The gunshot met someone else no other than ….. Lily her own daughter.
Dora eyes widened in shock as she saw lily falling to the ground…….
Leah also fell due to the fact lily pushed her to collect the gunshot, the two bullet hit lily right on her stomach .
Everyone run to lily including Leah who got up with tears.
“Lily, please please look at me. Anna cried out
Dora is still shocked that she shot her one daughter instead, the gun fell off of her shaking hands
Lily opened her eyes and smiled.
“Miss Stacy please go through my gift because I personally prepared it. Lily said.
“Let take her to the hospital please. Connor cried out along with Stacy.
Laine is still shocked and stood behind Leah, though lily is not his real twin but still they grew up together as one, his heart is really breaking seeing lily breath has become heavy.
The agents entered as they pull Jane along with them.
Coralyn and lily planned worked by them setting up the agents nearby so they can catch Jane and Dora red handed but it’s didn’t turn out well because Dora manage to get inside.
“Arrest her. One of the agents pointed at Dora who is looking so weak because she shot her daughter just because of a stupid revenge.
“No no please let me go, i….. What are you all looking at , fucking take her to the hospital. Dora yelled as the agents tried to pull her.
“you didn’t do the job well?, Fuck you couldn’t do anything right, I told you to fucking eliminate that Leah. Jane yelled even when handcuffed by the agents.
Dora stared at her and walked close to her giving her hot slaps.
“you bitch, don’t you have any remorse, you caused this all, I…. Shot my own daughter because of your stupid plans. Dora yelled as she slap Jane.
“Let go of me bitch. Jane yelled back.
The agents finally separated the both of them and grab Dora steadily.
“No one manipulated you, you wanted to escape from jail so you could end them so don’t fucking put the blame on me. Jane yelled and Dora heart sank immediately.
Dora knew deep in her heart that Jane is absolutely right, she wanted to take a stupid revenge and end of harming her own daughter instead.
She burst into tears and stared at lily who is still breathing heavily.
“please take her to the fucking hospital. Dora yelled and kingston immediately walked out with lily along with Connor.
Stacy immediately carried a big stick on the dinning room and walked close to Dora.
She started hitting her hard with it.
“you bitch I will kill you if anything happens to her, I promise I won’t spare you. Stacy screamed and kept on hitting her hard.
Dora didn’t mind the pain and keep on crying silently, nothing hurts more than harming her own daughter with two fucking bullets.
Anna walked to Stacy and collected the wood from her.
“That’s enough stacy, you might harm your baby if you waste your strength on her. Anna said trying not to cry.
Leah immediately walked up to Annabella and cried out.
“Mom she took the gunshot for me. Leah said with tears and Laine could not help but cry too.
“Shhhhh let just go the hospital right away, I’m sure she will be fine. Anna said as she tried to hide her tears.
“Anna please let me go with you, I just want to know if she will be fine please please. Dora cried out and Stacy chuckled
“i won’t let you near my daughter, never. Stacy yelled
“you don’t have that right Dora, you harmed your own daughter all because of a revenge, what right do you have left to be close to her. Anna muttered.
Coralyn who have been quiet all this while suddenly fold her fist and walked up to Dora giving her a hit on her face.
“Trust me, you won’t die so easily if anything happens to her, I will make sure you stay alive dieing everyday wishing you didn’t hark my niece you bitch. Cora yelled and tried to hir her again but Felix rushed to her.
“Alyn it’s okay. Felix muttered as he held her.
“please just take them away. Cora cried out and the agent immediately start pulling Jane and Dora away.
“Please please let me see her just once, Anna, Stacy please please. Dora cried as they pull her away.
“we should leave for the hospital, I’m sure Connor and kingston are already there. Anna said and they all walked out of the mansion.

LOVE AND CARE HOSPITAL
Kingston, Connor, Stacy, Anna, Leah, Felix, coralyn and Laine are outside the ward of the operation room. Anna is feeling quite dizzy and she almost fall but kingston was quick enough to hold her.
“Are you okay?. Kingston asked worriedly.
“yes,I think I’m just feeling dizzy due to the stress. Anna said and Kingston nod.
Leah is looking so unsual, she is still feeling bad lily got shot instead of her. Stacy noticed that and walked close to her.
“Leah are you okay. Stacy asked and Leah looked up to look at her, Leah eyes is already so red due to tears. She was crying sliently that even Laine that is so close to her didn’t hear her cry at all.
“She….. she got shot in my place. Leah cried and Stacy hugged her.
“she is in that emergency operation room instead of me miss stacy. She cried out and Anna could not watch her daughter blaming herself.
She wanted to move close to her but the daughter opened and the doctor came out immediately.
Everyone rushed to the doctor.
“Doctor Liam, how is my daughter. Connor asked .
“ I’m afraid I have some grave news to share with you.
“Lily has suffered a gunshot wound to her upper abdomen, specifically in the epigastric region, which is just below the diaphragm and above the stomach. This area is rich in blood vessels and contains vital organs, including the stomach, small intestine, and liver.
“Unfortunately, the severity of the injury is critical, and Lily’s life is at risk. The bullets have caused significant damage to her stomach and surrounding tissues, leading to severe bleeding and potential organ failure.
We are doing everything possible to stabilize her condition, but the next few hours are crucial. I want to emphasize that Lily’s situation is extremely fragile, and her survival chances are slim. We will keep you updated on her condition and do everything in our power to ensure she receives the best care possible, right now she conscious and want to see you all”. Doctor Laim explained
“What about her treatment, you should continue with that first. Anna yelled
“We have done our best , like I said earlier her chance of survival is very slim, you will need to see her since she is insisting and we just finished one of her operation,right now she needs blood since she lost too much. Doctor Laim said.
“Blood?, I can give her mine, I’m her dad. Connor said
“i’m afraid you might not be having the same blood group Mr Connor, she is having a very rare blood type and that A postive, we both know you are not A postive. I think she has the same blood group as her mom. Doctor Liam said.
”I will call the agent to bring her right away. Coralyn said
“we will need it in 30 minutes time when we are about to start the second operation. Doctor Liam said
“she will be here before then. Cora said
“Like I said earlier her chance of survival is really slim. Doctor Liam said.
“you are a doctor please be positive, don’t make me hate the fact I wanna become one one day. Leah cried and doctor Liam looked at her.
“i’m not being negative my dear, just saying the fact. Doctor Liam said calmly.
“Well please stop it, it’s hurts. Leah hiccuped
“Can we see her now. Laine said and the doctor nod
“she want to see you all, please go see her and make sure her mom is here right on time. I will give you all just 10 minutes, because she must not talk too much before we begin the next operation. Doctor Laim said and they all nod .
“Excuse me. Doctor Liam said and walked out.
They all walked into the ward and met lily right on the hospital bed , she is using the oxygen to breath.
Immediately Leah saw her , she ran to her side.
“you silly idiot, why did you do that, why did you take the gunshot, are you in a movie huh, trying to play a heroine, you shouldn’t have done that lily. Leah cried and lily smiled as tears slips out of both of her eyes too.
Lily reached for the oxygen mask and slightly remove it because she needs to talk.
The rest also walked close to her as they cry watching lily.
“what the hell are you doing, put that back on. Leah snapped and Lily chuckled.
“please don’t tell me ……. you are no longer smart Leah, I need to talk . lily said and immediately put the oxygen back so she can breath a little.
“you shouldn’t do that dear, please stop it, just leave it on. Anna said
Leah removed it slightly again and smiled.
“i…… need to talk to you all please, the doctor said I will be doing another operation, so please let me talk to you now. Leah said and put on the oxygen again.
Connor and Anna immediately start shedding tears again, even Laine and kingston were not left out.
“please stop crying, I have a lot to say and I was told I have just 10 minutes to talk to you. Lily said as she pulled out the oxygen again
“you can say that later after the operation. Leah said and lily smiled.
“you shouldn’t be stubborn with this also leah, you should listen to the patient and I want to say it now. Lily said as she wear back the mask
Leah looked at her and then nod since lily does not look like she is ready to listen to anyone.
“i will like to thank you daddy, I mean my daddy, mr royal kingston, thank you so much for all you have done even when you realized am not your daughter, you still love me, despite being rude, you still love me, I’m so sorry for the pain my mom caused you. To be honest I really wish you will be my dad one day. Lily cried and Kingston moved close to her and wiped her tears.
“you are always my daughter lily, just wipe your tears please and get well soon, you need to be strong for daddy. Kingston muttered almost in tears and Lily looked at him for a while before she nod her head.
Then slowly she looked at Connor.
“Dad, please come closer. Lily said and Connor moved closer to her
“i don’t blame you or Mom so please promise me you won’t blame yourself, it’s all just a misunderstanding and silly hatered, please don’t let it destroy your friendship again and take care of stacy mom. Lily said and Leah glared at her.
“Hey stop talking that way, like you are leaving or something. Leah said and lily chuckled
“Leah is too smart, but I should just smile. Lily said inwardly and smiled.
“i’m not leaving Leah, I just don’t want anyone to blame theirself for the pain I’m going through right now. Lily said and quickly put on the oxygen mask again, she waited for a while as tears slips out of her eyes freely.
She looked at Stacy and smiled before putting it off again.
“i hope you will go through my gift, I got things for my little expecting brother, I was happy since we got to know I’m expecting a brother after your last check up Mom, I know you can lead my brother and dad to the right part because you are a good human being, Leah said so and I also saw it myself. Lily said and Stacy smiled with tears.
“i will surely take care of you as well lily, you will be fine after the operation. Stacy said and lily smiled dryly.
Then she looked at coralyn and smiled.
“Smart aunt Cora, trust me I love your smartness along with Leah’s, I should be like one in my next life and I will be close to Leah more. Lily said and Leah glared at her.
“Pheww sorry okay I will be fine. Lily said immediately she felt Leah’s glare.
Lily looked at Felix and winked at him.
“Please take care of her, even though she refers you as a fool or idiot , I know she loves you just as much as you love her. Lily said and Felix nod with a smile.
Lily put on the oxygen and and close her eyes tightly as tears slips out, she looked at Laine and cried .
She put it off and gestured to Laine to move closer to her.
Laine understand that immediately and walked closer to her, immediately he got to her, Lilu locked hands with him.
“Laine please don’t cry or feel bad, I know we are just six years old but you are more smart than this, you know I actually thought you are more smart than me because you were two minutes older than me but I didn’t know I’m not your real twin, I’m not as smart as you because of that I guess because you took after your Mom, I really appreciate your brotherly love from the start Laine, we both choosed you’d mom to be our nanny despite our cold attitude, I think you got that affection and connection from her right from the start and I’m really happy for that Laine, at least the truth is finally out and Leah got to leave the lonely place my mom kept her. Lily said and hold onto him.
“promise me you will be strong Leah, for me, Leah and your Mom. Lily said and Laine slowly nod as he was unable to talk due to hiccups.
Lily smiled and then looked at Anna, she smiled at her.
“Would to be Mrs royal, do you want to know your present now. Lily said and Anna nod in tears.
“Mo….. M, I want to call you Mom because you have always cared for me mom, I want to be your daughter in my next life if there is anything called one. Lily said and Anna cried out as she moved close to lily and slightly hug her, she immediately breaks the hug so lily could put on the mask again.
Then lily looked at Leah and smiled.
“Gezzzz Leah, you should stop crying already you know, it’s really doesn’t suit you. Lily said and Leah smiled.
“i will be close with you with Mom expecting baby, I want to be close to you so I can be smart like you, I’m sure mom will have a baby girl and Laine can also be my biological brother. Lily said and Anna smiled because of Lily’s words.
“Mom is not pregnant yet silly, stop dreaming and you will be here so why do you need to come back to life. Leah said and lily chuckled.
“i think you are too emotional that you don’t wanna use your brain now but it’s fine. Lily said and looked at Leah.
“Please don’t blame yourself, please everyone promise me. Lily said as she stared at everyone.
“pleaseeeeee.lily said and everyone nod.
“we promise Lily. They chroused and lily smiled.
Immediately Dora barged in with the doctor and lily smile fell.
“we need to Begin the operation now, just Mrs Dora can stay since we need to do the blood transfusion. Doctor Liam said and everyone nod slowly.
They were about to leave when lily voice stopped them.
“Mom.Lily called out and Dora smiled as she walked close to lily.
Lily ignored the closeness of Dora and looked at Anna instead.
Anna saw the fact lily is looking at her instead and walked closer to Lily.
“Please name her lily. Lily wispered and pouted.
Anna smiled and nod slowly.
“Just get well soon. Anna muttered and Lily just stare at her and smiled sadly.
“Please you all need to leave. Doctor Laim said and they all nod and walked out except for Dora.

Doctor Laim walked out with Dora who is looking like a dead corpse as she stare into space.
“Doctor why are you out here, you need to start the operation, did this bitch refuse to give her blood, we can find someone else immediately. Connor rushed his words at the doctor.
“We are terribly sorry mr Connor but your daughter gave up even before we begin the blood transfusion. I mean she is gone, we lost her her. Doctor Laim said and Connor staggered backwards.
Immediately Anna heard that she felt terribly dizzy and then she fainted in Kingston’s arms.
“Anna….. Kingston screamed and Laine along with Leah moved closer to them.
Immediately Kingston carried her in a bridal style and carried her to another ward.
Immediately they all left with kingston, Connor is still crying while Stacy tried to comfort him and coralyn moved closer to Dora who is looking like a living corpse.
”i hope you know where you are going to right now right, actually yeah you should know, trust me you will leave in that jail for the rest of your life , wishing for death but you won’t smell it, you will keep on seeing that innocent face you killed you murder. Cora yelled at her and Dora immediately burst into tears
She remembered what lily said to her before taking her last breath.
“Trust me mom, I didn’t hate you even after all the bad things you did, but I hate you so much right now because you let that miss Jane influence you more and you were desperate to kill Leah, I hate you for trying to kill her and I would rather die than have your blood more on my body. Lily paused and cried.
“i have forgiven you because Leah said it’s okay to forgive but I hope you have learned your lesson Mom, leave that family alone . Lily said and Dora nod.
“i won’t do anything to them, please please forgive me, I have learnt my lesson. Dora said and lily smiled because it’s evident from Dora’s face that she regrets everything she did.
“Good Mom. Lily said and taked her last breath
Dora looked at her and the machine and fell to the ground.
Back to present
Dora keep on crying as the scene keep on playing in her head.
“Please take her away. Cora said to the agents and the took Dora away carefully since she didn’t try to struggle.

Annabella opened her eyes slowly and saw everyone looking at her.
“Mom you are awake. Leah said and Anna smiled sadly.
“Congrats ma’am, you are two weeks pregnant. The doctor said and Anna started crying as she remembered Lily last words to her.
“please name her lily”…….
“Ston lily has come back to us. She cried and Kingston hugged her.
Everyone smiled dryly as they shed tears both pain and tears of joy.
“Lily has truly come back to them…………..
