CHAPTER 109

Melanie only smiled before carrying her bag.

“You’re gonna come to school, right?” She asked, staring at him curiously.

“Yea, I need to settle things with the boys. Things can’t keep going this way, I hate it honestly” Axel muttered.

“Especially Ace,” Melanie mumbled.

“Yea. I just need him to understand that I love you, and I’m never giving up on you,” Axel said.

Melanie grinned before holding him by the arm.

“Should I give you a ride?” Axel asked as they both walked out of the house.

“I’ll just take the bus,” Melanie said.

Axel only nodded. He escorted her to the bus station, and after bidding each other goodbye, he returned to the house.

He creased a brow when he met the door opening. Who entered the house without his permission?

He entered the house and he had to keep calm, to control the rage that was surging through him.

“What are you doing here?” He asked, inserting his hand into his pants pocket.

“What else? Aren’t I allowed here anymore?” Ariel rolled her eyes.

“You’re a model, now?” She asked.

“Why bother asking when you knew the answer already,” Axel scoffed.

“Well, your Dad is planning to ruin your career only on one condition… Marry me,” Ariel smiled happily.

Axel chuckled but it didn’t last for long when his eyes glowed with anger.

“And you think I’m gonna marry a bitch like you?” He said.

“Stop calling me a bch!” Ariel yelled.

“That’s because you’re one. Who else forces herself on a guy if not a bch? So pathetic,” Axel spat in disgust.

“Why do you hate me so much?” Ariel suddenly sniffed.

“Do you know how much I love you? Do you know how much your face keeps haunting me at night?

Do you know how much I dream of myself in your arms? Do you?” Tears rolled down her cheeks.

“Why do you hate me? Am I at fault for loving you so much?”

“You don’t love me, Ariel. It’s lust, not love. Moreover, I have a girlfriend and I love her so damn much, so quit any feelings you have for me, it ain’t gonna work” he walked past her but suddenly stopped.

“And oh… Tell my Dad that I don’t care if he tries to destroy my career but I’m never succumbing to his demand, never!” He muttered and went to his room.

Immediately he was gone, Ariel’s hand curled into a fist and she wiped her tears, breathing heavily in anger.

His words kept ringing in her ears. “I have a girlfriend and I love her so damn much,”

“He has a girlfriend?” She scoffed in disbelief before marching out of the place in anger.
