“We have only 35 girls remaining who passed the first round!”. The loud voice boomed and everyone applauded the girls.
“Our next round is the hunt game, You’re all given 2hrs to hunt in the forbidden forest….
The announcer wasn’t done when everyone gasped.
👥 They’ll be hunting wild beasts instead of deer’s?
👥 But the forbidden forest is the worst for even wild animals.
“You girls have only two hours to hunt down a demon and—-

Maya and Cara fainted at the spot when their bow and arrows were seized and they were given sticks and stones.
Jade’s eyes bulged out of her sockets as she exchanged glances with Asa, even Mina and Hani looked completely shocked also.
“This never happened in the past competitions?”. Hani mumbled and glanced at the Emperor whose eyes were on confused Jade.
“Demons your majesty? You think she’ll back down after hearing this?”. Kai asked in shock.
“Their spiritual powers will increase after killing a demon, thus increase their chances of winning, plus-she won’t be participating”. Emperor Damien replied his gaze fixed on Jade.
“Why won’t she?–
“That’s your duty, see to it”. Emperor Damien cut Kai off as he stood up and began leaving, with many stares following him.
“After killing the demon, you’ll meet us all at the place were the Emperor’s sword is stuck and try your luck with it”. The announcer finished and Jade’s eyes widened.
“Huh? We’re removing the sword today?”. Jade gasped in shock and Asa faced her.
“You didn’t know? Everyone’s ready for that, but the demon part caught us all unaware”. Asa said and Jade turned to frown at Kai from where he stood.
“Now match to the forbidden forest to hunt your games—
“The Emperor wants them to teleport there instead”. Kai cut the announcer who nodded.
“Teleport to your hunt ground!!”. The announcer said loudly and immediately Mina cackled at Jade.
“See you at the finish line”. Mina said to Jade who still stood dazed as everyone began teleporting.
“I can’t do that”. Jade mumbled watching everyone take turns to disappear.
Then Asa suddenly took her palms and she faced her.
“We’ll part ways once we get to the forbidden forest, as we’re rivals”. Asa said and Jade nodded, then Asa teleported and met themselves in the forbidden forest before Kai could stop anything.
“Be careful”. Asa said to Jade once they were in the forbidden forest before disappearing again.
“Your turn to make a move”. The Queen Mother said to Danxu and he immediately disappeared also.
Kai seeing that frowned as he also disappeared and met himself in the forbidden forest but no sign of Danxu anywhere.

“He really doesn’t want me to become the Empress. I’m I that bad for him? Then he should take on so many mistresses once i become the Empress, i need to clear my name from the book of lowlifes in this horrible kingdom”. Jade said as she began walking slowly searching around for demons. Her bow and arrow in her hand.
She walked round the forest for an hour, with no demon in sight, Then a sharp breeze blew from behind running very fast and Jade turned to see it was a demon with the head of an horrible beast, that was running towards her.
Jade raised up her bow and arrow at it, shooting it right in the on the forehead and immediately the head caught on fire, followed by the body then immediately it exploded into ashes and smiled cutting a piece of her robe to store some of the ashes of the beast as evidence of her win.
“It isn’t two hours yet, but I’m done!!”. Jade squealed as she looked around and then began walking to where the sword was everyone of the audience would probably be present but she’ll be the first contestants.
