“Boss Capo.” The women bowed as she entered, swaying her hips with seductive confidence.

One woman opened the door, and she stepped in. A smirk crept across her lips as her eyes fell on the woman tied to the floor.

Nicky’s gaze met hers, and her eyes widened in shock.
“You?” Nicky gasped, her voice laced with surprise. The woman smirked back.

Pulling out a cigarette, she lit it casually before bringing it to her lips. “Yes. Surprised?” She raised an eyebrow.
Her eyes suddenly flashed red, and with a swift slap, she struck Nicky, who screamed in pain. “Remember when you were misbehaving at your brother’s house? Well, guess what, bitch—I’m the devil’s daughter. Today, you’re going to regret ever making fun of me… including that stupid baby inside you.” Her tone darkened.

Nicky stood up and slapped her before anyone could intervene. “You’re nothing! And don’t you dare talk about my unborn child like that!” She yelled, her voice trembling, fear clear in her eyes.

The woman’s eyes blazed red again, and she punched Nicky hard in the stomach, causing another scream of agony. “You really think you’re the main character here, bitch? You’re in my territory now. I won’t tolerate your nonsense.” Her voice dripped with rage, and Nicky swallowed nervously.

“Ah!” Nicky cried out, clutching her stomach as a terrible pain shot through her. She looked down and saw blood pouring from her.

“Oh my God! Help me!” Nicky screamed, her voice filled with desperation as pain overwhelmed her. The woman simply smirked.

“Such a weak bitch. Deal with that yourself,” she sneered before walking out, leaving Nicky screaming in pain.

(Romano Mansion)

“I knew you’d come, Leonardo.” Mr. Romano smirked, standing confidently with his guards pointing their guns at Leonardo and his men.

Leonardo growled, “Where’s my sister?” His voice was cold, controlled. Mr. Romano chuckled mockingly.

“You really think she’s here? Well, your informant didn’t do his job too well,” he sneered.
Leonardo glanced at Matteo, who let out a sigh.

Romano raised his hand, and a man placed a laptop on the table. Leonardo’s eyes widened in horror as he saw Nicky on the screen, screaming in pain, blood gushing from her leg.

Kendrick tried to rush forward, but Matteo held him back.

“Let her go, or so help me, if anything happens to my child, you’ll pay!” Kendrick screamed, tears streaming down his face, uncaring of who was watching. The thought of losing his child filled him with terror.

“Please… let her go,” Kendrick pleaded, his voice breaking. Romano smirked as the tension between the mafia bosses grew, hatred evident in their eyes.

“Your friend knows what I want. Hand her over, Leonardo, and your sister goes free,” Romano said.

Leonardo stared at him for a moment, then laughed darkly. “You think I’m weak? You know me, Romano. If anything happens to my sister or that baby, today will be your last day.” His voice dripped with menace, and Romano swallowed, trying to hide his fear.

“No deal, Leonardo. A deal’s a deal. Hand over Angel, and I’ll release your sister,” Romano insisted.

Leonardo glanced at Dante beside him and scoffed. He couldn’t believe he’d trained her for 16 years, only to have her sold to an old bastard.

Suddenly, gunshots rang out from the laptop, and everyone turned in panic.

“What’s happening?!” Romano yelled.
“Boss, I think Siren’s club is under attack,” a man reported.

Before anyone could react, Leonardo lunged at Romano, punching him hard. Romano’s men tried to intervene, but Leonardo’s men held them back. “If anything happens to my sister, you and your empire are going down!” Leonardo yelled furiously before rushing out.

A guard opened the door, and Leonardo entered with Matteo following closely.
“Boss, calm down. We’ll find her,” Matteo assured.

Leonardo growled, running his hands roughly through his hair.
“Bring Dante to me as soon as possible. As for Romano, I’ll deal with him myself,” Leonardo said darkly, his gaze promising revenge.

Matteo’s phone rang, and his eyes widened when he answered. He turned to Leonardo.

“Someone just told me that he is taking Nicky home but wouldn’t say who he is” he said and Leonardo huffed.

“We will find out about that later. As of now, Nicky is important”

“Is she okay?” Kendrick asked frantically as they rushed into the house. He tried to move toward the room, but Monalisa stopped him.

“Calm down. The doctors are doing their best to save her and the baby,” Serena said gently, but Kendrick only cried harder.

Leonardo sighed, running his hands through his hair again. Angel moved toward him and hugged him, and he immediately wrapped his arms around her, patting her hair softly.

“You look rough. Come here,” she whispered, pulling him away.

“I’m fine,” Leonardo muttered as they walked into the room, but Angel just huffed.

“You’re a mess, Leonardo. Nicky will be fine, so go take a shower. There’s so much blood on you,” Angel said, taking off his shirt and rummaging through the wardrobe for clothes.

She turned around to find him smiling at her, his head tilted, a soft look in his eyes.

Angel blushed. “Why are you staring at me like that?” she whispered.

Leonardo sighed, pulling her close and hugging her again. Angel smiled, patting his back.

“Okay, big guy, that’s enough. Don’t take advantage of this moment like you always do,” Angel teased, and he chuckled.

Love was vulnerable, but sweet. He couldn’t stop smiling.

She handed him some clothes, and he took them with a smile.

“I’ll leave you alone,” she said, starting to walk out, but Leonardo grabbed her hand and pulled her back.

Their faces were close, eyes locked in a soft gaze. “Bathe with me,” he whispered huskily, kissing her neck. Angel blushed.

“I just took a bath…”

“Please,” he pouted, his lips forming a cute smile.

“Fine,” she sighed, and they both smiled.

As they stepped into the bathroom, Angel’s heart pounded.
Leonardo smirked. “Go on. Take off your dress,” he said huskily, his eyes filled with lust.

Angel shivered but obeyed. Leonardo’s gaze never left her.
His eyes filled with pure desires as he watched her, craving for entity.

He bite his lip as he admired her beauty.

Leonardo removed his trousers, and Angel quickly looked away, making him laugh.

He walked over, wrapping his arms around her waist, and turned on the shower. Angel’s heart raced as she felt his body against hers.

His hand slowly moved to her boobs and he grabbed hold of it gently making the female shivered. His hand slowly traced to her private part, and just as he was going to touch it angel snapped his hand away making him chuckled.

“Why are you looking away? It’s not the first time you’ve seen it,” he whispered, nibbling on her earlobe. Angel remained speechless, too nervous to respond.

“Well, I’m not used to it. It’s… big, like a cucumber,” she muttered, and he couldn’t help but laugh.

“Do you want to taste it? It’s sweet,” he teased, and Angel swallowed hard.

Her gaze shifted slightly before she looked back at him. “People eat that? It looks tasty, but I wouldn’t,” she said, her voice so innocent and unaware of how amusing she sounded. Leonardo bursted into laughter again, his deep chuckles echoing through the bathroom, the tension in the air replaced by light-heartedness.
“You are something else kitten” he said shaking his head as he gazed down at her with a soft smile. His laugh faded but the affection in his eyes grow.

“You want to touch it?” He whispered huskily, his voice low and teasing.

Angel eyes widened again, curiosity flickering in them. “Can I? I have been wanting to, like… yesterday I saw Matteo watching a movie, and the girl in the movie touched something like that” she muttered her cheek turning pink as she spoke unaware of how innocent she sounded.

Leonardo couldn’t contain his amusement, his laughter filling the room once more. He pulled her even closer, brushing his lips against her ear. “Go-ahead, sweetheart” he whispered, his lips warm against her skin.

Angel hand hovered hesitantly, her hand pounding in her chest and she finally reached out. Her fingers brushed against him, and Leonardo groaned softly, his body reacting to his touch. She glanced up at him, eyes widened in surprise as if she hasn’t expected such reaction from him.

“Like this?” she asked softly, and Leonardo bit his lip, nodding. “Exactly like that,” he said in a rough voice.

Her innocent exploration made Leonardo’s body burn with desire, but he held himself back, not wanting to rush her. Angel, still oblivious to the fire she was igniting, continued to stroke him gently, fascinated by his reactions.

Leonardo finally pulled her hand away, his chest rising and falling rapidly. “Okay, that’s enough,” he chuckled, his voice strained. “You’re going to drive me crazy if you keep that up.”

Angel giggled, a sweet sound that made Leonardo smile despite the tension between them. He turned off the shower, grabbing a towel and wrapping it around her, his hands lingering on her body as he dried her off.

“I think that’s enough excitement for today,” he whispered, pressing a soft kiss to her forehead.

Angel blushed again, stepping out of his embrace. “You’re the one who started it” she muttered under her breath, making him laugh.

“True,” he admitted, following her out of the bathroom as they both got dressed. There was a comfortable silence between them, one filled with affection and understanding.

As Angel finished dressing, she turned to find Leonardo watching her again, his eyes filled with admiration, and angel check turned red. “Why are you always staring at me like that?” She asked. “Because I just can’t get enough of you. You are so breathtaking” he muttered as he walked towards her.

The female just blushed.

He grabbed her cheek gently before he placed a kiss on her lip. “I love you so much little kitten” he said softly and they hugged each other.

HEAD OVER HEELS : CHAPTER 61 – 70

Nicky’s eyelids fluttered open, and she was greeted by the cold, familiar sight of the black walls around her. Her heart pounded in her chest, panic instantly rising as her mind tried to piece together the fragmented memories of what had happened. Instinctively, her trembling hand moved to her stomach. She pressed down gently, searching, feeling, desperate to know if she was still carrying the tiny life she had sworn to protect.

Her breath hitched when she felt it kick.

“Oh my God…” she whispered, her voice barely audible, but the words carried the weight of a thousand fears. Her chest tightened, and she squeezed her eyes shut, hot tears streaming down her cheeks, blurring her vision. But the tears that fell were not ones of despair—they were tears of overwhelming joy and relief.

Her baby was still with her.

“Hey! What’s wrong? Are you in pain? Do you need me to call the doctor?” Kendrick’s voice broke through the haze, his words rushed, dripping with concern. His face hovered close, his eyes wide with panic as he tried to read her expression.

Nicky turned to him slowly, her emotions crashing over her like a tidal wave, and without thinking, she let out a choked sob before wrapping her arms around him, burying her face in his chest. The warmth of his embrace was grounding, solid, and she clung to him as though he were her lifeline.

She was alive.

And so was her baby.

Before she could say anything, the door creaked open, and a group of familiar faces entered the room. Leonardo, Serena, Angel, and Matteo stepped in, their presence filling the small hospital room with a strange mix of tension and comfort.

“Hey, girly!” Angel chirped, rushing over to Nicky’s bedside with her usual energy, but her hug was gentle, as if afraid of breaking Nicky in her fragile state. Nicky smiled through her tears and hugged Angel back, her heart swelling with gratitude for the support.

Angel pulled away, her eyes bright as she assessed Nicky carefully. “You’re a fighter, you know that?” she said softly, and Nicky nodded, unable to form the right words.

Her gaze drifted over to Leonardo, who stood by the door, arms crossed, his face unreadable. There was something about the way he was looking at her—something cold, distant, and dark.

“How are you feeling?” he asked, his tone flat, void of the warmth she had once been accustomed to.

“I’m… okay,” Nicky whispered, though she could feel the weight of his stare pressing down on her. But before she could elaborate, the air in the room shifted. Leonardo’s face hardened, his jaw clenched, and his next words sliced through the air like a blade.

“So, when exactly were you planning to tell me that you’ve been sleeping with my best friend—after all the warnings I gave you? And now, you’re pregnant?” Leonardo’s voice was low, filled with restrained fury. His cold blue eyes bore into her, and the tension in the room instantly became palpable.

The entire room froze. Serena’s eyes widened, and even Matteo looked down at the floor, as if not wanting to meet Leonardo’s gaze.

Nicky’s heart dropped into her stomach. The confrontation she had been dreading had come sooner than expected. Her throat tightened, and her voice failed her. Before she could respond, Angel—always the mediator—stepped in, slapping Leonardo lightly on the chest.

“Be nice! She’s just getting better. Do you really want to have this conversation now?” Angel scolded, her tone playful, but there was a firmness in her words.

Leonardo rolled his eyes, but his mouth curled into a half-smile as the tension broke slightly. “Fine,” he muttered under his breath, though the storm in his eyes hadn’t fully cleared.

Everyone in the room chuckled.

Suddenly, Angel’s eyes lit up, and she turned her attention to Matteo. “Oh! Matteo!” she called out, and he looked up, confused. “I saw you watching something on your tablet yesterday. I know you didn’t notice me, but I saw you. What was it? I want to watch it too!” She smiled sweetly, her innocence shining through.

Matteo choked, his face instantly turning red. “Uh… what are you talking about?” he asked, shifting uncomfortably under everyone’s gaze.

“Little kitten, don’t ask questions like that,” Leonardo interjected possessively, his voice a low growl as he stared at Angel. But Angel, ever the innocent, ignored him completely, her attention focused solely on Matteo.

“You know what I mean,” Angel said, her tone cheerful. “There was a girl on the bed, and—”

“You were watching porn?” Serena interrupted, her voice incredulous, and everyone turned to Matteo.

Matteo let out a long, exasperated sigh, rubbing his temples. “Yes, okay! Fine! I was watching porn. Happy now?” he muttered, clearly embarrassed.

Angel’s eyes widened, and then she giggled, her laughter light and innocent. “Oh, it’s called porn? Can you send it to me? I want to learn something!” she said, her tone so cheerful and childlike that everyone was caught off guard.

Serena snorted, barely able to contain her laughter, while Nicky and Kendrick exchanged amused glances. Even Leonardo let out a soft chuckle, shaking his head in disbelief.

“You want to learn something from porn?” Kendrick asked, clearly amused, while Angel nodded enthusiastically, completely oblivious to the implications of what she had just said.

Her innocence was maddeningly adorable.

Leonardo sighed, running a hand through his hair as he glared playfully at Matteo. “I swear, if you corrupt her, Matteo, I will end you.”

Matteo raised his hands defensively. “Hey, don’t look at me. I didn’t ask her to watch anything!”

The room erupted into laughter, the earlier tension forgotten.
