JUST A KISS : CHAPTER 81 – 90

All thanks to a stranger who intervened and beat him up. He drove Sasha back home and sadly I didn’t even get to see his face because he wore a face cap and a nose mask covering his face…..

He didn’t even tell me his name .I had really wanted to thank him for saving Sasha.

“We’ve got no choice Sasha, It’s just a two days assignment and we’ll be through before you know it”I said and hung my hand on her shoulder.

“Better, Because I don’t think I can cope staying close to those freaks for more than two days”She said with a sigh.

“Why did Mr Smith even say that we should meet and talk about where we’re going to do the so called assignment……..

I have a feeling I might kill Evans before all these is over” She said and rolled her eyes.

“Please don’t, Just act as if he doesn’t even exist at all….. Say what you want to say and walk out,Okay??”I said in a pleading tone.

“I’ve heard you but if he tries anything stupid……. I’ll stab him with my pen”She said with a grin staring at the pen in her hand.

“Yes,If he tries anything silly….. Then you can do that but please don’t be the first to initiate a fight”I said with a smile and she nodded.

“Urmm……Bluey there’s something I want to tell you”She said with a sigh.

“Okay bestie, I’m all ears”I said.

“It’s about my brother,Flinn”She said and paused for some seconds.

“Flinn??, Has he been found??,……has he return back home??”I asked and turned staring keenly at her.

“No Bluey, My mom called me last night and told me that their private investigator thinks he might be here in Massachusetts”She said and I smiled immediately.

“That’s good news Sasha, You’ll finally find your brother and reunite with him”I said and hugged her tightly immediately.

“What??, You don’t look too happy about it……. I thought you’ll be the most happiest person on earth if you find him??”I said staring at her confused. The Sasha I know should have been so happy telling me this.

“That’s because Flinn changed his identity ,Bluey, There’s nothing connected to the name Flinn Lawrence that will trace him to us. I’m feeling really bad because I don’t even know his face now that he’s a grown man.

I miss him so much and I feel really bad that he couldn’t even find a way to contact me…….to know how I’ve been living”She said in a voice that sounded as if she’s about to cry.

“Don’t feel bad Sasha, Maybe he has a reason why he hasn’t contacted you yet…….You’ll find him, Just be patient and let’s hope he’s okay”I said and pat her hair.

“I hope so Sasha, Because I really want to see him and hear him call me sunshine. Or did he forget about me?……. Is he dead?? “She muttered and sniffed wiping off her tears.

“Don’t say that Sasha and would you just stop crying Sasha…… I really hate it when you cry and you know it so stop crying”I said and wiped her tears.

“Flinn is fine wherever he is and I’m sure he is more worried about you than you think. Let’s wait till your parents private investigator, Dig more about him here in Massachusetts”I said and nodded.

“Thanks Bluey, You really know what to say to make me feel better”She muttered with a smile which I returned.

“I’m glad you feel better”I said and she smiled widely.

“Thank you Bluey”She said and smiled brightly.

“Don’t cry again and I’ll see you in a while Sasha, Prescott said we should meet at the rooftop for our meeting”I said and stopped in front of the staircase leading to the rooftop.

“Yeah, Bye…… Evans texted me too that ours is in the big hall close to the library”Sasha said with a scoff. She hates Evans so much and I know that she’s going to cause a fuss over there. that’s for sure.

“See you later bestie….. Let’s meet right here when we’re through” I said and she nodded before waving me goodbye.

I smiled and climbed the stairs walking to the rooftop to see liv and Prescott already waiting for me.
