MINA’S APARTMENT

THE NEXT MORNING

Mina mumbled some words from her sleep when she opened her eyes slowly, she yawned and stared at the ceiling.

She tilted her neck and turned to her alarm clock at the bedstand, she opened her mouth immediately and gasped sitting up.

“Oh my God am late!”, she exclaimed and threw the duvet from her body climbing down the bed.

She rushed to the Bathroom and grabbed her toothpaste and brush.

She started brushing immediately staring at herself from the Mirror, she couldn’t even get a proper sleep as the thoughts of Greg kept disturbing the heck out of her.

She sighed and stopped brushing, He is just busy Mina, stop, she tried to coach herself and faked a smile as she kept brushing.

Today will be a new Adventure for her at Beiknam University.

VINCE’S APARTMENT

Vince wore his jacket after he was done dressing and he looked up staring at himself in the Mirror.

He couldn’t sleep last night, All his mind and guts kept going round what that man yesterday had said,

There was a secret That he knows but no one else knows that about him, he turned and went to his clothes closet, he moved his Clothes and dropped his thumb on an invisible opening at the Wood.

The wooden closet squeaked opened and Vince pushed it in, he counted his steps walking into a dark little room he had created when he got the house.

Yes, he might be the smiling and Friendly type but there was a Darkness around his Family’s life which he needed to correct.

He turned on the light switch and stared at the Board where he had fixed photos of strange people, at the head was written SK GROUP.

Vince mind suddenly went to the Man of yesterday and he licked his tooth, he grabbed a thick paper and pinned it to the board.

“The Restaurant Man” He muttered as he wrote it on the paper.

Who is that man?, how did he know him and Delvin, and what does he meant by Them Leaving Seoul.

For some reason he felt the man sounded scared and he wondered why, he actually needs to meet him.

He crossed his arms on his chest and chuckled.

Everyone must be confused, well Vince had Witnessed something cruel as a child, and that is about his Father.

You should all keep getting Curious, he isn’t going to reveal anything yet until he gets what he wants, and his answer is from SK GROUP, he had a memory of his Father’s conversation before his death.

Vince breathed out and turned going to turn off the switch before going out of the closet.

He shut the Closet door and Suddenly smiled.

“Today Is a new day Vince” Vince said and grabbed his backpack before rushing down stairs.

He stopped when he started perceiving food aroma, is Delvin here again?.

“Hyu….”, he broke off when he saw his Mom Teresa walking out from the Kitchen with a steaming pot.

” Eeoma” he called going to her and she stared at him with a smile after dropping the Pot.

” You are up? ” She asked as he shrugged off his backpack on the seat and went to hug her from behind.

“Yes Eeoma, when did you get here?” Vince muttered kissing her cheeks and left her to seat.

“This Morning, Your Brother complained about you not having any food in your Freezer” Teresa said and Vince licked his inner lips and covered his face.

“Aissh Hyung” he cursed slowly she hit his shoulder and he cried.

“Eeoma!” He cried as she Served him.

“Don’t you dare curse on your Older Brother again” she snapped and he bite his lower lips and nodded.

“Fine!” He muttered and sighed picked his chopsticks.

“I hope you are focusing on your study?” She asked sitting and He looked up .

“What have Hyung told you this time?”, Vince asked back and she went on a serious Mood.

“Nothing, I just want to be sure you are, I…I don’t want you to focus on anything, just read and become successful like your Brother and Father “, Teresa said softly and his lips moved.

” Eeoma, why are you suddenly saying all these? “, he asked and Teresa covered her palm on the back of his hand.

“I…i…” Teresa broke off and stood quickly, gosh what was she doing?.

“Just do as I said” Teresa said coldly and went to the kitchen .

Vince winced as he watched her, just what happened 18 years ago that Was being hidden from him?, if his thoughts about his Father’s death not been natural is true, then he has to find what the problem is.

Mina walked downstairs and met Tessy arranging the Dinning.

“Morning Unni” Tessy called as Mina rushed to the dinning and sat to eat.

“Morning” she muttered and started serving herself.

“So You’ll be lecturing at Ivan’s school?” Tessy questioned sitting and Mina nodded.

“Yes, it is a damn thing but my pay is gonna be increased, so what can I do?” Mina muttered and Tessy cleared her throats and touched her neck.

“Unni, why don’t you get a space for me at Bubang?, uuh, I really want to work there”

” No” Mina replied Plainly .

” Unni! “, she whined and Mina looked up to stare at her face.

” You can’t even keep a job, you keep changing and Changing, you’ll do same at Bubang” Mina said and Tessy bite her lower lips.

” Fine, I won’t change, I already left my job already, help me find a space please” Tessy begged and Mina sighed and nodded.

” Fine, but let me come back first ”

” Ooh thank you Unni! ” Tessy giggled and Mina shook her head.

” So can I eat in peace now? ” Mina asked .

” Go ahead Unni” Tessy grinned and Mina chuckled, what a Bum.

She brought out her phone and licked her lower lips staring at her text with Greg, she started typing immediately.

💬I will start lecturing at Beiknam from today💬 she sent and dropped her food as she kept eating.

It is only right she informed him.
