Morning

6:30am

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, I heard the sound of the alarm clock and groaned loudly before stretching my hand to switch it off……… with my eyes still closed.

“It’s morning already?? “I heard Sasha muttered sleepily after i turned the alarm off.

“Yeah, It’s your alarm clock remember…. come on it’s 6:30, Today is Friday and don’t forget it’s Miss Shirley’s class”I replied and came down from the bed, wearing my flip flops.

“Oh no, I hate it whenever we’re having her class”She muttered and sat on the bed,While I walked to the mirror tying my robe.

“I do too but we’ve got no choice Sasha, I’ll be in my……. “I was going to say room but as I turned facing her, I couldn’t complete it.

“What’s wrong, Why are you staring at me like that?? “She asked.

“Your….. Your face Sasha”I said staring at her.

“Yeah, My face……. What’s wrong with my face?? “She asked immediately.

“You should look at your face in the mirror”I said with a wide eye.

She stared at me for like some seconds obviously wondering what I’m trying to say and immediately stood up……and ran to the mirror.

“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh”She screamed as she stared at her face in the mirror.

“My eyes Bluey, Why are they so swollen??”she asked and turned to me.

“Maybe it’s because you cried so much yesterday night”I said and walked closer to her.

“But this is not the first time I’ve cried in the night Bluey “She said staring at me perplexed.

“It’s because you cried for long bestie, I had to force you to stop crying and go to sleep”I said with a sigh and crossed my hands.

“It’s so bad Bluey, I don’t think I can walk around in school with my eyes this swollen”She said pressing them with her hands.

“You can’t miss Miss Shirley’s class Sasha and you know it . I’ll suggest you wear your dark sun glasses to school to hide your face for today besides tommorow is Saturday”I said staring at her.

“Sun glasses??, People are going to think I’m crazy if I wear it . Who wears sunglasses in the morning?? “She asked with a huff.

“I don’t know how you’re going to do it but I suggest you wear those glasses honey or else you’re going to be miss the project and believe me you don’t want that.

I’ll be in my room so that I can prepare for school”I said and picked up my phone from the before walking out of her room.

I can’t believe she cried herself to sleep because of a boy and now she has a swollen face,I thought and entered into my room.

20 Minutes Later

I smiled in satisfaction as I stared at myself in the mirror, I’ve finished taking my bath and I’ve even dressed up……. Right now I’m in front of the mirror applying my lip gloss.

“Natural and Perfect”I muttered and droped the lip gloss on my make up table.

“What the hell Bluey I’ve been trying to call you but your phone is switched off “Sasha said barging into my room.

“Trying to call me??, I don’t understand. Why would you call me on my phone when you’re here??”I asked confused staring at her.

Well, After I hung up on knight….. I had switched off my phone and that’s why it’s still switched off.

“Because I’ve been waiting for you in the living room for the past five minutes dummy”She said and I couldn’t help but to scoff seeing her in those glasses.

“What???, Why are you laughing at me??”She asked.

“Nothing, It’s just that the eyeglass made you look so matured”I said and she scoffed immediately.
