Loud hasn’t stopped crying… Sin and Trixie didn’t leave his side too.
He nearly entered the grave with him, they had to hold him back as Nikolai’s body was covered with sand.
Erik is present, but Klara is not.
Maya is present, too.
Andrei is there but Igor is nowhere to be found.
Immediately Poe sighted Madden, he came to him.
“I’ll escort you to the clinic, master. I don’t care if I have to kill the nurses but your arm needs treatment” she said.
“I don’t need it” he replied and turned, walking out of the burial.
He made his way to the house of Orlovs, meeting Klara in her office.
She spranged up immediately she sighted him, and her eyes dilated when she saw his arm.
“How come you’re wounded? What was Michael doing?” She said, walking fast to him.
“He got wounded too like you might have heard” he replied plainly.
“He has no right to get wounded same time as you!” She seethed.
“What the fûck are you blabbing!” He gnarled, and she gave him a look before going back to her desk.
“Who do you suspect?” She asked.
“Don’t we all have only one person in mind?” He replied, and she looked up with arched brows.
“Who?”

10PM, MANOR*
Adeline felt less weight in her body, and at the same time, the urge to open her eyes.
She tried to open the eyes, but it stings, so she sniffled and tried again.
When the stinging still persisted, she decided to keep it closed, but then she remembered.
The mission!
The attack!
Her real name from Madden!
The bomb!
Her eyes flew open, and she sat up in bed quickly.
The first thing she noticed was her bouncing breasts.
Her chest bandage is gone!
She’s wearing a black shirt, and judging by the snowy scent, it’s Madden’s.
Even the whole room smells like him too, and the coldness…
She looked around, and the shock deepened when she saw she’s in his bedroom!
She was about to jump down from the bed when Madden came in, his face pale, and the bullet still intact in his shot arm.
She quickly got down from the bed and blocked him.
“Since when did you find out?” She asked, and his burning eyes settled on hers.
“Since the first time i saw you, when I threw the blade at you. I knew you were a woman immediately I set my eyes on you” he replied flatly.
“Then why didn’t you tell me?”
“Why the fûck would I? I don’t give a damn about what you came here to do, and if you wanna continue being a part of my team, you might wanna make what happened at the mission the first and last time you’d ever space out” he replied coldly.
“You don’t wanna know the reason why I risked my life to disguise here as a man?” She replied, her throat clogged with uncertainty.
“I don’t give a fûck, how many fuçking times do you want to hear that!” He snapped, and she shifted back.
“Right. Yeah” she nodded slowly, staring at his wounded arm, and he left the room.
