MINA’s HOME

“What?” Mina muttered as her heart sank slowly, what is she doing or saying?.

“I mean you look different, “ Heiran added and Mina dropped her chopsticks staring at everyone.

“Can you all stop staring at me like there is something on my body already?” Mina almost snapped, now she is getting mad, what does she meant by being pregnant.

Tessy would have chipped in but she took her gaze from Mina and looked into her food picking at it.

Tania blinked as she picked on her own nails, she had her own problems with Ivan to face.

“Mina, have you been sick these days?, is Greg responsible?” Heiran asked again and Mina stood quickly banging her hands on the table.

“Eeoma can you stop already?, about Greg?, we broke up more than a month ago, how can you say that I am pregnant?!,” Mina snarled and left the dinning in a rush.

“What they broke up?” Baek asked staring at Tessy and Ivan and he nodded at him.

Heiran’s face followed Mina.

“She is really pregnant, “ Heiran muttered and wondered who she was pregnant for if it wasn’t Greg.

“Tessy, who is she seeing?, you are closer to her” Heiran asked and Tessy looked up, she bite her lower lips and shrugged.

“She is seeing no one ever since she broke up with Greg” Tessy replied and Heiran sighed.

“Well she is grown up, she can handle and take care of herself”Baek said and Heiran nodded.

“Sure, she is no longer a baby anyways “ Heiran muttered and stared at Tania who was picking into her food.

“You should eat Tania” She said and Tania stared at her and nodded, well they all knew each other as Ivan’s best friend.

Mina bite her nails as she walked around her room aimlessly, she stopped and paused staring at herself from her dressing table Mirror.

“What?, Pregnant?” She muttered and ran her fingers into her hair, how?, I mean she can’t be pregnant, it has been months since she had anything doing with Greg, then she met Vince that night and they slept together.

Her eyes tingled when something recalled in her head, he didn’t use protection, and she forgot to take pills.

“Arrgghhh!!!” She screamed immediately grabbing her hair more tightly.

“Mina what have you done?” She whispered and grabbed a hoodie, she wore it and took her phone and rushed out of the room after putting on a canvas, no she needed to confirm, is she really Pregnant?, but it can’t be.

Mina dashed towards the door and felt her Family’s gaze on her.

“Mina!” She heard her name but she ignored as she covered her head with the hoodie.

“Pregnant” that was the only whispering word in her Mind , she has totally lost it.

She got stopped a cab when she got to the main road side and got into it on the way to Vince’s house, but she should stop to get a home test first and be sure before heading to his place.

Why was she praying that things shouldn’t be as she was thinking, she shouldn’t be pregnant.

Mina threw her head against the car seat as her chest heaved up and down.

Mina stopped the cab some minutes away from Vince’s home and she got out after paying, she stared at the Huge Convenience store before her and she breathed out slowly, Mina made her way in after covering her face properly,

“Welcome” the sales person said and she nodded and made her way to the place where she can find the strip.

Mina got there and stared at the home Test strip and she grabbed the kit, she went to the counter and dropped it on the table.

The sales girl stared at her and scanned what she bought.

“500 Won” She said and Mina nodded handing her a cash and she took it.

The girl packaged the strip in a plastic black bag and Mina took it.

Mina blinked and bite her lips as she stared at the sales girl.

“Please…I…where is your restroom?” Mina questioned and the girl hesitated before pointing at a direction.

“Thanks” Mina whispered and turned but end up running into someone,

“I am sorry” Mina said quickly , although she was not in her right mind and didn’t even stare at the face.
