HER HEARTLESS MONSTER : CHAPTER 131 – 140
REFECTORY*
Molly knowingly didn’t come with her gang since she’s gonna meet Uriel.
She has plans to give Echo’s phone to Uriel and tell him to deliver it to Slade.
She searched the refectory with her eyes after taking her food tray, but Uriel is not in yet.
She took her seat on a fresh table, getting her phone out.
She texted him that she’s already waiting, then she dropped the phone and took her water to drink.
That was her mistake, cos the moment she drank, her senses weakened in a heartbeat, and her head dropped on the table.
Imogen appeared with her troops, and they jointly took her out away through the backdoor.
Immediately they left, Uriel came in, dialling her line.
Her phone rang on a table, and he rushed there.
Only the phone is there, Molly is nowhere.
Uriel turned around suspiciously.

7:30PM, OBSIDIAN BAR*
“A bottle of rue here!” An order came from one of the numerous tables.
“Coming!” Twilight replied from the stand, getting the bottle and cups before rushing over to the table.
The bar is not so big and not so small, but customers are much, and the owner is kind, which is why she adapted so quick.
She kept checking the time on the wall clock, calculating that she must leave this place at 8, else she won’t find taxi back to the university.
“Two bottles of bourbon!” Another yell came from another table.
“Right back!” Twilight replied, rushing to get the drinks.
While returning, she saw a strange someone. He’s wearing a face cap, staring at her from a corner.
Twilight paused for a while, why is he staring at her?
She eventually shrugged and decided to brush it off, calling it her own oversensitivity.
She left the bar at exactly 8pm after the owner payed her for the night.
She was heaving as she walked down the cold street of Glennville.
Surprisingly, it’s bustling and lively tonight with the road lamps and passing cars, so it awakened her spirit.
She branched at a goodie shop and got many stick sweets which she was munching as she searched for a taxi.
Unknown to her, a car is following her behind.
The car had trailed her to the bar, waited outside till she was done, and now it’s trailing her back.
Inside the car, there’s Slade.
She’s not even aware, only the honk of cars and bikes filled her ears as she walked.
Slade’s eyes were void as he drove with an hand, staring at her through the window.
She’s like a baby, so soft and meek, too meek that it’s questionable.
He smirked dryly when he saw her hair is tied with a black hairband, again.
He hates it, which is why he removes them at every chance he gets, but she likes them too much.
One of her sweets fell from her bag, and she picked it up with a squat in front of a clothing store.
It’s an expensive boutique, and there are dresses and shoes getting showcased through the glass wall.
The sweet fell from her again, and this time, she couldn’t pick, cos she’s already lost, staring at the outfits and imagining what they’d look like in her body.
She was already getting immersed in her fantasy when a familiar hand grabbed hers.
She responded with a gasp, and when she saw the face, she held her breaths again.
“Slade?” She whispered.
He didn’t reply before pulling her into the store.
She looked at the hand he’s holding, and she bit her lip.
When did he even get here?
“Welcome to fairy fantasy. Our collections will leave you awed. There’s everything a female needs, down to undies” the first attendant they met said in a rush.
“Get anything she looks at into the cart” Slade said, and she gasped.
“Anything she looks at?” The attendant blinked.
“Do I need a microphone before you’ll hear me?” Slade tilted his head.
“But… it’s…
Twilight couldn’t even form a word as she was taken away into another world of riches.
It’s like a dream, and everything happened too fast.
The outfits here are classically beautiful and expensive. The shoes are on another level.
Before she knew it, five carts is already full cos she couldn’t stop looking at everything.
The sixth and seventh cart came too, and she gasped when she saw the total amount of the things on the flat screen.
Millions, and still counting.
“It’s enough! It’s enough!” She quickly shouted, standing in the way of the attendants who’re treating her like a English queen.
“Would you like some dessert? Ice cream? There’s frozen chocolate too, and pies. You’ll have your desired wine, and we have a better brand of stick sweets” they offered, and she blinked thrice.
“But I’m full…I ate a lot with Onyx already” she muttered.
“Would you like to try out one of the dresses then?” They said.
“I’ll do that” she succumbed, and she was led to the fitting room.
