Valerie descended the stairs, swinging her car keys as she made her way out of the house.

She got out to the garage and hop on her black SUV. She ignited the engine and drove out of the compound.

A guard came out of the corner her was standing. He brought out his phone and dialled Jeffrey’s number.

“Sir, she left.” He said.

Super freaky girl by Nicki Minaj played in Valerie’s car as she drove down to the airport.

She shook her head in rhythm to the beat of the music as she drove. She got to the pedestrian cross and stopped driving, at the same time Fawn got there in his bike.

Valerie turned to him, she saw him but she couldn’t see his face. He was wearing a helmet.

She returned her gaze to the front but her eyes dilated when it caught something.

The mark on his hand??!

That familiar birthmark, he had his own his hand while she had hers on her back and he was only wearing one glove. The other hand which wasn’t covered was the one which had the birthmark.

Her eyes widened and turned to look at him but the traffic light turned green and Fawn rode his bike away.

It wasn’t difficult for Valerie to spot her fake mom in the airport. A photo of the woman was sent to her and she used it in searching her.

She was already aware of the people watching her, they were three in number so she was conscious of her every step.

So when she saw the woman…

“Mom!!!” She screamed rushing to the sophisticated middle aged woman.

Her dressing alone would tell you she’s someone who has a very high fashion sense.

A confident and bold woman. She was looks like a traveller. An explorer.

She played along with a smile, receiving Valerie into the warm embrace.

“Boss, her mom arrive.” One of Jeffrey’s men said, touching his earbud as he watched Valerie who was already engaging in a conversation with her mom, and she was laughing so hard right now.

They were flowing so well, like a true mother and daughter.

“I don’t care who knew him first Sheila? Merrick is mine now. I love him so much, I can even cause havoc on earth for his sake.

I mean absolutely nobody can break us apart, not even you big sis.” Alecia said to Reyna, with a very serious look.

Reyna chuckled dryly.

“You amuse me. Fighting you is something I will not do little girl, you’re my kid sister and I will not engage in a fight with you. But you should know the big mistake you’re making by waging war with your sister.”

“I know nothing Sheila. Do… Your… Worst!” Alecia spatted on her face, counting her words and Reyna glared dangerously.

“And… Cut!!!” Director Philips said, clapping as he advanced towards them.

Alecia closed her eyes tightly in anticipation of their next words.

“You did great girl . I’m amazed.” Reyna said patting her shoulders and Alecia’s eyes shone.

“Impressive.” Jasper said, with a smirk.

“That was a very wonderful performance Alecia. You did great, than my expectation.” He said and her eyes shone.

“Really??” She asked happily and director Philip nodded.

“Yes. Leroy didn’t lie after all.” He said and she smiled.

“Thank you so much sir.” She said and director Philip chuckled.

“Thank you ma’am.” She said to Reyna with a light bow.

“C’mon, what’s with the courtesy. Just call me my name.” Reyna said and Alecia smiled.

“Thank you Reyna.” She said.

“You’re welcome girl.” She turned to director Philip.

“I and Jasper will be leaving right now boss.” Reyna said.

“Sure. Catch up on tomorrow.” He said and Reyna nodded turning to Jasper.

“Let’s go.” She said and Jasper nodded.

He winked at Alecia before leaving with Reyna.

Director Philip turned to Alecia.

“We’ll continue tomorrow.” He said and Alecia nodded.

“Thanks boss.” She said.
