“Um… I heard him telling his friend that he has regained his memories. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t mean to eavesdrop.
I just got curious when I heard you say that, and the moment you mentioned the name that the little girl was calling you, ‘Flinn Lawrence,’ I grew really suspicious and decided to do some digging on you… and that’s how I found out that you were the one that I’ve been searching for for the last 12 years,” he said with a smile.
“So I called your parents and told them about you, and they immediately took a flight here. I’m glad I finally brought good news to them after so many years,” he said and turned to Mom.
“Thank you so much, Paul. You’ve really given your best, and we’re grateful,” I said, and he nodded.
“It was fun, and I’m happy that I’ve finally done what I’ve been trying to do for what feels like forever. Mission accomplished,” he said with a smile.
“Yeah, mission accomplished indeed,” I said and glanced at Knight.
“So, should I call you Knight or Flinn??”I said and he chuckled immediately.
“Anyone, Sosha”He said and I chuckled.
“Don’t you think it’s high time you stop calling me that?”I asked.
“Okay, that’s enough. It’s my time to cuddle him,” Bluey said and pushed me away slightly and retained her position of hugging Knight.
“You’ve been hugging him forever, and I just hugged him. What do you mean by ‘that’s enough’? Girl, I just found out that he’s my brother!” I said and rolled my eyes, but she didn’t budge; instead, she smirked, clinging onto Knight even more.
“I don’t know where to start from but I want you guys to know that your dad and I are really sorry. If only I had known that we were going to turn out this way, I would have avoided it at all costs. Please, babies… forgive your mother,” she said remorsefully, and I sighed.
Cody glanced at me and I remembered the conversation we had the other day, I won’t deny…..
I’ve missed the both of them and the reason I was so mad at them was because of Flinn but he’s been found now.
“I’m no longer mad at you guys, if you guys could remember….. I told you guys that if Flinn is found I’ll come back home and continue being a good daughter.
He has been found and I want you guys to know that I forgive you guys”I said and mom sighed softly.
“Flinn??, Please talk to your mother, I know I’ve wronged you and I’m asking for forgiveness, As a father I shouldn’t have forced my son to do an arranged marriage when he was just 14 because of my selfish gain……
I’m sorry Flinn, Please forgive your father”Dad said staring keenly at Knight. While we all waited for his response.
“It’s fine dad, everything is all in the past so let’s move on and I’m really glad to see you guys. Actually……
Everything happened for a reason, If I hadn’t run away….. I wouldn’t have met so many important people in my life right now”Knight said and everyone smiled immediately.
“Thank you so much son”Dad said and Knight nodded.
“We….. We also want you to come take over your dad’s company, He has gotten old and we think it’s best if you take over”Mom said and dad nodded too.
“The company??”Knight said and chuckled softly.
“I’ve got so many Company’s already and it’ll be best if you give it to Sasha” Knight said and my eyes widen immediately.
“You’ve got so many Company’s??”Mom and dad asked but Knight just chuckled.
“Oh, and…….before I forget……. you guys are soon going to be grandparents too”Knight added and mom gasped.
” Bluey…… Bluey….is pregnant?? “Mom asked and immediately held Bluey’s hand.
“Thank you very much, Bluey”Mom said and I noticed her voice changed, she’s soon going to start crying.
