HIS TRICKY CAPTIVE : CHAPTER 61 – 70
“What difference would it make?”. Emperor Damien replied and without hesitating another second he raised up his hand to strike himself for the last time and Damon smirked bringing out his army medallion to summon them for a blood bath.
“Be quick Damien”. Damon muttered holding the medallion tight in his hands.
But right when the Chain almost landed on Emperor Damien’s back Jade’s eyes turned gold again and she caught the electric chain with her left hand like it was a mere stick she was holding and everyone’s eyes widened as they watched her squeeze the chain tight in her tiny hand and like a joke she threw she broke the chains into pieces and everyone’s mouth including those of Damon’s opened.

👥 Who exactly is she?!
👥 A witch isn’t supposed to be this powerful!!

Voices from the confused people wouldn’t stop coming.
“She’s…getting possessed…her witchcraft is..
“Shut it! Can a witch possess such great powers!!”. Asa snapped at Minister Zhuo
“Nothing changes. Damien’s still weak so i still have a greater chance. Handling the girl is piece of cake”. Damon said raising up his medallion and immediately hundreds of soldiers dark demon soldiers appeared shocking everyone as they ran to hide behind the weak Emperor, who was still on one knee on the ground.
Then Damon came forward smirking at Emperor Damien.
“We won’t take much of your time we’ll be done with our slaughtering and send you to meet old Shenghai”. Damon said and the Emperor threw him a glare.
“But first, what if i remove your mask also, i mean before killing everyone here why don’t we just let them witness your good look before dying”. Damon smirked bringing out his sword to approach the Emperor but the palace guards together with Kai appeared in front of him and a fight ensued between.
Jade’s eyes was currently changing colours from blue to gold and the Emperor weakly touched her shoulder making her face him.
“Take cover”. He muttered.
“But..you’re not…strong enough…
“Listen to me”. The Emperor muttered but almost immediately a strong dark breeze blew and the Emperor quickly pulled Jade into his bossom covering her from the breeze with his long cape, and the breeze only threw everyone backwards and they all fell hard to the ground.
Jade would have been blown away also if the Emperor didn’t hold her tight into him.
The dark breeze came from Damon who easily defeated Kai and the guards and Mina in anger summoned her sword to attack.
“Are you stupid?! You think the Demon King is that weak and the Emperor hasn’t killed him yet?!”. Minister Wang snapped pulling Mina back to take cover behind the Emperor.
“Spare no live!!! Kill everyone present!! But live the Emperor and his little criminal to me”. Damon ordered and immediately the demon army began running towards the people, but right when they were about getting to the people the Emperor used his force to throw them back and they all flew away landing behind Damon, but the energy the Emperor used made him vomit blood and everyone’s eyes widened.
“The chain made you weak”. Jade muttered as she tried touching the Emperor’s face but he stopped her, waving off her hand.
“We’re all not powerless ourselves!! Don’t wait for the Emperor to protect you before you do the right thing!!”. Han yelled getting up as he conjured his powers in his hands ready to strike.
Everyone else hesitated but Asa stood up next joining him as she brought out her shiny purple sword Mina followed also, the chieves suddenly appeared also that sword in their hands as they glared directly at Damon who broke into a mocking laughter as he watched the ministers gain little courage to join them also, they didn’t hold sword but they had their powers ready, Minister Zhuo was the last to join even when everyone was ready to fight only for him to come out shaking as he conjured his water spells in his hands.
“Let’s all dance then”. Damon smirked raising up his medallion and more soldiers appeared shocking everyone as they suddenly lost their confidence.
“Don’t pull back! We’re more than you Think”. Chief Foxy said and Damon laughed again.
Then the chieves led the people to fight with the demons but unfortunately the demons had the upper hand. Kai got up still injured and joined the big fight but nothing was in their.
The Emperor’s fist tightened as he tried moving but he pain struck him hard as he fell back to his knees.
“Your majesty!”. Jade called rushing to him but Emperor raised up his hand signifying for her to stop.
“Unless you want to be seen as a witch again, leave”. The Emperor said and Jade stopped on her track.
Then Damon began approaching them, his long dark sword in his hands as he moved closer to them, but Jade stood in front of the Emperor, blocking Damon from getting to him.
“Go back to where you’re coming from cause you surely won’t get the Emperor!”. Jade said loudly and Damon nodded.
“Ofcourse i won’t get him. It’s you i want not him, i just want him dead”. Damon said and Jade frowned.
Then immediately Damon summoned his second sword emanating more dark energy than the one in his hands and paranormally sped towards the Emperor flying to land and strike the Emperor to death with his two sword but right when he was about landing amd striking the Emperor, Jade caught his swords mid strike pulling them out of his grip she threw them to the ground and gripped Damon’s neck tight squeezing him tight in with surprisingly long fingers and everyone including the demon army dropped their swords in their hands in shock as they watched the shocking show before them.
Damon’s eyes locked with Jade’s golden eyes and immediately his eyes became clouded in fear like he saw something in her eyes.
“She…she’s strangling the demon King? What if she’s the reincarnated version of the god of war?!”. Minister Zhuo gasped out in shock.
‘God of war? She isn’t a witch again? Confused old man!’. Asa spat in disgust at Minister Zhuo and Lady Wang held her hands tight.
‘What of the powers i gave Jun? She doesn’t have it yet and she’s this powerful?’. Lady Wang thought.
The Queen Mother stood dumbstruck not moving from her spot, Hani and Mina had an unbelievable look on their faces, the mistresses sat completely on the ground ready to go mad cause of the scene before them.
Jade wasn’t ready to let go of Damon and right when the demons began disappearing since they lost the battle, Jade sent her flames after them with her second her burning them to ashes and Damon immediately used that opportunity to disappear from her sight into thin air and Jade became mad and threw fire into the air but it instead almost caught some of the people but thanks to their dodging skills they were saved, but it seemed dodging her fire made her more mad as she began each and everyone present like they were demons, and so she picked up a bloody sword from the ground.
“What’s…she..doing?”. Mina stuttered as everyone began shifting back sensing danger with the way Jade glared at them before approaching them slowly like a hypnotized person with the sword in her hand now emanating golden flames.
“She’s…she’s going to kill us all!!!!!”. Minister Zhuo shouted at the top of his voice and everyone began running helter skelter looking for cover.
Jade positioned her sword in attacking mode as she made to run after them but a hit at the back of her neck from behind made her faint instantly into the Emperor’s weak arms and everyone heaved out a sigh of relief Minister Zhuo fell straight to the ground in exhaustion.
“lord Shenghai if only you could have not made me witness today”. Minister Zhuo muttered staring up at the sky.
“You’re not strong enough. I’ll take her from you”. Kai said running to the Emperor whose whole gaze were on unconscious Jade.
“See to it that everyone leaves here safely”. The Emperor muttered then immediately disappeared from the scene with Jade in his arms.
