He was about to reply when his phone rang.
It’s Elijah calling.
“Yeah?” He picked.
“Last kidnapper standing exploded like a bomb after dropping the name of their boss as K” Elijah said playfully.
Slade’s brows knitted, and he hung up.
“Is it bad?” Twilight asked worriedly.
“Not very” he exhaled, and Onyx came out from under the bed.
She has been there, inhaling Twilight’s scent as much as she could.
Right in front of them, she transformed to her human form, and Twilight smiled.
“Onyx”
“It’s been a while! Anyways, I’ll leave you two alone!” She replied, going to Slade’s wallet on the bedstand.
She took the amount of money she wanted and shoved it into her small purse, then she tied the purse to her waist.
“Bye!” She winked, leaving the room.
“That little thief” Slade muttered, and Twilight chuckled, rubbing his full brows before kissing it.

Onyx was rolling her small purse in hand as she walked the hallways, and she’s enjoying the male attention on herself a lot.
“Don’t stare too much, I know I’m pretty!” She winked at the guys, swirling around.
Her wide gown swirled with her, and she grinned sillily.
“Sladie is hot, of course his cat will be hot too!” She winked at another guy, swirling around again.
She just can’t wait to get to the refectory and eat her favorites.
She was still swirling when she bumped into someone, and her eyes widened as she fell together with the person.
They both landed, and she heard the groan of a guy as her purse fell.
She grabbed her purse and stood, only to see Ruslan.
He already wheeled Tamlin into his room, and he was on his way to the refectory too.
“You almost broke my legs!” She glared
“You’re the one who’s swirling on the hallway!” Ruslan glared back.
“Are you saying it’s my fault? You couldn’t even catch me! Do you know who I am?” She demanded.
“I have no business with whoever you are, fuck!” Ruslan told her off and made to leave, but she pulled his hair back, dragging him down.
“What the heck!!” Ruslan pulled her hair too with his two hands.
“I dunno who you are but this is totally crossing the line!” He glared.
“And you think you’re not crossing the line too? I’ll end you!!” Onyx pulled his hair harder, her energy surpassing his own.
She pulled out some of his hair.
“Ohhh!!! Shit let me go!!” He cried out .
“We’ve not even started, scallywag!” She yelled, pulling again.
The intervention of Imogen stopped them.
She broke into their middle, and Onyx lost balance, but Rihannon was quick to appear, catching her.
She’s with Damien.
“Let’s go” Damien took Onyx, glaring at Ruslan before leaving with her and Rihannon.
“I saved you from that thing” Imogen faced Ruslan.
“Get out” Ruslan muttered hatefully, walking off.
“Did he just…talk to me like that?” Imogen gasped.
Meanwhile, Echo is by the door of the next class, watching with satisfaction.
“He’s a loyal boyfriend after all.” she smiled, getting her phone to text him.
Echo: Baby I love you!!
She was staring at the text, expecting a reply as she walked off.
