RED AND THE ALPHA : CHAPTER 1 – 10

Moments passed and no one said a word but the silence broke when a huge gasp left her lips, her eyes going wide.

“Tell me, what did you see?” Asked Drakko.

“I see alot of blood, lots of screams” she answered for drakko’s lip’s to widen into a grin.
His world was filled with blood.

“No surprise there”

“But there’s something else.
In the midst of the blood and chaos I see, there’s Red”

“Blood is red” said his beta behind him for the rest of them to chuckle but the woman’s face remained motionless.

“No, this is different. This Red is different.
It’s a red that’s going to change everything.

Once it steps into your life nothing is going to be the same” she said finally getting drakko’s interest and leaning forward with his hands placed on his legs, he asked.

“Tell me, what is this Red you see?” He asked her to see the confused look set on her face.

“I… I can’t say because that’s all I can see.
You must extinguish it or it extinguishes you.
Be careful” she warned to hear him Chuckle.

“You are warning the wrong person” he said leaning back to his seat.

“Do you think this will spare you?” He questioned to see her lower her gaze sadly but just as he was about to give his orders, a man was dragged in.

Now the man who now shivered before him was one of his kind and he was brought in not to tell stories or crack jokes to make him laugh but to deliver vital info, info he failed to seek.

“I found her!” He yelled quickly attracting their attention and pulling their plans to get rid of him to a halt.

“Found who” asked the man behind Drakko.

“I found…”

“MY MATE”said DRAKKO for the man to nod at his.
Drakko’s dark eye lifted as he stood, steps slow and steady as he now stood in front of him making the man to shiver greatly.

“If you are lying to me, I’ll cut you into pieces and kill you myself”
He warned for his words were no threat.

“I swear by the moon goddess I’m not lying. I truly found her” he swore, with his eyes telling the truth and seeing this, a smirk appeared up drakko’s lip’s.

After the long awaited years, his mate was found and now he couldn’t wait to have her heart in his hands.

“What now alpha?”asked his beta Cedric, who had just stepped in to over hear this.

“Now, we find my MATE”
Striding into the slave unit where men gathered, there he found her.

PRESENTLY

“Mate” he growled looking at the girl before him.
His Beta who just stepped in couldn’t help but stare at the girl for longer moments before shifting his gaze to the alpha.

Brimsley stepped in with Jack who was holding up a collar to his hand.

“A gift for you sir. It’s an invention for slave” said Brimsley flashing him a fine smile and just as he was about to step forward to place it around her neck, Evelyn protested and the more she did so, the angrier he got.

Annoyed he stepped forward wanting to strike her with the whip when he was held in place by Drakko.
His gaze fierce and murderous as he gazed at him making him swallow hard.

“How dare you hurt my slave?”
He called out placing mor pressure to his wrist.

“I’m sorry, I thought you didn’t like her defiance.
I was just trying to teach her some manners” he said with a voice so hoarse he could cry.

“Well you thought wrong. I bought her so she belonged to me”he said for Brimsley to quickly Nod.

“Of course, of course”
He said Hoping his hand would be free of this pain when suddenly instead of letting go, his hand was twisted in such a way his bones cracked and a deep wail from him was heard.

“Now you’ll never forget it” said Drakko simply watching as the man held on to his broken wrist and in tears.
