“Babe” Ivy called as she went to Shane who was waiting, he looked up as she kissed his cheeks.
“I was thinking you were not going to come down” Shane said as she went to sit at the first seat at his right side.
Mania approached her and started serving her, Shane stared at the staircase with a frown, what about Ellen?.
“Mania, didn’t you call Ellen down?” He asked and she stared at Him.
“I did Mr Smith” Mania replied and Shane nodded tilting his neck.
“Why are you bothering yourself over her?, She has no right to join us on the table anyways” Ivy said with an eye roll and Shane tilted his neck trying to control his stiff thoughts.
They heard footsteps and Shane looked up quickly to see Ellen walking to the dinning slowly.
Her eyes was red and swollen and he became worried, did something happen?.
Ivy rolled her eyes immediately, that bitch, hasn’t she learnt her lesson?.
Ellen slowly went to sit opposite Ivy, she bite her lower lips as she stared at Shane.
“Good morning” she whispered slowly.
Shane’s eyes moved and he narrowed his eyes at her
“Did something happen?, Your eyes” Shane said.
“Honey, can you stop been worried over someone like her while I am here?, It is annoying” Ivy rasped pissed and Ellen folded her lips staring at the table.
Shane sighed not wanting to push it.
Soon Mania served Ellen and she left the dinning
Ellen shouldn’t be here but her baby was More important.
She grabbed the Cutleries and started digging into her food, she felt Shane’s hot gaze on her.
Ivy just stared at her with pure hatred,
“Ellen was the One doing the works before, why don’t you keep doing it Ellen, the work might be much for Mania” Ivy said disregarding Ellen.
“Ivy…”
“And when do you start calling me Ivy?” Ivy snapped at Shane and he dropped his Cutleries.
“Would you let us eat in peace?”
“No I won’t, besides I don’t eat with Miserable commoners” Ivy said and he shut his eyes.
Ellen’s mouth was getting bittered as her eyes went hot, now this is too much on her.
“Honey, please, let’s eat quietly” Shane said in a husk voice and Ellens heart skipped painfully.
Honey…
Ivy smiled and rubbed Shane’s face,
“Let’s go out for a date after breakfast” Ivy said and bent to him kissing his lips
Ellen choked on her food immediately as she couldn’t bear it anymore, hot jealousy sparked into her.
She stood as the fork she was holding fell to the floor dragging attention to her.
“I .. I am sorry, I think I… I am filled” Ellen stammered shakily and Shane stared at her red face,
She bowed and shook her eyes before rushing away,
“Ellen…”….
