“Be Quick Jade”. Emperor Damien said to Jade, as she rushed to take his hand.
His face or other body parts wasn’t visible only the hand reaching out to her.
The moment the Emperor felt Jade’s hand on his, he held it tight and dragged her to him with all his strength but that was when the porter he used in reaching out to Jade closed and Jade fell back to the fourth realm.
The Emperor stood in his chambers with widened eyes, he turned to Kai who was now on the floor nursing his arm, but seeing the Emperor staring at home with no Jade in sight Kai went on knees immediately.
“I wasn’t strong enough, my energy began draining and i let the porter disappear.” Kai apologized and the Emperor sighed before facing the wall again. It was on the wall in his chamber that he had earlier created the porter.
“I should have held the porter while you reached out to her instead”. Emperor Damien replied his fist tightening then he opened his palms making to create another porter but Kai quickly held his hand stopping him.
“Don’t you think it’s against the rules of the heavens your majesty? What if you get dethroned for bringing back the dead.” Kai questioned and the Emperor shrugged his hand away hitting the wall hard and that particular place his fist met had a crack, while the Emperor’s knuckles began bleeding but he had a straight face on, while his eyes was filled with fury.
“You really think I should wait for her to return in centuries to come?”. The Emperor asked and Kai only sighed.
“That’s quite far even for supernaturals—
“Exactly! But Shanghai wants me to wait!!!”. Emperor Damien growled turned facing Kai who moved backward in fright.
“Leave”. Emperor Damien said and Kai bowed before walking out of the almost demolished chamber.
“I’ll just think of another way instead”. The Emperor muttered in a low tone, with his fist bawled once more.

“It closed? Why?”. Jade asked sadly as she looked around for the hand again in the clouds but nothing and a tear fell from her eyes.
“I don’t want to stay here, where are you Damen–Daim–Da–mi-Damon! I can’t even pronounce his name!!”.
Jade screamed loudly falling to the floor again and the heavenly officers and the dead people lined up shifted their gaze to her.
“Sometimes i wonder why even mad people have to die also?”. The first heavenly officer shook head at Jade.
“They die and come to stress us here, gosh when’s Shanghai returning. This lady’s noise is getting out of hand and leg”. The second heavenly officer sighed before facing his work.
“Where are you Dammy!!”. Jade cried again not bothering to wipe off her tears this time around, but she suddenly just stopped crying.
“I should just wait a little. At least he didn’t forget me”. Jade mumbled hugging herself as she tried not to cry again.

Shanghai sat on Damon’s throne going through a particular scroll with the other gods while Damon stood in front of him glaring at him, then Sindura walked in with a tray of tea, and Damon’s angry glare followed her as she walked past him going to serve Shanghai who smiled at her.
Damon had earlier ordered for Sindara to be sent back into the dungeon.
“Such an effective bride you’ve got here naughty Damon”. Shanghai said and Damon rolled eyes.
“Stare at her all you want you want but just know that you’re too old for her!”. Damon spat angrily.
“You’re also too old for her”. Shanghai replied sipping from the tea Sindura served him.
“That’s a lie!!”. Damon snapped.
“How old are you child?”. Shanghai asked Sindura.
“87”. She replied and Damon frowned.
“You see! Meanwhile you’re the same age with Damien.” Shanghai scoffed sipping from his tea again as he read through the scroll.
“Don’t bring up that name in my kingdom”. Damon warned and one of the gods scoffed.
“Which means he’s 500 plus?–
“You know Damien’s age but not mine?!”. Damon spat angrily at Sindura who went to stand beside Shenghai.
“Don’t bother running. He can’t hurt you as long as I’m here. Even though this scroll doesn’t really find him guilty of anything yet–
“He killed my father! The only true general that ever served just because of his insecurity and inferiority complex! He also forced me to give him my medallion just so he could take my father’s army!
