CHAPTER 30B

He never woke up till the next morning when the other staffs started arriving.

Lina entered the office, and her eyes widened when she saw him that way.

“Secretary Maxwell!” She knocked on his desk, and he raised his head, yawning lightly before removing his glasses.

“Is it morning already?”

“Don’t tell me you slept here?” Lina’s eyes remained wide.

“It’s nothing” Maxwell smiled and stood.

“But…

“Is boss on seat already?” He asked.

“Yes, she arrived just now” she replied, and he connected the laptop to the photocopying machine immediately.

He printed the twenty pages of the report and started taking them into Jemima’s office.

“Boss didn’t treat me this way for once, ok she’s cranky and full of pride, talks to me as if I’m not human at times.

But she has never made me write a report overnight in the office, why exactly is she doing this to him?

Is it still because of the potatoes and pad night?” Lina muttered as she walked back to her office.

Jemima was sitting regally when Maxwell arrived in the office.

Her face is buried in her laptop, and she didn’t look up till he got to her and dropped the report on her table.

She took them without a word and started checking them out. A sour look formed on her face gradually, and she looked up at him.

“You call this a report?” She smirked.

“What!” His eyes widened, and she threw the papers at his face, scattering it on the ground before standing.

“Rewrite it” she ordered.

“I spent all night on this” he muttered.

“Well it’s rubbish” she replied.

“I know I’m not rich ok? But I’m a limited edition, if I rewrite that report, then I’m not the son of my late father” he said boldly, and Jemima walked out of her desk to stand in front of him.

Thanks to her heels, they’re same height.

“You’re rewriting it, right now” she muttered authoritatively.

He brought his face closer immediately, and she bent back instinctively, making her heels turn on the ground.

She was already going down when he quickly grabbed her by the waist, and her eyes widened when he brought her back to her feet.

Her bbs slammed on his chest, and she gasped as she grabbed his muscular arm for support.

Her eyes were still as wide as fk as their chests kept pressing.

Maxwell could feel the whole of the flesh on her chest, everything so soft…

“Wait… you’re not wearing a b.ra” he suddenly whispered with a naughty smile, and her eyes widened madly… WHAT!
