{Unexpected proposal}
“If you’re against me step aside but if you’re with me stay on your ground,” Jaxon said, his expression void of emotions
It was as though he was done with their bushshît, his father is done and he won’t hesitate to take to down Anyone that stepped out.
He’d gone alone yesterday to deal with all those people involved in his mother’s dêâth, all these years he blamed himself.
He might have been so stubborn but watching his mother dîé…. Now he know the whole truth, the lady of the moon didn’t actually punish him cos of his mother’s dêâth
She punish him cos of his stubbornness and the role he played in his mother’s dêâth.
If he hadn’t disobey his mother and went to that forest to fûçk the human girl, she would still be alive.
He was only a bet and his father simply used him to execute his plans.
“Is there no one to step aside and challenge the decision of this ruling Alpha?” Jaxon asked, his tone breaking through the silence group and reaching those behind.
The whole pack was dêâd silent like a graveyard, not even a single soul stepped outside.
“Good, as the ruling Alpha there has been some changes in my Clan, My beta will discuss the changes with elders of the council for now we will arrange a bury for my step brothers Tyler and Fredrick, Mr Black shall not be buried. His body shall be burnt at the center this field and anyone who fail to come witness will have me to deal with,” He explained, turning his head from left to right.
He still held Trista tightly by his side.
Even though Jax has been the keeper and held authority in the Pack, he has never been as outspoken as he is today.
It was as though someone else was speaking through him and that made Trista question herself, if she was the one behind.
How she loved him, she wasn’t sure she could spend a moment without him by her side.
They have been practicing her powers lately and no matter how she tried, she’s still unable to pull the energies, it was as though the earth was against her.
Jaxon had suggested them going to see the queen, maybe….. Just maybe she could help but She declined the offer saying “she can’t leave without her mother,”
Now the question is if Diana was ready to follow her to the land of the unknown.
“Sun flower,” Jaxon tugged at her, she blinked, coming back to her sense and quickly followed them.
She’d been too lost in her thought that she didn’t notice him calling out to her.
She smiled sweetly at him, loving the feel of being his mate. She treats her so nicely, just the way her father treated her mother but she still doesn’t know the reason why her father left.
“Jaxon, who kîllêd your brothers,” She glanced up at him then look away so she won’t fall.
They are currently walking back inside.
“The feral warriors,” Jaxon replied calmly.
His tone completely different from the one he spoke with earlier.

THAT SAME EVENING, POLICE STATION.
Ruby, Isaac and Jade are currently in the police station where Jade confessed to paying the assassin.
She hadn’t mean to shot her twin sister, she only wanted it the Ruby. If she had known this was what dêâth was all about she wouldn’t do it.
“Office,” Mr. & Mrs Powers called in unison, rushing into the police station.
Ruby’s parents also came but.
“Mom, I didn’t mean it I swear…. I…. I only…. I love him so much, I have always loved him and I thought some day he would notice me,” Jade hiccupped, bubbles coming out from her nose.
“I didn’t mean for it to be Ruby,” She sobbed bitterly.
She rested her head on the table in front of her, rolling deep in her own misery.
“I can’t believe you would go to this length over a boy,” Runys mother said out loud as she pulled het daughter to her side, checking her out.
“Officer where is my daughter Jezebel?” Mr. Powers asked.
“This way sir,” another cop said, gesturing for him to walk outside and he did, with his wife following him behind.
Ruby began sobbing harder, her parent didn’t even say a single word to her. They simply left to see Jezebel, her life is over.
“Offer we would take our leave now,” Isaac said
The cops nodded their heads, the first one stepping forward to handshake him while the other opened the door for him to pass through.
“We will keep you updated,” the cop said.
Isaac nodded.
“Either you pressure charges or not, she’s going to jail for murder,” The one at the door added
Isaac walked outside, he decided to go home straight to their Pack and know what was happening since Jax haven’t called him.
Jax haven’t confined in him for some time now and it was eating him up, he was the beta and he needed to know when his Alpha is making the right decision or the wrong one.
He got into his car, turning on the engine, a soft knock came on his window, he rolled it down, frowing at the sight of Ruby.
“You want to leave me behind?” She asked.
Ruby opened the door after he unlocked it from the inside and entered, fixing her seatbelt.
“Thought you would be going with your parents?” He said more like a question.
“And why would you think that? My mom left with her husband and I will see them at home, besides you said you were going to see Jaxon and I also needs to see Trista,” She replied with a shrug.
“Are you suing Jade?” He suddenly asked.
She frowned.
“No, but that doesn’t mean she still won’t go to jail for mûrdêr,”
Isaac undid his seatbelt and before she could know what he wanted to do, he pulled her closer, hugging her as though his life depends on her.
Jezebel has saved him from years of torture, even though they have not be mated, Isaac didn’t want to think of having another mate.
He might not suffer the pain of losing a mate but he would definitely suffer the lost of a loved one.
“I’m so happy that you’re just fine,” he kissed her neck and she shivered.
He pulled away, enclosure his palm with her then smile cutely. Showing off his dimples.
She giggled

DIANA’S HOUSE
Ava’s car pulled up in front of the mansion, she alighted from it.
She didn’t even bother to lock her car as she made her way towards the house.
She knock of the front door and waited, after a few seconds she got no response so she knocked again.
She was about knocking again when the front door threw open and Diana came to view. The woman glanced at Ava waiting for her to say something but Ava couldn’t speak.
Jimmy’s car drove into the lot and he jumped out of it.
“Ava,” he called out to her, hurrying his steps so he could get to her before she says anything else.
Who knows what she has told the woman already?
He grabbed Ave’s wrist pulled her to the side.
“Please ignore us,” he said while taking a smile.
“What is? Have you lost your mind?” Jimmy scolded her .
“But you love her…”
“I can choose to love and not love a person, alright? Love is a decision besides she’s married and her long lost husband is back. I thought you never even liked her,” Jimmy said, his voice raising.
He didn’t want his daughter to bring his personal life to public.
“But….”
“No but, get in there and drive back home!” Jimmy snapped harshly.
Ava swallowed with a nod.
“Good,” He uttered, turning around to walk away only to see Diana standing behind them
Turns out she heard everything.

“I have spent the time given to me by my mother here in the human world, I shall return home and I am not forcing you to come, it will be your decision but first I need to go see your mother before leaving,” Jacob said.
He’s currently in the guest room with Jaxon and Trista.
He’d been in his chamber when he got a massage from his mother the queen, indicating his time limit is near and he has to do whatever brought him here quickly and return.
He knew he was a grown man and shouldn’t be taking order but she was her queen and it was her kingdom that he would return to so he has to return.
“Will you come with me?” He asked, staring at Trista who haven’t said a single word.
Trista glanced at Jax as though seeking for his to speak first.
“Why did you leave her mother all alone when she needed you the most,” Jax suddenly asked boldly.
Guilt crossed Jacob features and he lowered his head, racing them again, he glanced at Jax before shifting his gaze to Trista.
Jacob swallowed.
“I did bad and I Know….”
“Why did you leave?” Trista cut him off desperately.
Her mother said this and treated her like a princess so he wants to know why he left her if he truly sees her as his princess.
“She was a minor if I stayed back I could go to jail and I’m a feral warrior, I can’t leave without radiant…. If I stay three weeks without a radiant, my animal spirit will separate from me or it might not, but it will course me to be a total difference person and the cops might see who I truly am, my race could get discovered by the humans and things would gi wrong,” he explained carefully.
Trista and Jax was silent.
Trista couldn’t believe her ears, she didn’t know if she should get mad or just keep calm and follow him.
At some point she was happy that he’s back but right now she’s not rooting for him anymore.
He’s not even remorseful for what he did or is he? Cos she can’t see anything.
Her phone vibrate before ringing out loud, she fished it out, seeing that it’s her mom on the screen shw slides green then put it on speaker.
“Baby I’m getting married….” Diana’s voice came through the speaker but it did last long cos Jacob interrupted immediately he heard that.
What does she mean by she’s getting married.
“What? Why? When? What do you mean? To who?” Jacob rose to his feet instantly.
He took his car key from the dining table, walking out from the room.
“Jimmy proposed and I said “Yes” Diana’s voice came again and this time Jacob couldn’t hold back so he….
