I just lost my appetite,does it mean that he has been dead all these while??, I thought and sniffed softly.
“So…… You’re trying to tell me that you found out that they killed your brother??, I mean…..how do you even know that he was attacked,beaten up and then thrown off a bridge??”I asked with a frown cleaning up my tears.
“I was told by someone, So I did a research and then found out a witness that actually saw them doing it…….
You don’t know how much work i put in searching…….looking at all the footage of him…… And then I found out something……
Those thugs were actually sent by someone”He said and sighed before picking up his laptop from the empty chair close to him.
“Some…… Some one sent them??”I asked but just then, he turned on his system and pressed somethings before turning the screen to me.
In the screen……They were some people….. Talking about something but then I noticed someone really familiar was with them……. It was Dad.
“That’s….. That’s my dad and some group of boys talking. I don’t understand what’s going on?? “I asked trying not to believe the bitter truth.
“Your dad hired some group of thugs to beat up Flinn and then throw him off a bridge to clear the evidence. I heard he was found by someone……but strangely………I couldn’t find out who and that means that it was someone……
Should I say powerful or well hidden”He said and I scoffed immediately staring at him gobsmacked.
I was still trying to process the fact that dad could do something so cruel….. How could he?, All these while he’s been the one making me sad and unhappy,I thought and frowned immediately.
He has done nothing but to hurt and make me feel sad and I swear I’m going to forget that he’s my father and make him pay for it,I thought with a frown.
“You seemed like you really wanted to know that’s why I said I should tell you…..
I don’t have full evidence about your dad’s crime because they is no footage of where he was being beaten up or something thrown off a bridge but I’m letting you know now that if I don’t find Flinn……
I’m going to make your dad pay”He said and I nodded my head.
“If you want to do anything, then please do, he’s done nothing but caused me pain”I muttered bitterly.
“Okay…… I have to start going….. I’ve still got somethings to sort out”He said and closed his laptop putting it into his bag.
“Thank you Paul”I muttered and he nodded.
“You’re welcome, I promise I’ll tell you more if i find out anything.
Are you not going to go home too… It’s getting late already” He said but I shook my head immediately.
” I think I’ll stay a bit longer”I said.
“Well….. Good night then”He said and I nodded watching him walk out of the Restaurant.
All I could feel now was so much anger and hate for dad, I’m scared that if I go back to that house….. I might just stab him to death, I thought and gulped down all the content in my cup.

5 Minutes Later
I sighed and stood up from my chair, I was starting to feel a little dizzy and it’s time I go back home.
Paul already paid for the drinks so I just picked up my bag and was heading for the door when I almost bumped unto someone but he was quick to dodge.
“Sorry”I said not looking at the person’s face and bowed a bit but just then….. I almost fell again because of the drinks I’ve been drinking.
“Woah….. Watch out where you’re going”He said and caught me while I chuckled immediately.
“I’m sorry sir”I said and looked at the stranger’s face and I swear I felt my heart skipped a beat.
He is so handsome and his height ……..Geez they were so perfect. He looked young and it looks like I might even be older than him.
“Urmm…. Are you okay lady”He said bringing me out from my thoughts.
“Huh, Oh yes….. I’m just surprised at how handsome you are”I said and he chuckled softly.
“Thanks, Watch out where you’re going to”He said and I nodded as if I’m being controlled by someone.
He turned to go but I grabbed his hand immediately.
