GREG’S COTTAGE*
Timothy’s car made a rough stop, and he literally barged into the cottage.
He met Greg coming out of his bedroom.
“Timothy?”
“Slade found the girl,, but that strong-headed son of mine has refused to kill her” Timothy said breathlessly.
“Is that why you came running this early in the morning?” Greg replied.
“Where else would I go? You started everything, Greg” Timothy replied, and Greg sighed.

FLASHBACK, 27 YRS AGO*
Timothy stood in front of the cottage, shaking like a leaf in storm as Stella’s cry poured out of it.
Following Greg’s suggestion, they brought Stella here to deliver her babies, and now Greg is inside with her.
“Arggghhhhh!!!!!” Stella’s labour screams came out again, and Timothy clasped his palms together, shaking more.
“I promise to start going to the catholic if she survives. The babies might die but I just want Stella to survive” he said, looking up at the crescent moon in the sky.
“Arggghhh!!!!” Stella’s screams came again, but that was followed by the cry of a baby.
“Yes!” Timothy smiled, jumping in happiness.
He only waited few more minutes before more baby cries filled the cottage, then Greg came out to him.
“She delivered successfully. I’ll clean the babies up and let you see them” he said.
“What about Stella herself?” Timothy asked.
Greg didn’t reply before going back inside, and Timothy sighed.
An hour later, he was called in to see the triplets, and tears welled up in his eyes as he watched them in their individual cots.
“He’s the first to come out” Greg said, pointing at the only girl.
“That’s Aimee” Timothy sniffled.
“He’s the second” Greg pointed at the second one who’s a boy.
“That’s Elijah” Timothy nodded.
“And he’s the last” Greg pointed at the second boy.
“That’s… Slade” Stella said weakly from her bed.
“I’m afraid he might not survive this curse. Aimee and Elijah escaped narrowly, so they can live normally if I make infinity rings for them, but as for him…” Greg looked at Slade who’s the smallest.
“Make infinity ring for him too” Timothy said.
“Infinity ring can only protect him for a certain amount of time, but he needs a moonslave to break his curse completely” Greg explained.
“Moonslave?” Timothy raised his lids.
“Yes. I’ll perform a lunar ritual on the next full moon. I’ll ask the moon clan for a slave, and I’m sure they’ll provide. He only has to kill the slave once they meet” Greg replied.

BACK TO THE PRESENT*
“You said it yourself, he must kill her once they meet. They’ve met close to a month now” Timothy said.
“If he’s not willing to kill her,then he’s willing to die. The ring will soon stop working for him” Greg said.
“You know he can’t die! I need him for my establishments! If he dies, I’m finished! Can’t you do something like a spell to control him? Make him kill her” Timothy said.
“I can only control him through the ring on his finger, but I’m not sure if it’d work. His mind is the strongest of all the triplets, so messing with it is hard” Greg said.
“Just try” Timothy held Greg’s hand.
“Please”

UOG*
The news of Dr. Kali’s disappearance filled the university, and classes were paused as students won’t stop talking about it.
A search party is out to track her phone location though, so there’s tension in the air.
Lord Vann has been running around with Lorraine, trying to supervise the search.
Students are scattered around the castle, whispering in groups.
Tamlin came out of the rich tower with Ruslan, his eyes reddish as a result of the smokes he had last night.
The wounds on his forehead and arms are still plastered, and Ruslan insisted for him to stay indoors, but he wouldn’t do that.
He was planning to meet Dr. Kali for the infinity ring, but now that she’s missing, there has to be another way
Maybe if he talks to his mother Lorraine.
His thoughts were cut short when he suddenly saw Twilight.
She’s in front of the second garden with Rihannon, Damien and several other students, chatting.
He walked briskly to her, pulled her out of the bunch and hugged her before she knew it.
Her eyes widened, and every student in the area gasped.
Ruslan left immediately.
Twilight’s brain felt like it reloaded instantly, and she gasped too.
Throughout last night in Slade’s bed, Tamlin didn’t cross her mind at all. Not even for once.
It’s like his face was sieved away from her memories, and now it just returned.
She broke the hug quickly, and Tamlin held her face.
“I missed you” he said.
“How are your…wounds?” She asked awkwardly.
“It doesn’t matter, you’re here now” he replied, hugging her again.
Rihannon and Damien cleared their throats, shifting away from them.
That same moment, Slade and Uriel walked past the garden, and immediately his eyes met with Twilight’s, she broke the hug.
Slade turned a blind eye to them as he left the area.
“Eat breakfast with me” Tamlin pulled Twilight.
“I don’t think I can eat till Dr. Kali is found” she replied.
“Then I’ll just stay here with you” he smiled, and she blinked.

IMOGEN’S ROOM*
Imogen is sitting in bed, preparing to smoke when the door opened, and Ren entered.
“Where’s my girlfriend?” He asked.
“Here!” Posey shouted from inside the bathroom.
“The hell? Be quick, my legs are weary from waiting…” He said, chuckling at Imogen before leaving the room.
Imogen smiled, and Posey came out of the bathroom nakedly.
She’s actually preparing to go on a date with Ren.
“Is it just me? Ren is getting hotter these days” Imogen winked.
“Hey hey…don’t go there. It’s enough that I allow you to kiss me whenever we share drugs on the tongue. Ren is off-limits, just keep crushing on your Slade” Posey snapped.
“Calm your titties, girl. No one is taking him, geez!” Imogen rolled eyes and lightened her pot, smoking as she climbed the bed.
She watched Posey dress up, and after twenty minutes of dolling herself up, Posey left the room.
Imogen picked up her phone and saw Ruslan’s annoying text on her screen.
Actually, Ruslan got a new phone already, so the old one is still with her
She was laughing as she read his text.
Dog 3: Are you free this afternoon for lunch?
“Idiot” she muttered, throwing the phone off and ignoring the text.
She took the old phone and slid into Echo’s DM.
Time to mess with her again.

LIBRARY*
Since classes have been paused, Echo came to the library to cool off, trying to read books just like Twilight does, but she just can’t get into it.
Now she thinks Twilight doesn’t deserve the brain she has. Twilight assimilates faster than any student in this school, and she’s envious of that.
She got her phone and checked her face on the screen. It’s not red anymore from the slap, so she nodded.
She’d just wait till Twilight will apologize. She’s the one at fault anyways, always giving herself to Slade like a slave.
She was about to drop the phone when it dinged.
Her eyes widened when she saw Ruslan’s text.
She was smiling as she opened it, reading with a racing heart.
Gawd…she’s so fuçking obsessed with this guy.
Ruslan: Can I have a picture of your nîpples? Just your nîpples… Please.
Echo: Sure.
She stood and packed her books, leaving the library and entering a washroom.
