CHAPTER 143

“Joyce!!!” Thomas shouted and ran to her.

He held her up and placed her head on his thigh and when he saw the shot area he started crying, her bI.ood started coming out in torrent.

“Joyce sweetheart, open your eyes” Thomas cried.

“I love you Thomas, tell Henry I love him” Joyce said and her body went limp immediately.

” No!!!!!!!”. Thomas shouted devastatingly.

” I never wanted to do this but your son push me, I’m sorry no one can stop us” Audrey said.

“The deputy governor is in alliance with you?”.

” Yes I’m” The deputy governor said and kssed Audrey.

” Why?… why?” Thomas shouted angrily.

” Cos I want to become the next governor and getting Summer married to Collins will secure me in the next election.

Henry is an obstacle to us, when the governor die I will take over” He said and Audrey smiled.

Thomas eyes widened.

“Don’t you dare touch my son”.

“He is dying tonight, you can’t stop it”.

“You should have listened to me and this won’t will be happening, kll him and set the house on fire” Audrey said wickedly.

“No!!!!”.

“We are…”.

Suddenly Henry’s phone started ringing, he took out the phone and saw Thomas number.

“Dad” He said cheerfully.

“The mansion is on fire” A voice replied and Henry gasped loudly.

Everyone turned to him.

Henry stood up and ran out immediately.

“Henry” Hilliary said and ran out.

Henry entered the car and Hilliary joined him.

“What happened?”.

“The mansion is on fire” Henry replied and roughly drove out.

“What!!”.

Henry got to the mansion and immediately they came out.

They saw the most shocking sight, the mansion was burning.

“No!!!!” They shouted.

“Mum, dad” Henry called and senselessly he started running in but Hilliary was fast to grabbed him back.

“No!! I need to save them” He said and started struggling with Hilliary.

“You can’t go in, it’s dangerous” Hilliary said as hot tears streamed down his eyes.

“Mum!!! , dad!!!”.

“No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”.

“No!!!!!!!!!”.

“This can’t be happening, Hilliary mum and dad are in there” Henry shouted.

“Henry it’s too late, we can’t save them now, the flames consume the whole mansion” Hilliary said as hot tears streamed down.

“Dad!!!”.

“Mum!!!”.

They shouted in tears.

The memories of the dream came to Henry’s head and he gasped.

“The dream it manifested, why?????” He said.

“Hilliary I need to save them, let’s save them” Henry said and tried to ran in but Hilliary held him back.

Suddenly the mansion collapsed.

“We lost them” Hilliary said, crying loudly while holding Henry.

Henry’s world crumbled a hundred times immediately, his jaw dropped and his arms fell as he stared at the crumbled mansion.

His dad and mum!!.

“There they’re” A voice suddenly said and they looked there to see five guys with guns.

“Get them now” Someone shouted.

“Let’s go Henry” Hilliary said and stood up with Henry.

They glanced at the mansion and started running ¢razily.

The five guys started chasing after them.

“Shot them if you can’t catch them”.

Immediately that order came, the guys started shooting at them but the twins were lucky to dodged the bvllets.

The hot chase continued as the twins ran madly on the street, the street was vast and deserted only the street lights illuminating it.

They were about entering a corner when Henry slipped and fell hurting his leg.

“Ahhh!!!”.

“Henry” Hilliary call and tried to help him up but a bvllet suddenly h!t his two legs.

Henry’s eyes widened.

Hilliary fell to the ground.

“Henry ran!!”.

“No! I can’t leave you to die, it’s better for us to die together” Henry said and started dragging Hilliary away.

“Go! please, we can’t die together, you need to avenge dad and mum’s d.eath” Hilliary said trying to push him away.

“I can’t do that, we made a promise to be at each other side, let’s die together” Henry said and immediately a bvllet ran into his stomach.

“Arrrgh” He yelled and fell on the ground with Hilliary.

The twins became helplessly as they stared at each other with eyes filled of tears.

The five guys got to them and roughly dragged them up.

“Boss we got them”.

“Bring them to the river” The voice said.

The guys took the bI.eeding twins to the car and drove away speedily.
