“I hate that name Kimberly, Kimberlys are always rude and grumpy.There used to be a girl who always bullied me back in elementary school……
She called me ugly but later on agreed to become my friend and I later found out that it was because of my brother, Flinn”I said with a frown remembering the fat girl during my elementary school days.
“Because you met a Kimberly who was a bully doesn’t mean that all Kimberly are”She said and rolled her eyes.
“Well it wasn’t just her, I also met a girl in the park some years back when my mom had take me to the park to have fun and this girl pushed me roughly to the floor and called me a dork because I said that I liked her brother”I said with a frown remembering the heartbroken scene.
All the kids laughed at me that day, pointing fingers at me and calling me a dork……even her brother too.
“Wait, really??”Nina said and burst into laughter while I just stared at her.
“Oh my gosh Sasha, Why didn’t you beat her up??, I thought you were always fierce and fiesty”She said and continued laughing.
“I still think not all Kimberlys are rude or bullies”Nina said but I just rolled my eyes.
“Well I do, All Kimberlys are……….”I was going to say the same when we heard Bluey groaned softly and we turned to her to see her eyes wide open.
“Bluey”We said and stood up immediately, moving closer to her on the bed.
“You’re awake”I said with a smile staring at her face.
“Yeah……. You guys woke….. Me up with your arguments”She muttered weakly and we chuckled.
“Nina, go call the doctor please”I said and she stood up to go…..but just then ,the door opened and the doctor walked in.
“Thank goodness, he’s here”I muttered with a smile.
“Good morning doctor”we greeted and he replied with a smile.
“Good morning ladies, sorry I didn’t come on time…….. I just came out of the operating theatre”He said with a smile and walked over to Bluey.
“How’s she doing this morning??”He asked and began touching those wire.
“She actually just woke up just now”I said and he nodded still touching the stuff above her head.
“How are you feeling now, miss??”He asked.
“I’m feeling better”She said inaudibly.
“Are you still having the headaches??”He asked.
“No, I just feel kinda weak”She replied.
“That’s because of the drugs you took yesterday, you’re going to get really strong with time”He said and she smiled lightly.
“Doctor??”She called.
“Yes miss”The doctor replied.
“My baby…..is……Is……. is it still here??”She said and touched her stomach.
“Oh yes, It’s fine if you are fine, so try and get better”He said and she smiled widely immediately.
“I’m glad it is”She said rubbing on her stomach.
“I’ll tell the nurse to come change your medication and please, get her something to eat”He said and we nodded.
“We will, Thank you doctor”We replied with a smile.
“Urmmmm….. What about….”I was going to ask about the trauma but kept quiet noticing the stare on Bluey’s face. I shouldn’t make her remember that, I thought with a sigh.
“You were going to say something”He asked but I shook my head.
“It’s nothing serious, please carry on”I said.
“Well…. That’s all, I have other patients to attend to, so see you guys later” He said with a smile and walked out.
“You were going to say something”Bluey said and I chuckled.
“Yeah, But don’t worry,….its not that important”I said with a light smile.
“I’m glad you’re awake”I said with a smile.
“Yeah, me too….. You really scared us last night”Nina said with a pout.
“I’m sorry guys, for putting you guys through all these” She said.
“Please, help me up”She said and we helped her sit down on the bed.
