“You know you love me, I don’t know why you keep denying it but I will find out and fix it,” he assured, kissing her again
Harder this time.
“What the!!!” Someone screamed from the door and they both turned to see Jade staring at them with a look they couldn’t quite make out on her face.
“Ruby, you’re fired!!!” Jade spats infuriated
“There is no need for that cos she quits,” Isaac took Ruby’s hand, holding her possessively as though he didn’t wants to let go, and truly he didn’t want to.
Jade’s eyes harden, he swung his gaze to Ruby who quickly took her hand from Isaac, lowering her head.
“My apologies, I was carried away,” Ruby apologize, slightly bowing.
Jade glared at her then at Isaac. Without saying a word she turned around, heading inside and Ruby rushed after her.
She knew Jade was going to see her parents and at the end of the day her (Ruby’s) parent will he fired
“Don’t go after her …” Isaac said and grabbed her hand from behind, she yanked his hand off
“Stay away! We can’t be together, don’t you get it? I need this Job so please, channel whatever you have for me to her and love her just the way you have always loved me,” She snapped pointing her index fingers at him before rushing to meet Jade.
Isaac stood there stupefied, he wanted to run to her, to follow her wherever she goes.
She was his and he wanted to make it Known to her but how was he gonna do that if she keep running away?
He roughed his hair.

JAX’S MANSION
Ava packed her car at the lot then alighted from it.
Tomorrow is Monday so she needed to get her notebook she left her left week Saturday.
It was already dark at night but she couldn’t still see with the lights of the streets lights, slamming her car door she suddenly stood without moving.
She could feel a presence behind her and she didn’t want to scare or get harmed by the person so she slowly every so gently removed her hand from the doorknob.
In a swift motion, just when she knew the person or thing was close enough, she shifted, tackling whoever/whatever it might be to the ground.
Her hand going to the person face as she delivered three consecutive punches to the person gaining a painful screamed.
“My eyes, argh!!! You punched my eyes,” Fin screamed agonizingly.
She quickly got off him, intending to have a good look at him and when she did, she hissed.
The rude boy
She began walking away.
“Hey,” Fin dragged himself up, managing.
“Wait!” He screamed rushing after her, scared she might tell other how she over throw him.
It was embarrassing that his mate punched him and he just stayed there, fûçk she broke his ego.
“Mate, let’s talk about this,” he shouted
“So much for a feral warrior,” Ava mumbled, under her breath, knowing fully well that he won’t hear her but to her surprise….
“I’m not a feral warrior, I just followed them cos my father is the crown prince and they can’t deny me, besides my granny always gives me whatever I desire,” he said
She looked at him, he did really hear her, she Only muffled it and he…. Wait, he was serious about this mate stuff.
He heard what she heard even though it was…. No way! No fûçking way. She wanted a strong man, someone like Jax not this.
“I am a prince, Jax is just a keeper that was dethroned,” Fin shrugged.
“What do you want?” She asked
The fact that she was entertaining him was enough to get her pissed off, she didn’t like the guy and he’s too rude.
Fin smiles.
“Let’s make a deal, I will tell the lady if the moon that you’re strong so she will give me another mate I can protect not the one that will protect me and that way she will also give you another mate and tada …” Fin said like a kid.
Ava began walking away. She went into the compound and Fin followed
“Come on, it can work….”
“It doesn’t work that way, you’re stuck with me forever so get ready to cry everyday….”
“Hey, I can’t be stuck with you, your âss is not that huge, I need something to sleep with and smack when….” He paused then swallowed
“Anyway, the thing is we can’t be mated … I will fine a way to solve this,” he followed her into Jax’s mansion where they met Bianca.
She was waiting outside But immediately she saw them, she rushed towards them instantly as though something was wrong.
Ava became alerted.
“What happened? Where is Jaxon?” She asked
Bianca pointed inside, Ava followed her gaze, she made to follow, to go in there and know what they came for but Bianca held her back.
She was only a pack member not an elder or one of the Alpha brothers.
Meanwhile, Jax was seen with Ty, Mr Black and three honorable elders.
“He has to, it’s his job besides he said he wanted to be the Alpha,” Ty complained bitterly
All the bêâten he received from Prince Jacob was originally made for Jaxon, he was the keeper after all and it’s his Job to protect the Pack.
“He was demoted,” one of the elders that came with them pointed out.
“So what if he was demoted?” Mr Black snapped
“He fought for the Pack when Jason attacked us few days ago so he should keep being the keeper he has always wanted and go face the prince,” Mr Black said.
The elders turned to Jax who has been silent since their conversation started, they wanted to hear his own side so they will know what to do next.
Jax cleared his throat.
“Ever since my mother dîêd you have been nothing but cruel to me,” He said, staring directly at his father (Mr Black )
“The one you kîllêd?” Mr Black asked pîssed at the question
Jax ignored him.
Now he remembered what happened, he has always had dreams of how his mother dîêd right before his eyes and he watched without doing a thing.
Turns out that wasn’t actually what happened, when they took his….
He had a quick flashback of his young self, struggling to get to the woman some men were dragging away but others blocked his view.
He had tears in his eye as he screamed for her, trying to reach her but no matter how she tried, the men around won’t just let him.
He saw himself trying to escape from them, they were also after him cos he’d called her “mother” and they wanted him too.
Instead of leading the humans to their back, he’d led them outside, to a place far away. By the time he return for her she has already turned to ashes and his father together with his men and some pack members were there to claim her ashes.
He’d come back for her, he tried to fight and just cos it was only him no one informed the pack and he did right by leading them away.
“We shall go but before we come back again, make sure you submit yourself to prince Jacob,” Mr Black said, tugging ty as they left the mansion
“Ty should bare what he brought upon himself,” Jax said seriously.
Ty made to speak but Mr Black touched his shoulder and he kept quiet, glaring at Jax as though to twist his head.
He walked out of the mansion.
Ava and Bianca rushed in, Isaac who’s just coming followed them.
“Is everything alright?” Ava asked
“Are you okay?” Bianca asked.
“Jaxon,” Isaac called
Jax glanced at him.
“It’s a good thing that the Jocobs are here, I shall reclaim my place as the Alpha tomorrow, Ty is stepping down and I’m done playing games,” Jax said, staring into space
They exchange glances.
The Alpha challenge is a challenge between two strong warrior but cis Ty is the Ruling Alpha Jax will have to wrestle against many before getting to him.
OUTSIDE
“Is he going to rule?” Ty asked their father impatiently.
Mr Black scoffed
“Says who? He’s just the bet. You can’t battle against the feral warriors and someone needs to do it, I searched for the perfect person and he seemed to be the person one so he should wrestle, once he’s dêâd you will reclaim your place as the alpha,” Mr Black said
Ty Smirked evilly, if Jaxon picked up the Alpha title now, Prince Jacob is likely to kîll him
Once he’s dêâd and no more, Ty will reclaim his position and rule with Trista by his side.

DIANA’S HOUSE
Diana and Jacob was in the living room when they heard the sound of luggage coming down the stairs.
Diana was the first to look back and Jacob did the same, he pring to his feet immediately he saw Trista with her bags all packed.
“Baby,” Diana called
She dropped the kitchen knife In her hand, taking a hand towel by the oven hand she wipes her hand with it then dropped it on the dining table before walking over to Trista who’s currently with her father
“I’m leaving, don’t try to stop me cos no matter what you say or do I will no longer stay here with her again,” Trista said seriously.
Diana just stood there, watching her little girl, will she possibly let her go? She does think so.
Jaxon has been explaining, trying to convince her to come alone with him but there is no way she’s going anywhere with him.
He left her, for years he left and now he came back with no logical explanation as to why he Left in the first place
“Diana do something, beg her anything,” Jacob said
“Baby….”
“Don’t you dare, you lair,” Trista fired instantly, pointing her index fingers at her.
“Baby, I never lied…”
“Lying again!” Trista cut her off.
“If you aren’t lying why did you leave? Why did keep moving? Why Mom why??” Trista asked with tears in her eyes.
Diana sniffed tears rolling down her eyes.
Guess it was time she said the truth after all she never ran in vain.
“Tell me, why?”
“Because your father wanted to take you from me,” Diana suddenly screamed
Trista swallowed nothing
“I had to do what I did baby, he disappeared for five years and the next time I saw him he came to take you so I learned to run, you are the only thing I have,” Diana sniffed
She wipe her tears with the back of her palm then sniffed
“I was 14 when I met your Dad, he was nice to me, super duper nice to me and I did I with him, I Know I wad so young but I couldn’t decline cos he was so nice to me,” She swallowed
“We did it three time and there you come, I told him but he disappeared,”
Trista glanced at Jacob who was silent
“It was tough baby, I was just in junior high and my parents were hard on me,” Diana paused, taking a deep breath as she let her tears flow freely down her eyes.
“I was asked to abort or move out, they couldn’t have me with a bastard and I was tagged disappointment and many more, my mother wanted me to stay so she begged to listen to my father but I just couldn’t kîll my own baby so I got a job while pregnant, my sister helped me get a house and a job….” Diana swallowed heard again.
“She helped me, she make sure I never have to suffer so much so she took responsibility of me, after this were born she was also by myself till she dîêd in a car accident then I was left with just you as my friend, family, brother, sister, child….. Your father came back years later but he couldn’t tell where he went so we fought again, he left but kept coming around to taken you, ”
“I decided to just keep packing around the city then afraid he might come to our place one day that am not around and take you from me,” Diana finished, she sniffed then glanced at Trista
“Is it true?” Trista asked
Jacob glanced at Trista then at Diana, he nodded
“Yes, I left her cos….”
“Mom,” Trista let go of the luggage, rushing to her mother’s side she gave her a huge hug
They both staggered back.
“Anybody home? I brought champagne,” Jimmy’s voice came from the door
They all turned to see Jimmy, Ava and Finn
“Mr Jacob,” Jax called also from the door, walking in with Isaac and Bianca
Diana and Trista pulled away, exchange glances in confusion
What’s happening? Why was Jimmy here? Why is Ava here? Thought she hated her and why was the boy we hate here?
“Jaxon now is not a good time,” Trista said, walking towards him.
“I know, and I apologize but I need your father’s help to reclaim what is rightfully mine,”
