DELVIN’s HOME

“Seri?” Delvin called slowly as his fingers tightened more on his bag and she rushed to hug him.

Delvin went stiff as he stared into space, she is back.

Seri moved from him staring at his face with a pout.

“What?, aren’t you happy to see me?” Seri asked and Delvin’s chest heaved heavily as he blinked.

“Why are you here?” He asked slowly but shakily and she frowned.

“Oppa, it’s me Seri, not some stranger” she said and stared at his door.

“You changed you passcode?, why?,” she asked and he opened his door quickly and headed in.

Seri followed him in and shut the door as she looked around the sitting room, frames which she had kept of the two of them were gone too and she balled her fist as she watched him dropped his office bag.

Delvin turned back to her and stared at her face slowly.

“Does it matter whether I changed my passcode or not?” Delvin asked and Seri chuckled slowly.

“Oppa, what’s wrong?, are mad at me?, if it is about going to Newyork and losting contact, am sorry, it’s not fault” Seri said and he rubbed his nose.

“Not your fault?, then it’s whose fault?, you left for over a year or more, without contacting me?, I tried reaching but no avail, what the hell do you take me for?” Delvin Questioned, although he looked really angry.

His relationship with Seri had been more of Boss and employee, they have been together for 3 years, loved each other, did things together, because of her, he had no female friends nor female secretaries, She disappeared and that was it.

She left him hanging, the question is, does He still love her?.

Seri held his fingers and bite her lower lips.

“Am sorry Oppa, I lost contact because of my Job there, I couldn’t cope without contacting any family of mine and you, I just had to quit and come back, am sorry Oppa” Seri whispered as her eyes were becoming watery and Delvin looked away from her, was she trying to get him weak or something?.

“I…do you know how worried I was?” Delvin said without thinking and she left his fingers holding his face in between her palms.

“I am so sorry Oppa” she said smiling and kissed his lips.

Delvin’s Adams apple moved hard as he was not himself again, the question he had in his mind was, does he still love her.

She went on her toes to kiss him and he moved back as he looked else where.

“I am not in the mood for that, I had a bad day” Delvin said slowly, although it was a lie, he wanted to have Tessy’s lips lingering in his head and mind, he can’t have Seri take that away.

Seri blinked her eyes slowly as she pressed her lips together, what is this?, Delvin will never stop her except something is wrong.

“Oppa…” she called slowly and Delvin ran his fingers into his hair.

“I need to rest, you can leave” He said looking away from her and she scoffed.

“Oppa are you seeing someone?, is that why you changed the passcode?, is that why you took away our frames?” Seri asked as her eyes reddened and Delvin rubbed his nose.

“What are you saying?” He asked and Seri scoffed moving closer to him.

“Is isn’t true right?, you aren’t seeing anyone…”

“Seri that’s enough “ Delvin said and grabbed his office bag from the cushion, He stared at her and faked a smile.

“See you tomorrow “ he said and rubbed her hair before walking upstairs, Seri held her hand bag tightly as her chest heaved up and down angrily.

She stormed to his door and grabbed the knob opening it roughly, It can’t be that he is seeing someone, Delvin love her too much to even think of doing all that.

He must be tired today since he said he didn’t have a good day, she will see him tomorrow.

Delvin’s foot curled beneath him as the warm shower water hit him.

“Hmmm” he moaned slowly, he won’t lie for some seconds he prayed Seri never returned to his life, it was just like his nightmares has returned.

He turned off the water and pressed his palms to his tiled wall, why is she back?, he was supposed to be happy but it felt like a nightmare.

“Tessy…” he whispered slowly and shut his eyes .

Fuck, she obviously love him even if she was acting like she doesn’t care again, What if Seri clashes with her?, the fact he led her on by Kissing her was more terrifying.

“Fuck me” he cursed and grabbed his towel and robe , he is confused right now.
