Emperor Damien’s gaze was fixed on the bleeding neck as he caressed it more tenderly then unexpected and unconsciously Jade moaned at his touch, making the Emperor eyes move up to hers in a speed, a glint of shock in his eyes.

Jade only bit her lower lip avoiding his gaze and the Emperor aftr series of staring at her returned back to her neck, touching it slightly and then slowly the blood in the cut began drying and cleaning up till the entire cut finally disappeared like nothing ever happened

The Emperor moved to the her bleeding shoulder then healed it also and Jade smiled staring at it, before hugging him again, he only stood still not moving an inch or hugging her back, but his eyes blinked more than twice, then Jade finally broke the hug facing him.

“You shouldn’t have let him take her away”. She said and the Emperor began walking out of the place, then Jade followed him.

“She’s a demon. And deserves to be with her people. We’ll be going against the rules of the heavens if we let her reside with us”. The Emperor said and Jade scoffed.

“Just say she’ll be a huge distraction to you i get it. You’re whipped be her beauty”. Jade said walking out of the door and the Emperor stopped on his track watching her leave.

“She never gets tired of her own rubbish talks?”. He asked himself before catching up with her, but the moment he walked out of the door, he met Jade standing in front of a very huge amount of people both old and young who went on their knees the moment they saw him arrive and stand right next to confused Jade.

“Please your majesty we plead for you to retrace your latest decree!!!”. The oldest man amongst them shouted bowing completely as his forehead made contact with the ground and everyone bowed completely like him also.

“Please retrace your latest decree your majesty!!”. They whole shouted loudly pain hidden in their voices.

“We’re begging you your majesty!! Our children are too young to become slaves!!”. A lady shouted tearfully this time as she bowed completely also.

“We are begging you your majesty!!”. Everyone chorused not raising up their heads from the ground.

Jade glanced and the Emperor frowned not getting what they meant.

“What decree?”. The Emperor asked and the old man raised up his head.

“The decree about recruiting the children you were sponsoring in the acedemy as servants for the ministers”. The old man said and the Emperor’s eyes widened.

“We–know you’ve done enough for us and we’re in no position to refute your orders but our children are to young your majesty please, let us serve the ministers instead in their place!!”. A man said his head lowered.

‘I did nothing of sort–

The Emperor stopped talking when he remembered leaving everything involving the Kingdom’s affair to the Queen Mother and his gaze darkened as he tightened his fists.

‘Just one day and she went this far!’. He roared in his mind and Jade glanced at him.

“We’re returning back to the palace now right?”. She asked.

“Not too fast”. The Emperor replied walking out of the public and Jade gave everyone one last glance before going after him.

*Is that a yes to our request or an ‘I don’t care’*

*Let’s just hope for the best*

*If he could safe us from the Asuras he can likely take back his decree*

The people mumbled amongst themselves.

ASURA CLAN

“Great! Lovely feedback! You derserve to be promoted!”. Sindara grinned loudly as the captains of the troop sent to terrorise the demon clan gave her a feedback of successfully killing a thousand out of the demon Clan’s army and people.

Then the Captain of the troop sent to terrorize the tenth province arrived his head lowered in disappointment.

“Any good news?”. Sindara asked her smile still intact.

“We chose a quiet city very Far from the capital to operate but right when we were just starting–the–Emperor came out of nowhere and killed all my army…

“But you survived?! Tell me someyhing i can believe you fool!! The Emperor never leaves the capital!!!”. Sindara snapped using her dark powers to raise him as it gripped his neck tightly till the active general Asura came to her.

“It’s the truth young mistress. I inspected the scene and the floor was stained with the Emperor’s imperial rain, we couldn’t even move any further for fear of stepping on the wet ground”. The active general said and Sindara in anger let go of the Soldier and began pacing thro and fro of her throne.

“Failures!! You all are just big failures! You failed my father and I’m sure he’ll be disappointed wherever in his grave right now!!”. Sindara snapped loudly and everyone of them bowed disappointedly at her.

“Leave my presence! Now!!”. Sindara snapped glaring madly amd everyone of the army disappeared from her presence.

“Why was even out of the capital?! Since when does he leaves the palace!!?”. Sindara snapped loudly roughing her hair.
