PSYCHOLOGY DEPT, 9AM*
Uriel carried Slade’s back till the class door, and Slade took the bag from him.
“What’s that on your wrist?” Uriel asked, staring at the new band on Slade’s wrist.
“Nothing special” Slade replied.
“Today is the last day of the month, and unfailingly, the monthly kidnappers will come.” Uriel said.
“Let’s talk after my class” Slade replied, and Uriel left after a nod
Slade entered the class, and the atmosphere froze like his eyes.
He’s folding his sleeves as usual, but today he’s wearing white which looks madly hot on him.
Imogen and her dogs are in class already, and Imogen was smiling as she shamelessly snapped his tattoos.
Even Molly is present, and she’s rolling eyes at Imogen presently.
Twilight is not in class like Slade expected. She’s probably too ashamed to show up, and it’s the sanest thing to feel for a lowly human.
He picked the marker and was about to write on the board when the clicking of shoes rented the corridor.
Lady Lorraine stepped in, wearing a green flowing gown and black tall heels, the usual full make-up and excess accessories.
“Mother?” Imogen muttered as dead silence rented the class.
“We need to talk, Slade” Lorraine said sternly, and Slade was about to tell her something harsh when another clicking sound rented the air.
This time, it’s Twilight.
She came in with Echo, but she looks damn different.
For the first time since she got to this school, she wore trousers, a really hot one which revealed her waist a bit, then a one-shoulder top, and she’s wearing light makeup too, thanks to Echo.
Echo forced her to wear heels, but the maddest thing is that it’s the same as Lorraine’s heels!
“Heck! She’s insanely hot” Ren muttered.
“Who dressed that masquerade up” Posey scoffed.
“How dare she match shoes with mother” Imogen spranged up.
“How… Dare… You?” Lady Lorraine questioned when her angry eyes met with Twilight’s.
Lorraine is surely about to explode like a bomb cos her neck was expanding.
Twilight didn’t respond, and Echo smiled before facing Slade who looks rooted in front of the class.
“We’re sorry for coming late, Mr. Luther” She bowed and pulled Twilight’s hand.
Before she could take her, Lorraine blocked them and faced Slade.
“Send her out of the class right now! I mean now! I’m ordering you as the first lady of this university!” She yelled jealously.
Slade dropped his marker and walked straight to the scene without missing a step.
His eyes didn’t blink till he got to them and raised his hand to Lorraine’s shoulder.
“You’re blocking my view” he said crisply, pushing her aside.
Lady Lorraine fell, so Twilight came to view, properly.
