NEXT DAY, PRIME MINISTER’S VILLA*
Thanks to the fact that Blake informed Hailey since last night, she didn’t sleep.
She took her time to make a dress for herself using Judith’s workroom.
When the dress got finished at noon, she was more than thrilled, and she has been staring at it since then, admiring her own workmanship.
The fact that she’s the only one at home gave her the needed space, and she was even eating caviar as she read through the speech she’d be giving at the Gala.
Minister Blake sent it to her through email last night, and she has been reading it.
There should be no mistakes since she has mastered it, and now it’s time to dress up for the Gala.
She entered the bathroom and had a gentle, soothing bubble bath, calming her skin layers.
When she came out with the towel wrapped around her body, she gently unwrapped it too, taking her time to cream and wear makeup.
It’d be sweet if Senator Lucas sent Manson to come in his place too. He’s the only one she can’t wait to see his reaction when he sees her.
She finished her make-up and smiled at her beautiful self in the mirror as she put on the accessories, then she stood to wear the perfectly tailored gown.
It took a while before she was able to zip up, but she did it anyways.
She slipped her soft feet into the shiny high heels with a metallic silver finish, delicate ankle straps and a subtle platform.
She unpacked her hair, allowing the dark locks to fall gorgeously before grabbing the matching purse which she made by herself too, then she sprayed herself the seduction-scented perfume and exited the room with a beauty stride.
She was smiling as she went downstairs, slaying catwalks till she got to the park where the golden-coloured Tesla is waiting.
Blake must have instructed the driver to take her cos the car door was already open, and as she walked towards it, the villa staffs look dumbfounded.
Those by the gate and those washing the cars even the female cleaners.
They lost their brooms and soaps to the ground as they watched her step into the car, and Hailey flashed them a mocking smile as the driver closed the door.
Even if today is the only day she’d get this glory, then she’s ready for the aftermath.
She was prepared for anything as the driver zoomed out of the compound.
Lysandra appeared from the security quarters, and when she saw the car driving out, she dialled Judith.
“She left the villa just now” she reported.
“Go according to the plan, ruin her speech” Judith replied.
“Rest assured” Lysandra said, hanging up before leaving the villa too.
Leilani appeared from behind the park, strapping her gun in her hostler.
She wore a black mask before walking out of the compound.

THE PLAZA HOTEL*
The hotel’s rich history and plethora settings made the it the yearly location for the Gala.
Politicians from every nook and cranny of New York were already arriving at the filled red carpet.
The wives were doing the most as expected—their exposing dresses and designs are unexpected, and ninety nine percent of them are wearing outfits from Jud’s World which shows how influential Judith is.
The paparazzi are much, and their cameras are at well-set angles to capture every moment of tonight.
Surely, the internet will be in chaos if there’s even a slight anomalistic moment.
