RUSSIA, CLAN KITCHEN*
“Maya said Micheal went to Alaska with Igor. No wonder I haven’t seen him” Angelika said.
She’s sitting on the kitchen island again while Lady Selesta prepared the compound dinner.
“You now talk with Maya? That insane lady who’s in love with knives?” Lady Selesta replied.
“Are you badmouthing me?” Maya said, entering the kitchen with crossed arms.
“Maya!” Angelika raised her arms, and Maya carried her.
“I’m saying the truth. You love your knife more than anything” Lady Selesta replied.
“True, except Madden” Maya said immediately, and Selesta smiled.
“He scares me” Angelika said.
“Really?” Maya asked.
“Yes. H looks too scary and he doesn’t smile” she replied.
Lady Selesta and Maya exchanged glances.
“When is my real mommy coming back?” Angelika talked again.
“You told her about it already?” Maya faced Selesta.
“She’s too smart for her age, and she was getting curious.” Selesta replied, and Maya held Angelika’s face.
“Your real mommy is a bî+ch, so you don’t need her. Ok?”
Angelika nodded.

TRIXIE’S SUITE*
Sin has been parading the door for like two hours now, waiting for Trixie to come back.
He checked the compound through the cameras already, but she’s nowhere to be found, meaning she went out.
He hasn’t been able to get his mind off the kiss, and at the same time, he couldn’t forget what Igor said about Corey.
Igor was aware that he was behind Corey’s case? Then it’s over cos Igor will use it against him so much and this is only the start.
He dipped his nails into his mouth, biting nervously till Trixie finally showed up.
“Where’s my locket?” She asked straight, her face closed-off.
“I can’t give you that, but I’m sorry about the kiss, and about Corey, I…
“If you’re not gonna give me the necklace, then leave, but anytime I step your suite to take it, your dead” Trixie cut him off, went in and shut the door at his face.
“Shit!” He hit the door.
“Are you guys fighting again?” Kimberly’s voice spoke behind him, and he turned, looking disgusted.
Kimberly’s hair color changed to platinum… She obviously dyed it.
“You should brine her. Buy her arrows since she likes it and…
“Shut up! Who said you could advise me when your occupation is begging for Igor’s d+ck? Get the f+ck away” Sin cut her off and pushed past her, storming away.
Kimberly bit the side of her mouth painfully, fighting the rage in her.

Malik has his two hands in his pockets as he entered Poe’s ward, and a grin appeared on his face when he saw her condition.
No matter the herb or treatment, her face can never remain the same when she wakes.
She’ll become scar-faced and probably turn ugly, and he can’t wait for that.
“But Death did this to her because of Micheal too?” He said in confusion, squeezing his brows.
“Who exactly is Michael?”

ALASKA, NEXT MORNING~ ADELINE’S ROOM*
Adeline made sure to sleep early last night, so she woke just in time even though she still wants to sleep more.
Madden never came out of the steam room before she slept last night, so she didn’t see him before dozing of.
She yawned loudly and sat up in bed only to see him sitting on the sofa not far from the bed.
He’s on his phone, dressed in suit already.
“Did I wake up late?” She got down from the bed fast.
“Get dressed” he replied authoritatively, gesturing at the new black suit on the bed.
Adeline didn’t argue before taking it and entering the bathroom.
She had a quick bath for three minutes and dressed up.
The suit fits perfectly, even the waistline of the trousers matched her waist__surprisingly.
She needs to do the tie, but she doesn’t know how, so she took it back to the room and dropped it on the bed.
She slipped on the available male shoes which matched her perfectly too, and she stood upright.
“I’m done” she told Madden whose face is still on his phone.
He looked up, and the first thing his eyes caught is the tie lying on the bed
He took it and sat back, then he pulled her to the middle of his legs just like yesterday…at the… saloon.
He likes doing this.
She felt a clench in her stomach as he raised her polo and started doing the tie for her.
Throughout, she tried to maintain her composure.
He finished up shortly, and she made to step away from the middle of his legs, but he suddenly pulled her back by the thighs, making her freeze.
She broke free from the contact immediately, stepping back.
“I’m not doing that again” she said, and he saw something flash in his eyes as it darkened completely.
“I’ll make you bleed on me, and you’ll scream till you lose your darn voice” he muttered, pushing up his waist.
