ROOM~
Despite how tired Susan felt at the moment, she felt restless somehow about the strange package she received
She was wearing a milk coloured satin-like gown
Seated on the bed, her eyes darted over to the side table where the box was situated.
She thought hard about who could be the sender
Was it Diana? Her friend, could it be one of her $illy pranks?
Well she would just have to open and see the content
Standing up without ease as she was heavy, Susan walked gingerly to the box’s position
She pulled on a part of the ribbon and it came undone
When she opened the box, she found another box inside of it.
This was really a prank, oh Diana
Susan facepalmed with a smile
Few seconds later, Susan’s frown deepened because she kept unveiling boxes after boxes untill she got to the last one of it and when she opened it her heart stopped and she nearly fell over from where she stood
Susan staggered slightly
She forced closed her eyes for few seconds and opened them again but what she saw was still there and there and then she knew it was reality and not her hallucination
No!
No!
This can’t be!
How? How?!!!
Was her worst nightmare coming to fulfilment soon?
In the box were pictures of her getting all intimate with a Man.
There was nothing to be left out
A note was attached to the box
With shaky hands, Susan took it and unfolded the note
“I’ve fufilled my part of the deal”
It’s your turn my love,”
Derick.
The little note fell off her palm as she shuddered in fear
How did he find her?!
She thought she was never going to get caught by him
She searched the box if she could find any address or number but there was none.
The door was pushed open that instant and Susan jolted on her spot as she hurriedly covered the box and got hold of the note, squeezing it in her palm
Turning around she found her husband coming over to her
“I can see you’ve opened the package already, what’s that?
Mr Sterling asked as he undid his shirt
“Oh umm, it-it’s Diana and one of her pranks again, I’ll call her and give her a proper earful about it”
Susan lied as she laughed it off but she was in a big turmoil within her
“Ohhh Diana, your best friend isn’t she?
Susan nodded
“I’ll call Teddy to discard the box then”
“No!
Mr Sterling got surprised at her reaction and looked at her questioningly
Susan realized she had overreacted and immediately calmed her demure gently
“I mean you shouldn’t bother, I’ll just keep it to remind me of the prank, ha ha”
Susan laughed
Mr Sterling thought it was weird but nevertheless he nodded and strode into the bathroom
Susan felt her heart beat with her palm
She immediately took out the pictures from the box and into her clothing box, she also put the crumpled notes into the same place.
What was she going to do now
He already knows where she lives and that makes it more frightening!
