“Honey, we talked about this, am not ready for children stuffs right now” Ivy said and he bite his lower lips.
“But… You have been saying this for three years already” Shane said and she touched his face.
” Don’t you love me anymore?, Are you tired of me because of my refusal for kids? ” She asked and Shane sighed and shook his head.
“That’s not it, you know how much I love you, I… Never mind just go to sleep, I will go wash up”Shane said and stood from the bed.
He paused and walked to the huge bathroom and Ivy watched him.
She rolled her eyes and fixed her hair behind her ears .
“Kids my foot” she muttered and focused on her phone.
