Madden dropped the gun on the ground immediately, then he got some clay and poured them on her blood.
The blood served as water as he mixed the clay with it, then he used the bloody clay to finish her image.
He smiled cruelly at the masterpiece in front of him, but the smile didn’t last as he went to another angle in the room where he keeps his masterpieces.
There are like ten images there, and he walked past them till he got to the one at the far end.
It’s the image of a guy, and COREY was written boldly on its forehead.
He was still staring blankly at it when he heard a voice outside.
“Master!!!”
It’s Adeline’s voice, so he washed his hands and wiped it before leaving the room, opening the main door.
Adeline’s face came to view, and she immediately tried coming in, but the excess cold made her step back quickly.
“You still look shocked” Madden said.
“Of course… Why would you carry your fellow man in your arms?” She raised her chin.
“Drop that chin” he replied glaringly.
“How am I supposed to speak to my master if he hates face-to-face stares?” She replied, her chin still up.
“Brave” he smirked, and she blinked.
“Meaning you were referring to me back then at the torture house?” She said.
“Aren’t you, Micheal?” He replied, their eyes locking.
“I learnt the use of guns within an hour, you could say that” she shrugged, and she saw something flash in his eyes, but it disappeared as fast as it came.
“Follow me” he ordered, going in.
“The cold is much” she replied, but he didn’t reply, so she took a deep breath before stepping in.
She literally turned to frozen fish, and goosebumps appeared on her skin immediately.
Is he from this planet at all? This is literally a fridge.
How could a human live in this much cold?
She was already shaking before they arrived at his workroom, and she gasped when she saw the body on the ground.
“What the fûck! What did she do?”
“Do I have to tell you that?” He replied harshly.
“No…but…
“Get her body to the torture house. Drop it for the dogs” he said.
“Eh? Me?” She replied.
“You have a problem with that? Aren’t you a man?” He faced her.
“It’s just…
“Get her out of here” Madden interrupted, and Adeline swallowed before moving closer.
If she was still alive, she still wouldn’t be able to carry her since she’s thicker than her, but now that she’s dead and dead bodies weigh times three of their original, she has no idea how to go about it.
She managed to carry the body on her shoulder after several trials, and throughout everything, Madden just stood and watched her with the smirk which shows he’s enjoying this.
By the time she lifted the body to her shoulder completely, her legs were already shaking.
She’s the girl who did 99 press-ups in the morning, and she’s still the same person who did 50 press-ups not long ago, and now she’s carrying a dead body?
‘Gawd! I can’t continue like this… How many days in this clan and I’m already losing weight. I hate this man!’ she thought in her head.
She was cursing Madden inwardly as she carried the body out on her shoulder, and Madden followed her behind till she stepped out.
He stayed by the door, arms crossed as he watched her go down the mountain.
Immediately she went out of sight, he scoffed.
“I fuçking recognize a woman when I see one” he muttered, smiling devilishly as he returned to the manor.
