HIS TRICKY CAPTIVE : CHAPTER 131 – 140
The Emperor tried getting up but his pains only got worst and he went back on one knee, then he faced Kai.
“I’ve been meaning to tell you, but all these had to happen”. Kai said and the Emperor gave him a raised eyebrows.
“You’ve been meaning to tell me what?”. The Emperor questioned his two fists balled.
“Lady of the Wang household is truly a witch, sh-she’s the only one of her kind since the others has been killed by us the moment they reach twenty”. Kai replied and the whole hall was plunged into a huge gasp.
“She’s a witch? It’s no wonder she couldn’t bare a male child, witches only birth girls so as to continue their lineage”. Mistress Gora scoffed.
“Can’t believe we’ve been living with such a creature all our lives?!”. Mistress Soni gasped.
“If She’s a witch, that means Mina and Sana also a witch?!”. Bae said and Sana’s eyes widened.
“No! I’m not a witch but your new Queen!! You all have no right to accuse me falsely!!”. Mina screamed at everyone, while they all just shook head at her.
“Witch craft? No wonder all the horrible things going on in this palace starts from them–women are truly the root of all–
“Giselle’s a lady and she’s your daughter so know how to choose words carefully father”. Han cautioned and Minister Zhou only scoffed at him.
“My wife can’t be a witch what are you saying supreme god?!”. Minister Wang let out troubingly.
“Where did you both first met? Wasn’t it in the forbidden forest?”. Shanghai replied haughtily and many eyes widened.
“No! She was dressed richly, she said she was the daughter of a renowned minister who loves traveling, and her father do render me support each time i wrote to him”. Minister Wang replied.
“Isn’t it obvious you’ve been fooled?! She lied and instead used her witchcraft to support you instead!!”. Jade sneered already loosing her patience and Shanghai faced her.
“I’ll be doing the revealing not you!!”. He growled.
“I’ll say whatever i want to say!”. Jade snapped back and that seconds Shanghai sent a lightening at her which she barely dodged.
“Once i free you from that sword? You’ll be in big trouble!!”. Shenghai threatened Jade.
“You can remove the sword from her?! Why wait then instead of doing it now?!”. The Emperor yelled but immediately spat out blood from his mouth.
“Your majesty stop talking, you’ll only hurt yourself more”. Kai said.
“Leave him. That’s his punishment for disrespectfulness”. Shanghai spat turning away from the Emperor and facing Lady Wang, then with a wave of his hand he stopped her bleeding making Jade throw him a glare.
“You can heal a witch but not the Emperor?! Are you sure you’re not the genesis of this whole crisis old Shenge–
“What did you just say?!!”. Shanghai roared in rage making everyone panic, but Jade ignored him and went to the Emperor she knelt beside the Emperor and was about healing his wounds when he held her hand stopping her.
“Don’t do that”. The Emperor said and Jade scoffed.
“Suit yourself then. After all I never begged you to collect the strikes for me”. Jade said getting up from her knees, but the Emperor pulled her back down, making her glare at him, his hand holding hers tightly.
“Just stay put and might be freed”. Emperor Damien said holding unto her tight, but Jade became angry as she tried pushing him away.
“Let go of me!!”. She snapped trying to free herself from him but when she couldn’t, she used her other hand to set three people amongst the subjects on fire and like that they burnt to ashes making everyone’s eyes widened.
“She just killed those people!!?”
“What kind of a devil is she?!”
Everyone panicked as she targeted another five people and burnt them with her phoenix fire instead, the Emperor instantly let go of her, throwing Shanghai who just stood watching a glare.
“Took you so long”. Jade sneered getting to her feet, as she brought out the forbidden sword.
“But i already planned everyone in this kningdom–So nothing’s going to change, this world would be a better place without suoernaturals who ruins peoples life!!!!”. J
ade screamed raising up her sword to strike and burn everyone to death with the fire attached to the sword.
“You’re making a big mistake! Just snap out of it Jade!!!”. Emperor Damien shouted.
Everyone screamed loudly at the top of their voices running to take cover amongst themselves, some even running towards the Emperor, but before Jade’s sword could fufill it’s mission.
